Great Restaurant and Pub at the yvr float plane terminal, The food is consistently good and the staff are friendly.

Very enjoyable spot watching floating planes while dine.
Food is very average and frankly not the best. Although I was impressed with good service, prices look somewhat high compared to food quality.

It's a pretty nice location, but the food isn't the best for the price. It's obvious you're mostly paying for the location. The curry was not my favorite and tasted frozen, but the rest was okay. The service was pretty good and friendly staff.

Needed a place to grab a quick bite for lunch, found some pics of this place on maps, looked like a great location right on the river, in the end great vibes, what a view, quite busy mid week, had a house salad, I'd get that again, quite a good to great draft beer selection, the interesting part is, Harbour Air's sea island flight terminals float planes are right in view from the bar, the check airplanes check in is right in front of the bars entrance, literally so cool, I'd come here again.

This is a really great place for tasty food and the atmosphere is fantastic! I love the wooden aesthetic next to the water. It makes coming here day or night a lovely place to enjoy the nachos. Especially with pulled pork and margaritas. You get delicious food for an affordable price.

Pizza was amazing and you can't beat the buy one get one free appetizer after 9: 30.
Views are gorgeous. Right on the river and you get to watch the pod planes, land and take off.

Nice view, good services, but a bit crowed and noisy. Food quality ok. The rice bowl with grilled chicken and naan bread is good. The pulled pork burger is too salty.

I've been going to the beaver since 2008, and won't be stopping anytime soon. I always bring friends and family from in town and out town there, and it's always a hit.

I've always wanted to go to this great waterfront restaurant! Delicious food good beer and friendly service from a mostly young staff.we sat in the "patio"area which was toasty warm!

Are you looking for a bar with a beautiful view, no reservation, and happy hour 2 for 1 appies? Well you've found the place! Parking is free in the lot across the street. It's a good hangout with some buddies after work or a long day. -1 for small tables and oddly inconsistent food quality.

Very friendly staff. Had a refreshment while waiting to board a Harbour Air staff. Perfect facility for the location.

I honestly was expecting more. The service was good and they adhere to Covid precautions which is good, but the food was barely mediocre. Lacked flavour and was nothing special.

A bit biased but easily one of my favorite restaurants. Being an aviation nerd, getting to see the floatplanes come in and takeoff is mesmerizing. Amazing atmosphere and a great layover spot. The food was priced well for the portions, amazing fries!

It was really busy so we had to sit at one of the long high tables on stools. There were 10 of us and we were all very uncomfortable. I wish our party had waited 30 mins for a regular table. It was so busy it was noisy so it was difficult to hear the person next to me. Everyone enjoyed their meal, except for me. The seafood croissant was mushy and tasteless.

Been here half a dozen times and never a bad experience. Always busy but haven't had to wait longer than 10 minutes.

Excellent view and food is surprisingly good and not your typical pub food. Your house green salad will come with pumpkin seed and cranberries. Your beef dip will have good bread and besides beef will have an onion ring. All these are nice touches with pleasant service. It is a great place to bring out of town people as it is by the water with seaplanes taking off. They have enclosed patio as well. A must try. One annoying thing was the plates for burgers and some other food is too small.

I love this place! Have been a customer on and off for 15 years. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm. The staff amazing. Good is good and well worth a visit.

Went for a drink with a group of friends on Friday. James at the bar was attentive and sociable, made for a very great experience. Definitely making flying beaver our go-to for hang outs from now on

Our waiter was great and attentive and the food was very good! Only suggestion is maybe you should change the online menu. It wasnt the same as the one at the restaurant. Loved everything else!

Nice place to relax with friends or a friend. Watching the seaplanes go by while having a cold beer and snacks is pretty cool.

Awesome Bar and Restaurant on the shore of the Fraser river. The food is delicious and the staff are super friendly. My go to is the Bad Boy Burger.

Great hidden gem in Richmond. You have amazing views of sea planes as they come in and knot of the terminal. This is a great place for good pub food. They have great daily specials.

Sat on the patio, lots of seaplanes to watch.i had brunch and enjoyed it, server was nice.would come back again

We got their pizza special (forgot what day it was). They serve decent portion and the drinks are good too!

