Oh my goodness! My family and I absolutely loved the Beef Wellington dinner we had tonight! Sooo DELICIOUS! The flavours of all the dishes were spectacular, my daughter said we’ll definitely have to have this one again, my husband agreed! And an added bonus was the easy clean up! Thank you #FlambéAtHome!

We love the weekly “Flambé at home” delivery. Something we look forward to every weekend. The chef changes it up with all kinds of international cuisine, so it’s always an adventure and always excellent. Highly recommend!

Flambé at home never disappoints and tonight was no exception. My toddler and I had the lemongrass chicken satay and ‘Pad Thai’ salad and it was so good. My 1 year old ate an entire satay to himself and still asked for more!

Fabulous meals every week! I love the different cuisines all prepared with Chef Jordan’s expertise. The subscription means a meal treat every week and less cooking. Try it, you’ll love it!

So sad to say that this company although their food is beyond delicious and economical had been a massive disappointment. We have ordered weekly from September to March but needed to skip meals for a month or so. Initially skipping was not a problem but when our subscription restarted the skipping option on their website was problematic. 13 emails and phone calls to get this issue sorted. Next skip of their meal again was a problem even though their website directions for success were adhered to and an invoice for a skipped meal arrived in my inbox. Email.no response.email.no response til a comment posted on their Instagram account got their attention, which was deleted because it was not the glowing accolade that they desired. When their short comings were discussed with Jordan he did not agree with my opinion that splitting 3 ribs between two people for a whole hog experience was ridiculous.seems obvious to me but he didn't see it that way. He asked me what I wanted. I said fix my account remove the invoices for meals I had to skipped and give me the consistent option to skip the deliveries that want to skip. He professed to have hired a new website creator and they were working on it.this is the same claim he made in early May. I reminded him that if he was unable to correct the deficiencies on his website his customers could not place orders. His answer to my negative feedback was to cancel my subscription and seemingly lockout my account. I have spent in excess of $1300 on my purchases with this company only to receive a defensive response to my concerns and request to fix the problems on my account. Sadly at the end of the day a chef who can't understand that showing a pic of a half rack of ribs and serving up 3 medium meated ribs for a dinner for two is unacceptable should hangs up his chef's hat and apron. If you don't wish to hear the truth of how you are doing in the marketplace then delete the negative comments and argue with a loyal client who has spent lots of money in your business.you are a real winner.great food extremely dismal website and business skills.

Again you misconstrued the points that I made. 3 ribs is not equal portions for 2 people. Never said that the overall meal was not filling.
As for skipping multiple meals that was an option for March into May. You and your website direct the client to disable the auto renewal and re-enable when the user wishes to resume delivery. I have sent you screenshots of the result of doing as you directed with no response from you. The toggle goes to manual pay and no skip button reappears. Not looking to skip multiple meals at a time only before the Friday deadline.can't do when there isn't a skip option. Do not appreciate getting an invoice for a meal that I wanted to skip and would have had the button been available.
You did not respond to the second emails only when a comment was made on you IG.
I find it hard to believe that you and 3 others consumed a meal meant for 2 people and had left overs.

My fiancé and I hired Jordan and his team at Flambé to cater our engagement party and they did an absolutely amazing job! We decided on the BBQ dinner and the food was superb and pleased every single one of our guests. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly and attentive and we felt very well taken care of! We highly recommend Flambé for anyone's catering needs!

We were gifted a dinner delivered to our door from my mom for a special occasion. All of it was so good from the big ticket item like the Brisket in Naramata Nut Brown sauce right down to the Jalapeño and honey butter to go on the Cornbread, which was also fabulous. There was a feta and melon salad as well which was elevated by the creaminess of the Macedonian Feta, and the lime vinnegarette which made it unique compared to other similar salads. Would definitely order for ourselves in the future and recommend to anyone.

I don’t know where to start here!

