I took the kickboxing/conditioning class at FKP and I loved it. The staff is incredibly friendly and help to tailor the workout to your personal abilities. They challenge you in a good way and help you to get better every session.

My daughters have been training here for the past 7 years and we are so grateful to be part of this community! The training is top notch professional and the coaches are very kind and dedicated to their students. FKPMMA is just a huge part of their life and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you FKPMMA

The training and philosophy at FKP MMA is world-class. From the moment you step through the doors, bow in and mentally prepare for the lessons. I have been a student at FKP for a few months now and find them the most professional outfit that I have come across. They don’t mollycoddle their students, which just means that you get the best bang for your buck. Yes, it may take a few classes before you get used to their style but once you do, their workouts are the best!

And Mr. Franco is an excellent teacher, considering how seriously he takes his job.

Though I've only been training here for three months, FKP is a fantastic gym. Since day one, I've felt like I've made significant progress, and Mr. Franco and Mr. Martin truly help you through your training. When you are new, they help you and advise you on what to do, and they get you going right away. I believe that with the wonderful community and team at FKP, I will grow so much more in the future.

I first met Mr. Franco and Mr. Martin at FKP MMA in January 2023. Both of them are nice and decent people. They patiently explained to me the courses offered by the school. Since I knew what I wanted, I signed up right away. So far, I have already attended almost three weeks of group classes, and I believe this school is the best place to exercise one’s body and mind. No matter you are a beginner or a veteran, all students here are being treated equally. The instructors are always willing to help those who are serious on training. It didn't take me long to get used to their training system. Skills take time to hone. If you consistently train hard with a humble learning attitude, you will definitely gain a lot from FKP MMA over time.

I've wanted to put my daughter into FKP's program since she was 3, but she wasn't old enough so we tried other martial art programs and she hated it. When my daughter was old enough we put her on a waitlist and finally got a spot. Again, my daughter was super hesitant because she thought it was like that other program we tried. The first person we encountered was Coach Maria and she was so good with making my daughter feel comfortable. After a few classes my daughter loved going to class. My daughter especially loves that there are more female coaches than most other programs. The classes have made her stronger and more confident. Once my son was old enough we signed him up right away and I'm so glad we did because he now loves it as well. I highly recommend FKP to all my friends. The first time I got to sit in and watch the class I was very impressed. I even told my husband how calm and direct Coach Franco was with the kids. He truly is like a giant teddy bear. Some people may think he looks intimidating, but I've only seen him speak kindly and behave professionally towards the children and parents. All the coaches have been great with the kids. It really does feel like a family.

Shortly after my daughter joined, I joined their conditioning class so I could set an example for my daughter and also learn first hand what she's learning so I could do it with her at home. Coach Maria was very patient even though I had no clue what I was doing. It was an amazing workout and wish I could have continued (currently pregnant). My experience with Coach Maria gave me the confidence that my kids are getting the same respect and patience in their classes
