Tried the halo therapy for first time, was having a bit of a breathing problem before I tried it and when I left there I felt my breathing was much easier, I highly recommend, this treatment.

So amazing. Floated for the first time and found it amazing. So very relaxing. The owners are so kind and welcoming. Highly highly recommended.

Went floating for the first time yesterday. What a wonderful experience! Very relaxing. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely be back

Great location! The staff is informative and friendly. The booking processes is a breeze. Take a break relax and enjoy the float. It's worth it!

LOVE this place. The customer service and cleanliness is on point. It's my go to when I need to relax and decompress- not to mention the health benefits from the sauna and float!

This place is amazing! I went in to help with my stress and anxiety issues and the float def helped. I felt energized and refreshed after. I also love the fact they have a sauna now too as it helps further with relaxation and makes it feel like a spa experience.

Extremely disappointed in my experience. Booked with a friend to float and at the time of booking the representative knew that we would be using a gift card and that we were coming from Surrey as the South Surrey location is closed. We paid for the float and when we went to use the gift card for the second one we were advised that it would not be accepted. The information we had received with the gift card was valid at any FloatHouse location but we were told they aren’t connected to eachother. Buyer beware. We will not be returning.
