Completed my move from Seattle to Vancouver earlier this year through FRR and Leo’s help. They were the most professional movers I have come across and they made the entire cross country move really smooth and hassle-free for me. Flat Flat Relocations is a company I would recommend to anyone who is looking to find a dependable reliable trucking company. They picked up my furniture from Langley B. C in September and brought it to Okotoks Alberta. The employees were polite respectful and very helpful. The gentleman I conversed with most of the time - Leo - was very courteous and professional. I would rate them 10 out of 10.

Completed a move from Alberta to British Columbia! Leo and the team were very accommodating throughout the whole process - from requesting a quote until the end of the move. As I was moving a small apartment, Leo made sure to throw in a low volume discount as well, which was highly appreciated! The moving team were punctual and very thorough. They made sure to pack everything very carefully and securely (including odd pieces of furniture). Small items were also packed into china boxes for added protection. A very detailed list of my inventory was also maintained and everything returned in the exact condition! Not a surprise since everything was strapped in their truck very nicely. Anything they disassembled was reassembled upon arrival. The team also followed up with me after completing the move. Would highly recommend their services!

I was looking for help moving from Seattle to Vancouver and was super nervous about crossing the border. I found flat rate via Google and was super stoked about how easy they made it sound and it was clear they do moves cross-border all the time. Plus, I assigned them as my proxy to pickup from a storage unit without me there and they definitely represented me as a customer really well. I was super happy with their instructions and met the guys at the border (which the border guards already knew them since they do it all the time) and it was super easy. On delivery, the guys also were friendly, efficient, and put together my bed frame. They really have high quality team members who care about you. I'm definitely impressed and will no doubt use them again if needed.

I Hired FlatRateRelocation for my job relocation to Vancouver as it was highly recommended by folks. When I first contacted them, they mentioned that we will need to be present at the Canadian custom (Pacific Highway Port of Entry) to clear the shipment. The movers were very professional and fairly efficient. The shipping happened the next day and it went really smooth. They also provided a handbook that answers most of my questions regarding the moving process.

We had a move from Port Coquitlam to High River Alberta. Leo answered all our questions about the company and booking the move. The team arrived an hour early which was truly amazing! On the past movers never on time. So we were definitely impressed about the team arriving early. They were amazing with all our property making sure it was packed well to ensure no breakage. They were very professional excellent expertise and personable. They communicated well while our goods were in transit. They arrived on time at our destination in High River. Again excellent work unloading and putting everything where we wanted it. Seth made a recommendation on how a piece of furniture should be placed I did not agree so they placed it the way I wanted it. It turns out Seth was right and he said no problem we can changed it! Amazing patience this team has. I have also referred this company for another move for a family member!

The best moving service I have ever met. Moved a full truckload of furniture from Seattle to Vancouver, and they wrapped everything in the blanket, nicely and carefully loaded up for everything. Unloading and Moving-in were even better, they watched every corner while moving the furniture, and used extra care for each piece, our family couldn't be more satisfied. I must say Sef and the crew were fantastic! They came to my house with a big truck, when they suspect they need backup, a second truck show up in the afternoon to stand by, fortunately, all my items went into 1 truck.

I had the Flat Rate guys help me with a cross-border move (Vancouver Canada to Seattle US). These guys are very professional, responsive, and deliver their service at quality. They took really good care of my things when packing, loading, delivery and assembly. I felt like having them do it was better than I could have done. I knew what to expect in terms of their moving terms, and was kept up to date on the transport so I could plan for pick up and delivery. Pricing is reasonable for the poundage, compared to other movers that do this. I was quite satisfied with the whole experience.

I highly recommend Flat Rate Relocation, we used their service moving from California, CA to Vancouver, BC in mid may, and two young man Jason and Sef were superb, very professional, friendly, and thoughful, detail-oriented, they are so detailed because they had lots of experiences that they can foresee the potential risk, i reply on their opinion alot during the whole movement and they made everything a breeze. They are absolutely on time on both side, it's a team that you can trust completely, and even my ikea furnitures are well handled too, my item arrives in vancouver still in their original way. Their price cant beat, it's the cheapest i can find.

Sef and Elwin were the most amazing people I have ever met. They were extremely professional, careful, and so kind. They updated me all along the way, as this was a big move from Vancouver, Canada to Los Angeles! I will only use them moving forward for any big moves. I had very special paintings that came back perfectly. A previous moving company I used had ruined a painting! The only regret I have is I didn't pay for their packing services too, as they are the best and really treat your belongings as theirs. Leo was also extremely helpful in onboarding me as a customer. I highly recommend this mover for any cross-border move. Flat Rate handled our move from Washington State to Vancouver BC and did a great job from start to finish. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the process for a cross-border move and the regulatory requirements on both sides of the border, Flat Rate was also very communicative and friendly. They are reasonably priced and extremely transparent.

Prior to our moving day, they set up a call to go over the details of the process for our move, which included furniture and items the importation of a car from the US to Canada, advised us of the various forms that needed to be prepared and set up a schedule for the move. After our initial call, they kept in touch with us and readily answered our questions as they arose. On moving day they arrived on time and were extremely efficient. They met us at the border, helped us with the border crossing and delivered our furniture and boxes in perfect condition. Bottom line, we feel we couldn’t have found a better mover!

Moved from a home in Vancouver to Los Angeles. Flat Rate was very professional; Leo communicated quickly over email to any questions I had and made the process easy & smooth. They were on-time, called one day prior to the day of arrival and 30 minutes prior to arrival time. They took care of anything we forgot to do during the packing process without any hesitation.
