Went to buy some floor mats which the sale ended a few days ago. Lou used his holiday spirit and gave us the discount, thanks Lou and Fitness Town in Burnaby, B. C. Canada.

100% recommend this place with Lou (Sales Manager), extremely patient and knowledgeable! Knows everything about the equipments.

Their Fitness Town branded Olympic weight plates are very good quality. They use urethane so the finish is very nice and there is no odor that is common in normal rubber plates.

They are willing to price match similar items to Fitness Depot even though Fitness Town has superior quality. I definitely recommend going to Fitness Town instead of the inferior Fitness Depot.

I have been coming back here for over a decade, this is the best place in town for fitness equipment and supplements. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Great customer service and a wide selection of products! Felix was very friendly and helpful with fulfilling my order. He even helped me load up the weights into my car! They all went out of their way to get me the best deal on a kettlebell. They even spent time to help me find the best weight for my needs. Super accommodating.

Stay away from this location, lou sold me a broken excercise bike.
When I tried to replace it I was told I can't return it because it was a floor model.
Very bad customer service.

I love the big showroom and the chance to try out the equipment and get a feel for it. Last time I was there, I was 'down-sold' to a still super high quality functional trainer that meet all my needs. I appreciate that level of honesty and personalized guidance.

Store is well stocked, staffs are very knowledgeable and very friendly, Eugene helped my husband to pick the right massage gun for his rehab.

Fitness Town Burnaby is easily the best equipment supplier in the lower mainland. Ive been shopping here for 12 years now and have never once had an issue with anything bought here. Lou has been instrumental in helping me get the home gym set up i needed.

All the employees have been honest, easy to deal with & more than accommodating! This is the best equipment store I have been to, hands down. I am from out of town, and I make it a point to come by this store whenever I am in the area. The staff are very accommodating, and the pricing is better than I can get anywhere else, even online. The manager Lou knows his stuff and is always willing to give solid recommendations. I will not bother ever going anywhere else.

Although I live out of province, I reached out to Lou - the manager - for guidance on equipment and sourcing for my home gym. He was able to connect quickly with the Edmonton, AB location and find exactly what I needed in record time. Prices were fantastic, I found what I was looking for below the current cost of buying used on the buy and sell and customer service was exceptional. Will definitely return for any new additions!

Worst experience here today. Gentleman in the gray hoodie walked off in the middle of my transaction, left me at the register. I wanted to buy some powerblocks and a century versus bag to equip my home gym (spent over 1500 at another store shortly after where they know how to serve customers). I ended up walking out of the store after driving over 1 hour to get there. Had an elderly parent and child in the car and the gentleman didn't even bother ringing me up. What a waste. Please teach this guy some basic etiquette.

Such a great experience every time I have been there. The staff all know the products so well and really are committed to helping you select the right equipment for your needs. They are friendly and efficient and have become my go to place for everything fitness!

Guys who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a huge selection of high quality fitness equipment, but it is available nearby in a zero pressure environment. Highly recommended.

Came in here during Black Friday to finally invest in a home gym setup. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Had visited Fitness Depot as well to compare prices and equipment, but I definitely received the better customer experience here.

I was free to look around and was never pressured to make a decision or have things I didn't need thrown at me. When I needed help, Eugene was fantastic in recommendations and asking questions I hadn't considered. I left with a quote on the prices which was very fair.

Despite not having bought anything, Eugene was still very patient and answered lots of questions on the phone. I ended up choosing Fitness Town based on the price and customer service. Pickup was very easy and I was very pleased with my experience.

It's almost been two months now and the equipment I purchased has no issues. I'll definitely be coming back for any other fitness needs. Thanks for your help!

I've been getting my fitness equipment here for a few years now. Lou and the crew are simply the best! Always friendly and willing to help with their great knowledge. If they don't have what you need in stock, they will order it for you right away! I recommend buying your fitness equipment here from people who actually workout and know what they are talking about. Okay, in the time of Covid and for obvious reasons, everything is now a final sale. But, great to find a store that's easy to get to (free parking!) and had everything I needed.
Now I have no excuse not to find the discipline to get off the couch.

As a mobile personal trainer, I've bought most of the equipment I use with clients from Lou at the Burnaby Fitness Town location. I've always received tremendous service, even during this past year when weight equipment was scarce. He has been great about knowing what equipment is available at other locations and has given me the option of picking up what I need somewhere else so I don't need to make a repeat trip to his location. I can't say enough about the care he and his team have for their customers.

Went into store and was unable to receive any service. No one even acknowledged me. Do not got to Fitness town and go to Fitness Depot! I was immediatley greeted at Fitness Depot and received great service and they were very busy while I was there.

Great experience at this store. Lou is super knowledgeable and always responds right away when i inquire about stock. Great prices and great service. I highly recommend Fitness Town if you are looking for fitness equipment!
