A place that brings back summer memories, I love the made to order burger, fresh fries and all you can eat peanuts. The only thing that has changed is the prices.

I appreciate the consistency of a well-done burger with the basics. The attention to detail and consistency in the food is great. There is the option for milkshakes here as well. The service is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is kid friendly.

Haven't been at this location in a while. Don't know if it's under new management but the place is filthy. Burgers were not 5 guys standard. Would def not recommend this location.

Classic burger joint, good food clean area, and decent price. You can add add on too for no extra price

One of the few places that haven't changed their quality over the years. Literally the best place to get a burger still.

This place has slid backward. Returned the milkshake twice, basically was served a glass of milk for 6$. Asked for my money back. Hamburger was good. Definitely not what it used to be. Fully expect this place to close it doors.

On the day I visited, they didn't even give me peanuts, the hamburger was delicious, and isn't this a good place for French fries? Please put it in an envelope. I thought it might have been the wrong one. It got soggy right away, so I couldn't even eat half. There was no distinction between in-store dining and take-out, and they didn't even ask. Are they the top 3 burgers in America? Is the service at this branch a problem?

We love your food and we order every week HOWEVER the past two times have been less than satisfactory. Both times fries were under cooked, they were white and soggy the first of the two and the second time there were white just barely cooked fries mixed in with perfectly cooked ones. The volume of fries in bag was also quite small compared to normal. Our burgers the last time were very over cooked which was disappointing because they are normally juicy and that's what we like about 5 Guys. I would have returned them but we live in Maple Ridge and it's not worth the drive back to Poco. Hopefully this is a new staff training issue because we would be quite sad if this is your new normal.

6$ for steamed hotdog ketchup. Not even coleslaw available.
I understand price going up but that just ridiculous.

Don't bother getting the large fries. They do not give you as much as they used to. The large size cup was only half full and very tiny bit on the bottom of the bag. Almost want to say it was about the same portion as McDonald's large fries. Other than that, fries are still good.

Food tastes good but a little concerning when they don't clean the milkshake mixer between making different flavour shakes and the dining area is filthy, table and floor full of old crumbs. Wasn't overly busy either, enough time for at least one employee to go wipe tables down.

One of the best burgers and fries experience I've had in a long time. Order and wait times were very reasonable considering how busy they were. Delicious, I was so full I couldn't eat for 8 hours

The only spot I would come to when I'm craving a beef burger!
They make better beef burgers than RR, Earls, Cactus, Joeys, Browns, Coqu- you get the point.
The cajun fries are pretty damn good

The food was good, hot, and fast. If there was an issue, the staff took care of it quickly and with a smile.

The burger and fries are great. The place could use a better system for picking up orders though. Customers were just standing around because there's no indication of where to wait. You can't really hear the employees calling when your food is ready because the masks muffled their voice plus customers were talking. The floor was quite dirty the time I visited but I reckon it was due to the rain.

Haven't been here in years, was quite looking forward to it. So I was surprised that my burger didnt have much taste to it. The charcoal taste was what stood out the most. Not what I was hoping for. Plus our two orders got mixed up. So I ended up taking a bite out if my friends burger. Jalopena peppers.yuck!

My favourite fast food place by far. Big juicy burgers and delicious shakes. You can't go wrong. Unless you're trying yo keep your calories down.

Great restaurant. Amazing food. Always fresh and tasty. Friendly staff. Once you think of their fries, you just have to eat them.

What else can I say about this place! If you want a hamburger to melt in your mouth with all of your personal favorite toppings and condiments this is the place for you! But if you want generic burgers with stale bread and who knows what other types of fillers this isn't the place for you the fries simply put amazing! As well the peanuts you get to snak on before your food is read are always good! Love love love five guys!

So much food. They personalized the topping to make a burger taste fresh and unique. Cajun fries are delicious too. Great taste and value.

Went to this location for the first time last night. The burger was amazing but I was completely unimpressed with the Cajun fries. They basically put the fries in the cup & poured a huge amount of the spice on the top so the top few fries were disgusting then the middle & bottom fries had nothing on them. Same with the bag fries. A few had a lot of spice the rest had none. I love the Cajun fries but won't be going back to this location for them. I'd go back for a burger.but who orders just a burger so.