We hired Flambé Catering (Jordan) for our wedding pretty soon after getting engaged because of the variety of choices we saw with their menus. But suddenly before our wedding we discovered my fiancé as well as some of his family had celiac! We had no clue what our catering options would be and it was something we were only just learning to navigate. We also had guests with seafood allergies and severe nut allergies.

And Jordan blew us away!

He sent us detailed lists of everything on his menu that was already inherently gluten-free, and was so understanding about cross contamination. He was also super receptive to make any little tweaks to other recipes if we needed to, down to putting croutons on the side just in case, or making changes to the cracker selection. Ultimately, we were able to serve an entire dinner that was not only completely safe for everyone’s allergies but SO DELICIOUS! We sprung a little extra for the Thai halibut and everyone raved and raved about it the whole evening. I remember wishing I had several stomachs so I could keep eating all night! His house made Caesar dressing was one of the best ever, I actually had a second plate of just Caesar salad hahaha

Jordan was quick to reply, so professional and lovely to work with. I don’t think I can recommend him enough! 10/10 Five star for sure!

We had the chicken curry last week for take out and it was amazing! Very satisfied with the amount of food and how delicious everything was! Will definitely be ordering take out from Flambe again!

We just had Flambé cater our wedding and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience! Everyone keeps bringing up how amazing the food was and in particular the short rib and tuna! There was so much attention to detail, the service from their team was on point and it was a pleasure to work with them all! With everything that was going on with COVID, Jordan quickly and without hesitation changed as quickly as our plans changed. We really appreciated how far above and beyond he went and couldn’t have asked for more. Don’t hesitate to book these guys for your next event!

Brides Beware, especially Out of Town Brides: I booked this caterer for my wedding only to have him cancel on me and return our deposit after having a minor miscommunication over a food tasting with the head chef, of which was his error for failing to communicate with me all the details. Instead of adhering to proper business and customer service standards by working with the customer; we were accused of being cheap (despite the thousands of dollars we were going to pay for our wedding) not to mention we were blamed for the miscommunication when in reality we were mislead by the head chef. I drove from Alberta to meet this caterer and to finalize small details for my wedding and my fiancee and I were treated with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention that I now need to find a new caterer for my wedding during peak wedding season. I do not recommend this business.

Delicious food, beautiful presentation, consistently great every dinner, with Flambe catering at the 1912 made for perfect summer nights. These chefs know how to cook!

Flambé Catering has been a family treasure and tradition for years. We spend a month every summer in Kaleden and attend their weekly buffet dinners almost every week. Some summers, it is every week. We bring guests with us every time and have never had a complaint or a criticism from any of them. Most have returned with us multiple times. My adult kids plan their trips to Kaleden to include whatever night of the week we will go to Flambé. These nights are magical. The food is the foundation of the evening because we are all foodies. We have rarely had a disappointing dish in all those meals and we have had many, many outstanding ones. The Naramata Nut Brown Ale that turns up in sauces regularly is a guarantee of flavour filled meats. The porchetta doesn’t make an appearance every July but it is amazing. The ribs, chicken and brisket are all top notch. They make cornbread that is outstanding but the cornbread pudding might make you swoon. Salads include all kinds of local produce and are always fresh. The homemade fruit pies are yummy. In addition to the great food, the location of this facility is lovely. Indoors is nice and rustic but we usually dine in the garden overlooking Skaha Lake. White table cloths, ivy covered stone walls, flowering shrubs and twinkling lights all combine to make you feel like you are visiting a castle. Add in wonderful local live music and you have the makings of a really wonderful evening. If you are really lucky, Aiden and Mandy will be playing. But I don’t want to leave the impression that these are the only reasons to go to Flambé. The final reason is the people. All the staff from Chef Jason through every server are friendly and professional. We feel like we are being welcomed into the home of friends every time we are there. The rest is great but these are all really nice people working hard to create a beautiful experience for all of us. I can’t wait for next summer!

I booked my wedding reception at 1912 Sept 28 2019 where Jordan has his catering company Flambé. The food is absolutely incredible. The location is perfect and the building has so much character. I’ve had so many compliments and can’t recommend him enough!