We order a large nachos for appetizer and they brought us the worst nachos ever i had. We said half chicken half beef it was just sank like 2 drops cheeses and 3 prices of meat.
We asked the waitress kindly about the cheese she came and said.oh I can see some cheese:
Like really?
She doesn't even care that we are not happy with our order

Great food and service. I saw a nice orange and brown snapback hat in the display case. I told the kind waitress I wanted to buy it after I finished my meal. After getting a manager to search the upstairs storage, she provided me with a blue/beige snapback. I accepted this hat although I was a bit disappointed it wasn't the orange one. When I checked the display case on my way out I discovered that I am infact colour blind and the hat she provided me was the one I saw in the display case. Thank you for your patience. I will be back:)

The view and atmosphere was great and the burgers were great. Beaver has wasn't not as good as I expected from the reviews.

If you enjoy the roar and sight of float planes coming and going this is the perfect place for lunch. Food is good and reasonably priced and the ambiance is great.

Food here is decent, the view is better!

Ordered the crab cakes, lemon pepper wings, and steak bites. The crab cakes were served a bit warm, could be hotter, but the flavour was excellent. Lemon pepper wings were delicious. There's an emphasis on the lemon in the lemon pepper seasoning. Steak bites were a tad bit too heavy on the salt, but the aioli it was served with was a good pairing dip since it took some of the saltiness away.

The cocktails we ordered were a bit weak and bland. Not much to expect on this front.

This place is so good portions are great appetizers are also great. The service is amazing and the drinks are pretty good to. There isn't usually a long wait when ever I go but that could also be because I go at weird times. The atmosphere of the place is nice as well super lively. Their potato salad is bomb

Came with a big party and they only allowed us to have 30 min of reservation time and everyone had to be seated within the 30 min otherwise they would give our seats away. They also sat us 6 to a table almost and it was definitely crammed!

Very good service when I went. I had a steak sandwich which was ok - nothing too special - it came with a mountain of fries and onion rings - which I forgot to order alternatives for because I'm not really that crazy about fries - but I think they were good so if you like them, you'll get lots. There wasn't enough garlic aioli for my taste so I ordered a side of mayo which was brought promptly. My associate come often and like all the food.
The view is the best part of the experience - even for a local who lives a mile away - because the restaurant is part of the seaplane terminal which sits on the river giving a close up view of seaplanes taking off and landing on the river. Great place to take your visitors! Quite unique. I haven't been there for several years in the evening but I think the nightlife may still be quite lively.

Go there when ever im in town for more than 12 hours. They make their own raspberry vodka and serve a cocktail called sunset something or other.its the raspberry vodka and 7 up personally i get it with club soda, its fantastic. The pulled pork mac and cheese is a crowd pleaser as well as the float planes taking off and landing throughout the day! The brunches are fantastic!

Food was mediocre. Nothing was fresh. Not very much flavor. Hugely disappointing. As if all the food was premade and merely assembled in the back. Not even my garlic toast was tasty. Been coming here 10 years, this was the worst. We won't hurry back.

Amazing food and a great atmosphere. Was my go to place when I lived in the lower mainland and we still go here when we are visiting from out of town. It's a little bit out of the way but it's definitely worth the time to get there.the food is always top notch.their wings are some of the best you'll get anywhere. Highly recommend this place if you want a great meal!

Came here with my dad for dinner and a few beers. I had the turkey lasagna special which was good and filled me up. $5 Sapporo beers is pretty reasonable. Service was good.
We got seated on the deck which has a beautiful view of the Fraser river and the float planes landing.
Worth the visit even if you’re not going to the South terminal airport.
Only bad thing was the lack of parking at the pub. There are only a handful of spots so I had to park across the street for $6 for 2 hours. More than downtown Vancouver prices for Richmond parking.

Good food, drinks, and friendly staff. The view of planes taking off and landing on the water was very cool to watch as well. Tables were too small though.

I always love their loaded nachos. It is a great place to go and eat anytime of the year specially in the summer time when you can enjoy the waterbreeze and watch seaplanes. You can drink as much as you want without worrying about driving back home
And even if they are so packed moat of the time, service is always fast and friendly. Most of the customers are chill and cool too. One time we celebrated my friend's birthday with a dinner and drinks their and there was a group of ladies having a bridal shower and they had made us all dancing and singing with them. It was so much fun.

I came back to try this place after 10 yrs and was amazed to see that the atmosphere and the food is just like it was 10 yrs ago when I used to work and study in the area and this was our place to go for a quick bite and drinks with friends.

I went in prior to my Harbour Air flight. Michael was very friendly and polite and assisted me with quick service and a quick bill as my boarding call was made. The food I had was good and to the point of what I ordered.
