The best staff and honest people work there, and there is a nice person who booked a flight for me her name is Emma Hutchinson, and she was really nice to me and did the best for me, for sure in the future I will do another booking flights with them.

I have always had incredible experience with Flight Centre, and in particular Nicki Clark. Her strengths are finding boutique hotels in cool areas of the cities I travel at very reasonable prices. I used to book my travel myself, but what a treat to leave it to her. Plus, when something changes or goes wrong as it does in travel, she’s there to take the stress away and fix it all. I highly recommend Nicki and Flight Centre.

Terrible service. They are all bad agents that do not care about passengers. Please book directly with flight or try Expedia. They have many hidden fees

I'm old school so Shane was able to talk me through my itinerary for Europe and within an hour or so, I was taken care and good to go. Kits location in Vancouver BC highly recommend. Ask for Shane. He's the best.

My recent experience with this flight company was incredibly disappointing. The lack of concern for customer feedback is evident, making it essential for readers to thoroughly examine reviews to uncover the truth. It's evident that positive reviews may be biased, likely originating from internal sources.

Do not book with Flight Centre I have booked with them twice and both times ended badly. Currently I am stuck in Asia because my travel agent misclicked when booking our flights and booked us a return 10 days after we requested, and when I called to ask to get this changed we were told it was not possible and that I would have to pay a change fee (which was $3000) which is not possible for us. Also the lady we talked to on the phone had a terrible attitude and was not understanding at all and was snapping at me the whole time. Just an over all a terrible experience. And not to add, the last time we booked with them we were traveling to Africa and we’re not told we needed to bring the long form copy of our birth certificates so after our layover in England we were not allowed to board our plane to South Africa and we had to PAY to stay in England for a week while we waited to go to the embassy. Just horrible. AND also when we were booking our trip to Asia our travel agent went on vacation the day before we were booking, so we had to switch travel agents last minute. Do not recommend at all, I will be booking my flights on my own from this point on. Don’t book with them if ur hoping for a stress free travel because I can guarantee something will go wrong one way or another.

Booked from this location twice. Second time did not go as smooth as expected. Our travel agent Nicki was unprepared and barely provided us any expertise or information on our trip booked. Will not return to this location for future travel planning.

Have used Flight Centre for many years. Shane at the 4th Avenue location was great, and we had another worry free ticket purchase. Love that he double-checked things like spelling of names on passports and covid travel requirements for the country being traveled to.

Nicki was very knowledgeable and extremely prompt.she booked two return flights to Europe for a family of three and a service dog. So much easier than doing it on your own. I appreciate her professionalism. Thank you Nicki.

The agent booked one of the three guest flights then told me that the next two guests flight went up a couple hundred dollars did I want to proceed? I said yes thinking a couple hundred dollars would be 200 total. It ended up being more than 600 dollars more. I would never of booked them at that point. I went to my west jet app after and booked the same exact flights over the next week and they were much cheaper every single time. I learned my lesson I will never use flight centre ever again and I can do better for myself by booking my own flights. Then I will know exactly what I am getting. Was given misinformation which has caused me grief.

I’ve inquired for a vacation with an agent named Didac. Was sent some choices for packages but when reached out to again about another option, never heard from him.

I don’t know how comfortable can you be with an agency who seemed to just ghost you. I would’ve loved to be transferred to another agent if he was quite busy. He was quick to send those initial package options and making sure I click on his links (probably for comission?) if I do buy, but when they did not suffice and asked for another option-gone.

First and very last experience with this agency.

We took our children to their first time to Hawaii. Dilnavaz recommended The Hyatt Place at Waikiki beach. The hotel was great, it included breakfast and the rooms were spacious. We had a really good time. So glad that I didn’t have to do all the research myself and left it up to Dilnavaz to figure it all out for me. It was such a huge relief and sense of security knowing that all our requests were being taken care of. Thank you staff at flight centre.

At the time of booking.quick ticketing solutions with best pricing. And the same concern shown afterwards, always! On a recent trip I could not return on booked dates due to unavoidable circumstances. No problem.new dates promptly found with minimal change fees. Again Flight delay and chances of missed connection. My experience with booking my flight to Indianapolis in September with Didac Bermejo at the Kitsilano location was extremely terrible. He was very rude to me and did not care about my concerns of arriving in Indianapolis at a certain time or my questions about the current COVID traveling protocols. I would have to keep asking him questions about my concerns just to get an answer from him. After the booking, he sent me emails with vague information about the currently COVID traveling protocols. I had to call Flight Centre and get another employee to explain to me how the currently COVID traveling protocols worked. When I called Andrew Stafford (the manger of the Kitsilano Flight Centre) and explained calmly about my experience of booking a flight with Didac, he accused me of attacking Didac and his employees. I am absolutely devastated on how Flight Centre has treated me and will never use their services again. Do not book your next flight or vacation with Flight Centre.

We booked our honeymoon to Italy via Flight Centre and had an amazing experience - thanks so much to our travel consultant Christina. We loved all the hotels we stayed in. Christina let the hotel staff know about our honeymoon - they provided us with room upgrades and complimentary prosecco. Hotel Poseidon gave us an amazing room upgrade to a suite with a phenomenal panoramic view of the village and sea. We had absolutely no issues with the Green pass either - all the restaurants and museums were fine with our Canadian records. Through all the uncertainty flight centre really helped to provide care and support every step of the way!

Invaluable help with navigating COVID rules in different countries and excellent advice on choosing routing. On top of that, a very competitively priced flight ticket and I will have an emergency phone number for any issues during the trip. Stress-free travel booking, who would have thought it is possible?

As everyone knows, it has been difficult to speak with a Flight Centre representative these days. I went in person to F. C.in Kits hoping to book in person. I was told I needed an appointment (which I didn't know), but a representative, Natalie S.took the time in her day to squeeze me in.

She helped me book a flight to Toronto with credits from last year. I had no idea how to go around booking online with those credits, so it was great that Natalie did this for me. She was friendly, helpful and overall, very sweet.

Also, back in 2017, they helped get a good deal on a better seat for my mother, who has dementia, when she went home to visit family. This small act meant the world to me.

I appreciated Didac's attention to detail and help with my travel plans.

I had a great experience through this travel agents. I was having huge trouble booking flights home. Krista was the agent that helped me and she took care of everything for me. It was extremely stressful especially with all of the covid 19 regulations but I got all of my questions answered and was properly prepared to travel with their help. Could not recommend enough.

It turned out I got Natalie from the Kitsilano office, so this pleased me! Natalie was great to work with.
