Dr Turton and his staff are always very professional, friendly and always put their patients at ease. Kudos to all the staff and especially Karen who cleaned my teeth. She did it painlessly and took time to explain everything she was doing! Thanks Karin and Dr Turton.

I’ve been coming to this practice since I was a kid. It’s been fun to watch it evolve, and I’m impressed by all the tech that’s been incorporated to it as of late. Everyone’s always been super kind and it’s always a positive experience.

I had a wisdom tooth removed today. It went well, there was lots of care taken to make sure I could not feel anything. The staff is always kind and friendly and the place is nice. I would have given it a higher rating but - wisdom tooth extraction! Not fun in anyones book. But not Flagship's fault.

Been going here for years and love the service. Had an emergency fix needed for a chip. Got in quickly and was in and out in 15 mins! Staff are great, Dentist knows his stuff.

Recently moved to Langley, and was introduced to this dental office through a good friend. The office was a little out of the way for us but still convenient to find and park at. Staff was awesome, extremely friendly and accommodating! I had to cancel last minute due to flue symptoms unfortunately the morning of and recieved attitude and was made to feel guilty for canceling. This is not the type of attitude that should be shown when I am trying to keep their staff safe in the middle of a pandemic. The next appointment I had I clicked confirm but I guess it didn't go through but they canceled my appointment I had taken the morning off for. Honestly not that impressed with the service, I found the dentist quite cold/unfriendly. I will not be going back. I can say the medicine seems high quality, the facility is clean and they have state of the art equipment.
