This place is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They explained everything to us. Great food portions and it tasted excellent. A+ for this place. We will be coming back.

Quality food, but ordering fries always puzzles me. If i order a large and a medium, both are about the same size. If i order two mediums it is not much larger than 1 medium.

Maybe if i order two larges i will get enough?

Dont get me wrong, they give you lots of fries, but they aren't cheap and sizes do not seem consistent.

I attended the location for dine-in with my 3 year old toddler twins. We have been to this location months ago and really enjoyed the casual atmosphere, free peanuts and friendly staff.

It's very important to me that staff are engaging when possible and kind to my kids so that they can learn social skills, say Thank You and practice kindness back.

The staff at this location on took my order and greeted my kids. They asked their names and if they had been shopping for the day. While waiting at their table the staff and my twins exchanged lots of waves, Hi's and smiles.

After getting our meal, one of the staff members came out to also give my girls special chocolates. His manner and sociability was exemplary.

My girls made a big deal of going to the counter to say thank you to the staff and even had employees come from the back room to say goodbye. The whole establishment seemed to cheer up at the infectious kindness!

I also really appreciate how clean the washrooms are as having 2 toddlers who tend to touch everything and at times sit on the floor is a handful.

Thanks so much for the experience. I really think the employees here deserve a Christmas Bonus!

They have definitely let the quality go.
Restaurant was filthy.
Sticky table and overflowing garbage cans.
Bathroom smelt like a Porta potti

This was the second time I went to this restaurant, and again they have about the best fries I’ve had anywhere in Vancouver. Although their potatoes do come from Idaho, ThePotato capital of United States. I would prefer if they supported local businesses. We have potatoes too.

US greasy burger joint. I thought it would be slightly more natural with better beef and real cheese, but it's just a hand made US smash burger. Fills you up, but nothing special. Fries were exceptionally good though.

This was one of the best burger joints I've been to. Staff were fantastic and the food was amazing. Menu is simple but the burgers are incredibly customizable at no extra cost. Burger was cooked to order and the fixings fresh. The Cajun fries had just the right amount of spice. I'll be back next time I make a trip off the Island. I hope Five Guys opens up a location on the island one day.

100x better than the ones in Vancouver! They made my burger with all the toppings and sauces perfectly.

Have come by a few times during regular hours only to find out they closed early. Pointed out that their open sign was still lit up but the employees didn't seem to care enough to turn it off.

Five Guys have the best burger and fries. Don't go if you have a peanut allergy because the peanuts are free to eat as you wait and the fries are cooked in peanut oil.

Seriously one of the best burger joints around. I live on the island. Every time I'm on the mainland I stop here for a burger. Milkshakes are also killer. And I order a small fries for my whole family. They always throw in extras. Great place. Wish there was one on the island.

This reastaurant though, needs some work.
The staff is rude, the restaurant is dirty and the staff hygiene around food is horrible.
Not impressed at all and before we ever try this restaunt again we will be checking it out before ordering.

My friend took me here for the first time. I HAVE NO WORDS. Most AMAZING burger I've had in my life. Juicy, messy, cheesy.omg it was life ALTERING.

Great Experience! Fries are cooked in peanut oil! Burgers was delicious, toppings (no extra charge) at the customer's request. Including fried mushrooms and fried onions. Definitely will be going back again! Love it!

You can choice your own topping, yes yiu can make the taste for you. And besides there are free peanut, not anymore boring to wait your burger.
Store is clean, and crew are seems kind.

We love 5 guys. So the reason for this is NOT about the food, service or quality. The big huge complaint? Why is it so freaking COLD inside ALL the time. It's so cold that it makes eating inside extremely unpleasant. This is a common complaint amongst our circle. Please, let it be less cold. For the love of all things burger.warm the place up a tiny bit! Rant over.

Great staff-friendly, patient, and helpful-serving up great food make from fresh ingredients that absolutely hit the spot. You won't find that at McDonald's or Burger King.

Great Burgers and great service! I love Five Guys Burgers but I don't get to go there often enough. The staff were extremely friendly and cheerful when we had lunch there. Always had good experiences here, will definitely back!

The Burgers are so delicious. If you want a home cooked burger you have went to the right place. If you are not a bit eater stick with the mini menu otherwise you will be taking it home for later cause they are otherwise to much for me to eat. Their french fries are also so good they have the right amount of salt on them but again stick with the mini size cause even then they give you a lot for a serving. They also use peanut oil to cook them in so if you have a nut allergy don't eat here. I would recommend you to try this restaurant it is a 5 starts in my books.

Went in 15 mins to closing and the staff were super friendly we apologized deeply for showing up so close to closing time

Last time I order from them. I order skip the dishes and they always mess up our order. 4 times now. Tonight was missing 5 items out of 8. When I phoned they said oh it was busy and not to ask skip for a refund as they will get bad remarks. I spent 75 $ so I want my money back. Very disappointed.

Five guys is the cure for that burger craving you have. They have nice and moist patties on a fresh sesame bun, and you get to build your burger how you want. Wide selection of toppings to choose from. You get lots of fries. Reasonably priced. One of the best burger places hands down.

