I had my firs and worse ever experice. I live in Coal Harbour and even here never paid this much for a dry clean service. We never received any quote that they were supposed to send us right after we gave the clothes, therefore we ended up with a 300$ bill.charged 160$ for my Canada goose which I paid 70 last year somewhere else. Charged 65$ for a rain coat that always pay 30$, 24$ for a pants and some shirts at almost 8$ each. They are very very expensive, unprofessional. Never going back

Ripoff! They charge double for the same work anywhere else. We dropped off our cloths and we were supposed to receive an emailed quote but didn’t. We then came back to pick up 8 items and were billed $300. Be aware as they will rip you off.

Everyone is really friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure things are ready when I need them.

At both Broadway locations the people have anlways been friendly and helpful.
Cleaning has always come out as expected or better.
Alterations for pants and suit have been as expected as well. One recent instance of pants altered not to expectations but they explained why it didn’t happened (misunderstanding) and addressed as best they could.
I would recommend and I do go back:)

Definitely too expensive. Each piece was charged separately (the hood on the jacket was counted as a separate item and charged without notifying me). Didn’t even send me an itemized receipt/invoice until I called and asked for it. I will definitely not using this dry cleaning again.

Service and location were fine. Clean facilities, polite staff, underground parking. Fee for 2 suits, 2 shirts and a tie was $125. Each piece priced separately (no suit pricing). Expensive and seems odd they charge by piece for suits. Will find another shop next time.

Fletchers is just the place to go to in Vancouver if you value your clothes because they will tell you what they can and can’t do and are very
knowledgeable about different fabrics and up front about the costs!

The Fletchers employee decided to not do what I requested and chose another alteration. It was clearly not what I wanted as Ivett had written instructions on the order - which I have. Despite the error admitted by Lu, I was still charged full price for the alteration of the garment one month after I brought it to Fletchers Fabricare. Owner Cam (?) has no care for the customer experience and you can not seek redress from the management.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. IT IS IN DECLINE UNDER CURRENT MANAGEMENT,

I came in and asked for a quote about hemming a dress and the seamstress told me she’d need to see the fabric to accurately make one (fair enough). I come back the same day with the dress. The receptionist brought me to the seamstress and told her I was looking for a quote. She had me to try it on then proceeds to start pinning it all before sending me back to the front. I had to ask for a THIRD time for a quote! Now at this point they’ve already pinned it all and it’s ready to go so I felt like I couldn’t just walk away if I wasn’t happy with the price. I wish they were more upfront about the cost. Give a range if you don’t have the fabric. What a con move to have someone put it on and assuming you have the job and pin it all before finally telling someone what it’s going to cost. I just felt very pressured which is not the customer service you want to receive.

I spent $190 for 5 items to be dry cleaned. For this price I expected my dresses to be spotless and they were not, they still had stains on them. I will not be using this dry cleaning business again!

I had a beautiful yellow dress I wore for an event that tragically got caught in the escalator on my way out of the the hotel and was stained with dark black grease. And I brought it to Fletcher's and was ABSOLUTELY amazed that they were able to get out the grease and restore the dress to perfect condition! I was BLOWN AWAY! THANK YOU I highly recommend.

Fletchers is now my neighborhood dry cleaner and their services are quick and always very friendly - I always appreciate a friendly smile or or greeting.

Fletchers did a wonderful job of altering my Brother's biking pads that were to small. He was so happy that he sent 2 more pieces to be altered.

Dry cleaned pillow covers, that were beautifully cleaned considering some very old stains etc they got all out but a couple not completed on one pillow, still acceptable. However, I did not need all the wire hangers and plastic covering on my finished covers. I can see it makes it compatible with your system, still I don’t want all the plastic to dispose of and hopefully you will take back your hangers. Pillow covers could be packed in a more environmentally caring way.

All the wool clothes i brought to them had moth holes (eeeeewwww. I hate moths) and larvae (blech). They fixed the holes and cleaned them up beautifully.

Great service, dry cleaning pick up and drop off and the quality is always consistent. A little pricey but can't beat door to door service.

Got a follow up phone call after registering with Fletchers and then met the driver the following week. Super nice and professional! Got my first set of cleaning this morning and they did a fantastic job with the shirts. Super convenient and at a really great price. Can’t recommend them enough!

Best place in Vancouver for professional dry cleaning. They fixed a ripped seam in a suit, that i hadnt even noticed.