At this location at 2 pm on a Wednesday. No line up for cashier, he told our order promptly, gave us us our drink cups and lids and receipt. Burgers were prepared correctly and the fries were hot.
Reason this isn't a five star review, is because of table maintenance. Visible debris on some of the tables. In these covid times I would think that a little more attention would be served on insuring that surfaces would be cleaner.

A simple, straightforward burger joint. Really tasty burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries and Milkshakes. Easy to order, simple menu layout and friendly staff make it a pleasure to come here. The fries are surprisingly tasty, a perfect side to any burger!

My first dine-in experience in a year. I had alot of time to plan where it was going to be. I made the right choice.

Five guys is always good, havent been to a bad one before but with that said this particular location had very juicy burgers! They threw LOTS of extra fries in the bag and had very friendly service!

Ordering and picking up the order in store was easy as usual - distancing measures were clear. Food was delicious as always, a loaded burger.

The staff here is very friendly and the service is good. My wife and son have some good allergies, and the staff handle the "special prep" superbly. The food is always delicious. Highly recommended

Pretty amazing cheeseburger for a fast food joint. Regular sized fries was far too much for one person but they were so very good. Ordering online and picking up in store was a bit odd as they were calling out order numbers and I didn't have one of those but figured it out.

Can’t wait for Covid to finish - miss the peanuts here. Burgers as good as always topped off with a quality milkshake.

Juicy burger made just the way it was requested. Cajun fries are the bees knees. Would recommend.

Five-Guys Five-Stars! I love the burgers here, I typically get the "all toppings listed in black" on the menu. If you are not too hungry - just get the Lil burger.the regular one is a double - and very filling. The fries are delicious - my son will devour piles of em! My tip: if you are in with a friend or group - order one medium fries for every two people - it will be plenty. If you are super hungry, start with a tray of their peanuts (free). See you soon!

Pretty good burgers, but at a hefty price. Very American style with cheap buns and processed cheese.

The food is always fantastic! The reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of the poor customer service, especially from the supervisors. If you can handle getting attitude from staff then I'd recommend eating here. I doubt my family and I will be coming back after today's episode.

Gotta love the fresh hot burger off the grill. Get the everything package. Lots of salty peanuts to start you off.

I'm not sure that five guys counts as fast food - it'll take a few minutes from the time you put your order in to the time you pick it up, but it is by far the best burger and fries you can get for the price.
They make big, hand cut fries, and the Cajun fries have a nice bust of spice. Not hot, but tons of flavour. We don't do burgers often, but when we do, Five Guys is at the top of the list.

Service and friendliness have gone down. Amount of fries given sucks unless you know them or constant customer

Wow! Amazingly surprised, the burger was juicy as hell and the fries are perfect. Wish they had poutine though.:)

Love going here for work lunches with the crew. Lots of seating for lots of customers, amazing food unlike any burger I've had before. Fun fact, if you order a small fries they dump a scoop of fries into your bag, no nee p pay for large. Lastly, they hav nuts, and a fountain machine so free refills. Highly recommend this location

Oh my goodness, oh my dayum! It wasn't as amazing as the YouTube video suggests, but it was still really tasty and came in a ghetto grocery bag.

Always love Five Guys. Wish there was one in Langley but I'm happy to travel for the burgers and FRIES!

Always a good time at this place! They take keto friendly substitutions, and the free peanut snacks are a great distraction while you wait for your burger.
The regular meals are full of fresh vegetables and the fries are delish.
I know there are some crazy gourmet burger shops out there, but if you want a consistently good quality time - try this place out.

I used to love their burgers and fries but last time we went there, they didn't put much toppings and taste of fries were a bit off. I wonder if their owner ship changed.

The most expensive fast food around, but it's worth it. The beef is fresh and juicy like Wendy's, but not as salty.

Everything was as expected. As I'm venturing a low carb diet they are able to adapt with a bunless offering.

Really great tasting burger. Got the Bacon Cheeseburger, toppings were high quality and fresh. I loved how their toppings were all chopped, so you get the flavour of all thw toppings in each bite. So instead of a strip of bacon you get chopped bacon or chopped onions. I wonder why more places don't do that i think its awesome! Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had honestly. We also ordered a large fries, and between myself and a friend we were unable to finish even half. Huge portion! Their Cajun spice for the fries are also really good if you're into that. Highly recommend for burger enthusiasts!

My kids live snacking on the free peanuts while we wait for our order. Good fries and good burgers.