Great place to have lunch. Ordered cheese burger with medium Fry's. Small Fry's would have been enough. Great service very pleasant staff

Good burgers free toppings. You will be full. Price is a bit high but you get a big burger for the cost. Meat is cooked fresh not frozen which is great

Delicious fresh burgers/fries made as you wait. Fast service. Clean restaurant & helpful staff! This is our go to lunch stop whenever we visit Chilliwack.

Now this is a gourmet burger. Highly recommend the frwsh green alapeños on yours or its just not the same

Awesome hamburgers, even better fries, excellent service. The only thing that could make it better would be a coke machine like at Wendy's that lets you pick and choose different pops + flavors.

Great and tasty the vegey burger was not bad prices. Fries are homemade and tasty. The only thing was they put process cheese in burger they need to put real cheese on the burgers also they give you free peanuts.

Burgers are decent quality and huge even for "little" burgers or fries. The only downfall is it takes awhile and during lunch hours the line ups can be quite long.

I've only had a burger in a bowl which is not the same as in a bun, bit their fries are excellent and they give you extra with your order.

This time this burger and fries weren't the best but this burger stand is by far the best burger and fries except my fiance's. His are best by far

Heavy-duty fast food. Taste great. Warning not good for your diet or heart. Spread your visits in order to aid in recovery.

The Burger taste great but the service is the worst these guys should be ashamed of themselves for and not haveing a good Aditude towards the customer working in such a great Burger place you should bring up your customer service and do it better they did not even looked at me when i was ordering.
The owner must look in to haveing a better workers in their abd one of the woker was haveing a napp on the table infrunt of all the customers while ordering bad bad bad!

Wanta get sick? Come in and watch the food handling and cross contamination and poor post covid cleaning skills never mind frys while almost stone cold do to improper ability to time orderes, and be indignant when questioned about it! GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION!

Me and my boyfriend was craving burgers so we drove from Abbotsford one night to try. It was probably the best burger I had and it came with a bunch of fries.

If you're looking for a burger that, everytime stands out against the rest, this is the place for you. It's fast, always hot, and always fresh, plus they always give you extra fries.

This Five Guys location is hands down the best in the greater Vancouver area. The burgers were well prepared, tasty and came out quick. The staff was very friendly and helped with any questions that I did have. We also loved the free peanuts.

Was craving a good double patty burger so we finally made our way to Five Guys @ Eagle Landing. Other than not being impressed with the cheese, we both loved our burgers. Especially my fiance who has dairy issues. She loved the rather straight forward burger menu.

We came here for lunch on our way to Pick-A-Part. We found the staff very friendly and the food well-made and fresh.

One of the best burgers I've had yet! And home made french fries. At a reasonable price. Check it out you won't be sorry.

Great food and friendly staff. Unless you are able of eating alot of food, i would stick to the little hamburger or little cheeseburger because the normal burger comes with two patties. A little more expensive than fast food but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth a try

Honestly the best burgers I've had in the lower mainland so far (to be fair, I don't eat out often, but man I tried many burgers in Vancouver and all of them were a BIG fiasco!) these are REALLY GOOD. Double meat, lots of toppings to choose (you gotta have the grilled onions and jalapeños, they make it even better!) and the fries are great! Honestly, really good food and fairly prized. Also, they have peanuts there for you to take (first time I entered it was weird to me but yeah, sounds like a good idea hahahaa). And they leave crayons and paper cards for you to give feedback, although I always end up leaving a drawing hahaha. Overall, I highly recommend these burgers ️

Always good food. Always alot of fries when you order it. Is a little bit pricy compared to other places though

We find the burgers really sloppy and the fries quite greasy. The burger is hard to put down because it wants to slide apart.

Amazing food, amazing customer service is great and the fries are always over stacked to the point where they are all in the bag. The cajun fries are also some of the best fries in the area and rhe toppings for all burgers are free. Really great place and environment and the peanuts are on the house!

I don't eat burgers, but the fries are great maybe some of the best I've had. Freshly made not frozen and high end. Unlimited drink fill ups is nice too.

Tons of food! Unless you're an army I'd get the regular burger and fries. The large burger and fries are enough to fill even the most voracious appetite. Pretty basic menu. Prices are a little steep, but they are generous in the portions. A large fries will easily feed two people. We are regulars of Five Guys in Vancouver and south of the border.

Hands down best burgers at their price point. Fries and free peanuts make the experience that much better.

Staff is extremely helpful, polite and professional. They kept my wallet safe when I accidently left it in the restaurant. Food was delicious Peanuts were my favourite.

Five Guys is pretty tasty. Fresh toppings and good fries. Burger can taste a little greasy and falls apart often but it is the best of burgers America has to offer that has since come north of the border. Good staff.

The best burgers I've EVER eaten. The fries are incredible and the portion size is massive-these are definitely for sharing. The best hand cut fries. The complimentary peanuts are so fun and super delish. Go, treat yourself, you deserve it!

I personally did not like the food enough to justify the ridiculous price. Don't see why this is considered an unreal burger. It was nothing. I've had BK that tasted better for half the price. Red Robin burgers destroy this place with bottomless drink and fries to add for half the price. Save your hard earned dough. I went one time a few weeks ago and would NEVER return. Just my. 02cents
