My poor cat was ailing from serious issues involving crystals in his urine. Dr Aulakh was truly amazing throughout the entire time. Great communication and extraordinary care. He went above and beyond when looking after my little guy
between his two clinics in Cloverdale and Richmond. Highly recommend Dr Aulakh and his crew!

Dr. Aulakh has taken amazing care of our fur babies. Very caring and makes sure all of our concerns are heard and addressed.

One of the best vets i've been too. Not over priced, reception is fantastic to deal with and they are super understanding of my current situation that still allows me to care for my animal the best that I can.

I read good reviews from this clinic reason I brought my cat here. But I was mistaken. Just a friendly advice, if your pet is not feeling very well after procedure done in this clinic, please immeditaly seek for second opinion from other clinic or bring them to the hospital for proper care. I lost my cat because I didn’t receive proper advice from the doctor despite informing him of my cat’s condition regularly. I’m so disappointed I brought my cat in this clinic.

Dr. Aulakh is very client and pet centered. We did not want to give every vaccine to our puppy as it is pure breed. Most of the clinics declined to provide separate vaccines. Fleetwood clinic offered it. Dr. Aulakh also took time to explain things to us and was very kind and friendly. Front staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend this clinic and will continue to go there even though it is bit far for us.

Had a great experience with Dr Aulak & even though I don't drive was easy to get to with an Uber & felt very confident in their help for my dog & his medical issues.

I can't say enough about how fantastic the caring and consideration all the staff are at this clinic! Had we not moved from Surrey I would still use this clinic. Our old dog Isla needed to be put down, my regular vet clinic did not make home visits, but Dr Aulakh did. When I made arrangements with the staff on phone they were so lovely. They paused and made time for all my questions, unrushed. Dr. Aulakh was fantastic from start to finish and and from the start acknowledged, what we came to know, how hard it was to say good-bye. He was prepared and carried us through it, he left a brochure about grieving and offered support to call him any time. He made a paw impression and framed it for us which was dropped off with the ashes, again with condolences and follow up to how we were doing! I wouldn't have wanted any other vet to help us through this process. When we later got a new kitten that had continued diarrhea he monitored everything closely, we tried different things, and finally got to the end of it. Like I said, if we hadn't moved from Surrey I would have continued to see to Dr Aulakh and the staff at Fleetwood Vet Clinic.

Amazing Staff. Gary is the best vet we have ever had in life. He saved 2 of my 18 years old cats life. He would go extra miles to make sure they are ok. I cannot imagine what our life would be like if I did not go to his clinic 6 months ago. Thank you so much!

We Need more of him, DR Gurdev Aulakh best of the best veterinarian, I have cross paths with a very kind good hearted man, We left with our hearts at easy he has a good aura very gentle with my furry baby.

Dr Aulakh is fantastic. I had been to many other clinics with a dog who has always had constant visits to the vet. He takes his time explains to you the issues and doesn't just jump to medication to fix the pet. I definitely will advise anyone to try his clinic for anyone who doesn't just want to be rushed back out the door.

First I saw one vet (unfortunately didn't catch his name) and absolutely did not enjoy our visit. His assumption was that Dobermans are aggressive and just the way he handled my dog wasn't nice. Front desk weren't too welcoming either and there was lack of communication. After I got a call from Dr Aulakh and he was really nice but my first experience wasn't too pleasant.

Came in with my dog having blood in his Urin. Dr. Aulakh took his time to go every step and every test he wanted to do as well as a treatment plan. I felt confident to leave my dog there for a while for the tests and knew he would be treated right. Dr Aulakh really took my worry as he made sure I understood every step. He also was very gentle with my dog. And while I paid A LOT of money, at least I know now he's fine. Thanks

Dunlap has retired!

Not going to lie, I tried a few other vets in a area due to Dunlaps appointment wait times. After my poor experiences with the other vets. I decided to book with Fleetwood anyways because my puppy had some ongoing skin issues. I booked an appointment (for the next day) with one of the two new veterinarians and she was great. After completing a thorough exam (which is not easy on a 100lbs Bullmastiff puppy) she came outside to speak to me face to face. She found a heart issue (which was never previously addressed with Fleetwood) and you could tell she was very concerned about the issue. Luckily I was previously made aware of the issue (by the breeder) and I took my pup to the specialist a week prior. She appeared to be very relived and we continued on the skin issues. She did testing on site to determine what infection he had and was able to provide the appropriate medication and ear drops. I was very impressed as 2 other vets in area weren't able to detect the heart issue even after being informed. I will defiantly be returning!

It has been well over three weeks since I first tried to get my cat into see Dr. Dunlap; but it never happened because I have been given the run around, ignored, and disrespected by the front desk clerk repeatedly who promises to return my call every single time I call, and NEVER does. Today I had to euthanize my cat because of an escalation in her symptoms over the past month, without ever having the chance to see the holistic vet. Honestly, I don't see how this technician/receptionist can sleep at night. Not only is she unprofessional and uncaring, she is negligent and thoroughly unreliable. I cannot review the doctor, having never met her, but her staff is just horrible! Avoid the aggravation, and seek out another holistic vet, no matter how far you must travel if you can.

Dr. D.is amazing. We have had some scary Vets in the past. But since we've been taking our little guy to her.he's been the picture of health and not only that she is so great with pets. Shes friendly and warm and has a kind and loving manner. The animals feel that and aren't as stressed when visiting, neither are the human parents LOL. Dr. D is really a wonderful caring and knowledgeable Veterinarian. Thank you for all you are doing for our little guy.

Dr. Dunlop is an amazing Vet. Attentive, caring, personal and very knowledgeable. I have total confidence in her abilities to care for my pets. A vet you can ask anything and you don't feel intimidated. Holistic approach when needed. They strive to provide you the best care for you and your pets. Staff is friendly, very polite and efficient.
