I found this shop and when I went in there it was very welcoming and the girl behind the front is sooo nice and answered all of my questions.

It took them awhile to fix my vehicle but I had two claims that were other other drivers insurance and when I got it back, it was done beautifully and they even cleaned and shampooed it for me!

I recommend them over any other shop hands down

FABS is my one of favorite place to servicing my vehicle. They are response my every question politely and followed my requirements. Now my vehicle exhaust sound so smooth and clean.

TESLA REPAIR

I don’t usually post reviews but i had to write this cuz Fix Auto has done nothing but AMAZING to my car. I crashed my door to a pole so they replaced my car door with a new one and got me a new mirror in such a short waiting period, other auto shops would make you wait for a month or so. Aside from that, they also polished and buffed my other scratches on the right passenger side not related to this repair for free. My Tesla looks brand new when i got it! VERY SATISFIED customer! Thank you Fix Auto!

Extremely happy with the service. I called after an accident with my Tesla model y. Brought it in for an estimate, and just over a week, the part came in, they painted it and replaced my side mirror. The service took approximately 2 hours and they even offered to drive if I needed to head somewhere close. Accommodating, honest, efficient and professional. Highly recommend having your car fixed at this shop.

The staff went above and beyond for me. Their customer service was exceptional, always so warm and friendly! Their service was diligent and efficient taking time down to the smallest detail. I don’t live in the area, but heard such good things so I went there. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

Great experience in the shop! The workers are very nice and genuine especially the owner Jagder. When my car got hit, they gave me advice on how to approach the situation and broke down all the cost. It made me feel like they genuinely cared and wanted to help! At the end my car was fixed properly! So If you want a fair price or just a professional advice in times of need, definitely come to this place!

I took my car in for painting and small body work and would give the team a 9 out of 10 for their work. I would give them a 10 out of 10 for their sharing of information and customer relations. They are an extremely professional team and by the result of work done on my car totally committed and proud of their work. Don't go any where else for auto body repair.

Jag Rai is the guy to go to if you need your car fixed properly. Super professional and quick. Also pays very close attention to detail making sure whatever i needed fixed was done properly. He told me it was going to take a week to fix and was going to call me when it was done. He called me in 4 days that the job was done and i can pick up my car anytime. THIS IS THE MAN YOU WANT FIXING YOUR CARS, GO TO JAG RAI TRUST ME IT WILL BE WORTH IT.

I had accident, need to check the vehicle before drive on highway. Staff there is really helpful, read the code, check all fluids, to make sure it is safe to drive. Appreciated the help, and the service is free! Very kind people!

This auto shop is not reliable. They lied to scare customers away to deny services. My car recently got hit and had some scratches on the front bumper. We drove the car to this shop to get an estimate. They offered a quote for $1200 for just a few scratches to fix. We asked for a re-estimate. They told us to buy a scratch pen to fix the problems by ourselves. We went to another shop and got an offer for only $200. This shop is the worst auto shop I have ever seen.

I made a appt to see Jag at Fix Auto to get a quote and i saw him at 1pm today. He was super friendly and nice.i had a paint scuff on my car which he looked at and fixed within seconds not asking me for a penny.i was so impressed by this and made my day as i was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars.i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great body shop. Our Model Y had front bumper damage, which was repaired and painted really well. Looks like a new car again. Excellent customer service, and it cost less than estimated. That's honesty and truly refreshing to see. I'll always bringing our cars here in future.

They breakdown the costs of parts, labor, time, etc. So that you know what you're paying for. The price is very reasonable and the workmanship is outstanding. Working hard and efficiently, the time it takes for them to fix your car is good and fast. They provide a courtesy car if needed and even wash your car inside and out.

Huge thanks to the team at FixAuto Burnaby for taking care of my car in a timely and efficient manner. I dropped the vehicle off on Monday and within 2 days it was ready to be picked up.

Not only is the service here exceptional but, as an added bonus they completely cleaned and sanitized both the outside/inside of my vehicle. The team here is awesome and they were super transparent about the costs associated with the repairs.

Another important thing that I will say is that I was also given a courtesy car which was not only clean on the inside, but it was also a smoke-free vehicle—which is greatly appreciated. Can’t say enough about them. Quality service for a reasonable price! I definitely would not hesitate to use them again.and take my word for it, I usually don’t write reviews:)

Jagdev and Sameer were very friendly and did a terrific job repairing my Tesla Model 3 bumper. Afterwards, they thoroughly washed the entire car and also cleaned the interior. In addition, given the current pandemic, they were quite vigilant in following the provincial guidelines to protect the health of their customers. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!

I took my truck there for a warranty repair from a horrible body shop in Edmonton. Jag is amazing! The staff here went the extra mile or three on my truck! Every detail was taken care of and they were professional all the way along (they even asked if I could come see it midway through to make sure it was up to standard). I would hands down recomend them to anyone. The truck looks amazing and I'm very thankful. They overdelivered in quality and speed of the repair. Having your car get broken into has its wave of emotions and added stress. However, I know I will remember this experience not so much by the event, but by the customer service I received by the team at Fix Auto. This mess of the break-in while balancing full time work and finishing my term of graduate school was enough to put me over the edge. However, the minute I showed up to Fix Auto, some of my stress had already lifted. While organizing my insurance, there was already staff vacuuming my entire car from all the glass and organizing the chaos of my contents the break-in had caused. I was also leaving to Alberta in a couple days, so the team had arranged for my parts to be ordered and repaired while I was away. Unsure about how I would get to my client appointment before I flew out and get my car in to get fixed, Jag had kindly offered to drive me to my appointment. This in my opinion was absolutely above and beyond service. Furthermore, I was constantly kept apprised of status of repair, and was even picked up when my car was finished. My car was absolutely immaculate. From the repairs to the comprehensive clean in the interior absolutely blew my mind. I am so grateful to the team at Fix Auto for all their kindness and efforts.

When you have so much to manage in your day to day, the way I was treated absolutely made this negative situation one of the most positive customer service experiences I have ever had. I was here for ICBC claimed collision repair. The process was easy and smooth. Courtesy vehicle was provided to me while my car was being repaired. The repaired vehicle was nicely cleaned inside and out. The damanged area after the repair looks like new.
