Was not impressed, asked for an item to be ordered, waited almost a week. Tried to call and ask and was ignored, tried to call 2 days later and was told they were busy and would call back, 3 hours later after no call I go in and the item was never ordered, and then they kept telling me it was my fault that I wasn't clear. When you say you would like to order something, it's kinda clear

Wait times during the COVID-19 crisis is understandable. But when the employee doesn't understand, then turns around and continues to blame the customer for it and not take any form of responsibility - that is not acceptable.

After much research on getting a good beginner level treadmill at a reasonable price point with quick turnaround on delivery, I was recommended to reach out to this store and got in contact with the Store Manager, Shiv Verma, who greatly assisted me getting the right product that checked all the boxes on price, availability, features and quick shipping. I got a Spirit Fitness XT185 Treadmill couple months ago and thus far have no complaints and in fact love my daily runs. It's a great buy for someone who's looking for a great run without lot of bells and whistles attached to it. I would recommend the purchase of this product.

I went to see Shiv for a spin bike. He had me try 3 or 4 different ones before finding one that works best for me. He was very patient and didn't try to sell me something that didn't fit. Great Service!
