We had a new car that went through an incident claim and repair with fix auto. We were very happy with all experience with the team, especially the hep from Jas. Also, Nipsey even helped us do some mirror cleaning when we dropped by and seek advice! Will definitely recommend this place.

I had my service few months back for body repair and scratches.
Why i write this so late? Its because i owe them a review for their AMAZING services.

My car had a paint scratch all the way from driver door to my gas cap, ICBC only approved my claim for driver door scratches but Fix Auto took it to themselves to fix ALL THE PAINT DAMAGE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
I was blown away by their service!
Not to add that my car also gets washed and DETAILED (Yes, detailed the inside VERY CLEAN)

So if you are reading this, trust me you will be happy with Fix Auto service in Port Moody.

I just picked up my car from Fix Auto. The car looked great and I was very pleased with all that they did.
They not only did a great job with my car but they did it all in record time and I got my car back well before it promised.

My car was keyed, and my car dealer recommended Fix Auto, and I was highly impressed. From the first appointment, while I was providing info on claim, they reversed parked my car without me asking to make it easy to drive out.

When my car was being fixed, they gave me a loaner so I wasn't inconvenienced. Not only that, educating me on the next steps so I felt confident.

Scratch was across hood of my car, was worried about colour match. Not only does it look like it's straight out of dealership, they detailed inside and outside of car.

Customer service by Jas and the team is honestly top notch! You feel as if they're treating your car like it's theirs. Could not recommend more highly!

Very expensive and unprofessional, for small dents gave me 1200$ estimates and I found another place to fix it 350$.

Very professional team. Jaz is 7 stars professional. Fixed my Toyota Sienna, cleaned my car from inside and outside. Polished the whole body. Replaced the rear bumper and sprayed typical same metalic color, polished the plastic cover of the head lights, they make it just like brand new. Jaz arranged a courtesy car and helped me to return it back. I received my car in excellent shape. Really, I appreciated all your help.

Fix auto was referred to me by Honda. I went in without an appointment and they quickly looked at what needed to be done, booked my appointment for the next day and fixed my car within a few mins. It was a small job so it was on the house! My first time experience was amazing. I would definitely go back!

Jas was super kind and helped me get some body damage filled in prep of my car getting wrapped. He gave me a really good price and even fixed some smaller dents I had for no extra charge.

Fix Auto was initially recommended to me by someone at the Honda Dealership when I was going in for normal maintenance. I went in to Fix Auto for some external repairs and dealt with Jas. Jas was fast, efficient, polite, friendly, responsive, and skilled. He got right to the point, everything was transparent and straighforward.on top of all of that, he was extremely fast and did an incredible job on the vehicle. I dread anything having to do with car maintenance, but everything with Fix Auto was on point and superb. Amazing work, amazing skill, and amazing service.

I scratched my side mirror cover and brought it in to fix auto in port moody. They told me to just order the part and they will install it for free as a customer service. I did exactly what the agent told me to do and they did the amazing job. If you have any issues with painting or repairing for your vehicle, I would like to recommend this shop. My car looks brand new and they made sure to check for additional damage underneath the panel and fixed that as well. I have a Lexus Rx350. This is my second time to use Port Moody fix auto services. They are the best, professional and fast. Staff are very kind and friendly.

When I visited Fix Auto Port Moody to have them quote on damage to my truck, they provided me with a quotation. The suggested I submit a claim through my insurance, as my claims history was clean. Once the claim was submitted and approved, I contacted Fix to bring my vehicle in, believing it would take a few days for them to schedule and confirm the service loaner. They were able to take my vehicle in that day and had a clean car waiting for me to use.

Once the work was completed a few days later, I went down to pick up my truck. The job was perfect! The vehicle was clean inside and out!

The staff at Fix explained were all very friendly and the shop itself was clean, bright and comfortable.

I would recommend this as the first and only stop for any repairs you may require.

They helped me with my dented bumper and had so much compassion, they did it for FREE! I recommend this place for their 5 star customer service and the amazing autobody repair results. Have used this shop twice, each time they had exceptional customer service. They provide loner cars. They are very quick & my truck was spotless inside & out when I picked it up. Overall very happy, I will use them again in the future if need be.

Best experience at an auto body shop ever! Staff was super helpful and friendly. I called to inquire about my check engine light and they were able to get rid of it free! Everywhere else charges just to use their computer. Don't think twice and just go to Fix auto body!:)

I got new fender and bumper there after an accident. They also fixed my right front door which could not be closed tightly before even though this was not caused by that accident. Besides, they gave my car a full wash as well. My car looked brand new after this. I am so satisfied and glad that I had my car fixed there.

I visited Fix Auto for a partially dislodged front bumper. Their friendly staff booked me an appointment for the next day very quickly. At the appointment, they told me that parts of the front bumper clips were actually broken so I naturally started worrying about the bill they were going to throw at me. To my surprise, there was no bill. They told me they weren't going to charge for such a small job. True homies.

I took my Honda Civic for repair to Fix Auto and the repair was excellent. I have never been so happy with a car repair before. Not even the car dealers are so meticulous in even the tiny detail. Roland is really friendly, kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
