The staff with short hair cut and tattoos, she was very rude. Nobody could enjoy their jumping time if she kept yelling all the time.
24 December 2023 17:42
Kid friendly indoor trampoline park! It is mid-size a bit of the crowded, especially when busy! We usually go early in the morning or around dinner time. Those times are around the right type of busy. It can get very warm in there so dress lightly. The parent and supervising couches are a bit uncomfortable. They do have snacks and a cafe up stairs but we never usually go there! It is off to the side.
19 December 2023 7:55
Great place for the kids to rip and let off some steam.the y have a separate area for littles and a decent little bouldering area. A go to for rainy days
20 November 2023 22:37
My kids LOVE this place! It was so much more than we expected, obstacles, drops, activities and a TON of bouncy trampolines. Amazing spot!
18 November 2023 19:31
Not the cleanest.
Pictures show arcade games they are all gone. The laser escape maze was out of order wasn’t the greatest experience for our family 5. Paid for an hour and a half but left after an hour.

I'm very curious about why there was a tip feature on a $400 party for toddlers? I tipped anyway but I'm genuinely interested in knowing how it is justified on management's end having that tip option.

We saw our "dedicated host" when we checked in, when she announced pizza and cupcakes were ready (standing on the 2nd level) and when I was handed the bill. This is far different than restaurant or bar services. I wasn't sure what it was meant by "dedicated host" but I feel like something was missed. $400 is steep enough for a birthday party for toddlers, but why is there a tip option? Tipping, of course, is not mandatory but this is ridiculous. The pizza was not hot (it was warm-ish), it was bland, and the water was room temperature.

Am I missing something here? Didn't the $400 include set up and tear down of the table, the microwave cooking of the pizza and the water plus the jumping? Was there something over and above that which was supposed to happen?

This doesn't seem right or logical. I think I tipped 15% and I'm genuinely curious why I did. So $400 for ten three year olds to jump for an hour and a half, have really gross luke warm pizza and room temperature water PLUS tip. Can we just pay folks a living wage yet please? Why the Hell is there a tip feature? And why are we so automatically programmed to tip? This is ridiculous.

I did email about this but I have yet to receive a response (it's been just shy of 48 horus). While setting up the party and arranging everything, the team was happy to respond very quickly. The moment a complaint comes in, it is radio silence. I also have yet to receive the jump pass for a future visit that was supposed to be part of the party deal

All in all, the value of jumping plus pizza plus water is $40/toddler. The kids jumped for probably 100 mins in total (once there was pizza and cake eating time). A 90 min pass for toddlers is $19 so essentially we paid $21 for really bad pizza and room temp water per toddler.

And they want to charge a tip on that? !?

I am in the wrong business.

If you're looking for a thrilling spot to take the kids in Victoria, you won't want to miss out on this trampoline park!
11 June 2023 21:36
Hi.i felt like this was an okay experience, but i don’t think i would ever go again.i love jumping on trampolines but i felt like it was a little overcrowded and that kids were cutting in front of me.i couldn’t really do any of the activities because everywhere was so busy.i also feel like it was a little overpriced for what the time slot was.i feel like $30 for an hour and a half is a bit pricy.
07 May 2023 18:42
Place is nice, staff friendly. There were two things I didn't like, some people entered without tag and strong cheap parfume odor.
13 February 2023 19:50
Lots of fun but overpriced. 47 dollars for a 4 year old and parent for 1 hour. Flying Squirrel responded but there ia no place for me to respond to them. If there was a parent pass, why wasn't it offered when we went in? We were not made aware of this and your employee should have offered it. Not great customer service because of this.
14 January 2023 22:58
Parking is horrible. Got lucky and took a spot as someone was leaving. Staff were great and helpful. Can be a bit crowded in terms of amount of jumpers but kids enjoyed the experience. Parents beware it is almost a chucky cheese like experience because of the amount of b day announcements going down. But kids who like trampolines will love it!
10 January 2023 4:50
The Birthday party was amazing. A little crowded but to be expected on a Sunday with all the parties.
06 January 2023 16:36
Very rude employees, told us about a discount which we waited over an hour for and never received.
11 December 2022 17:14
Customer service is lacking - paid for jump time and socks - did not receive socks. Stopped at the counter tried to get the two customer service attendants attention they kept serving the next customers. Finally interrupted before they could start a new customer transaction- was told very rudely by a man the hat at the front counter I had to wait til the end of the line after we had just paid over 140$ For our experience there
Besides this - very limited activities. Rope course was not open. Music selection was slow and boring. There is other trampoline parks that have way better things to do in them. Unfortunately this is all Victoria has
11 October 2022 23:11
Good place to bring your kids, its better to bring small kids during afternoon of weekdays as there is not a lot of people. Food is available, you can sign the waiver using computers available near the front counters. My son loved this place, will surely come again.
27 September 2022 14:14
Great place for the children (and adults) to burn off steam. Friendly - accommodating staff. 5/5
04 September 2022 18:49
I wouldn’t recommend going here as adults, I just saw a facebook add targeting young adults making it look almost like a night club. My boyfriend and I went here on a date last October, from the website it seemed like it would be adult oriented once it got late in the evening. We specifically went to the Neon Lights 9-11pm, you’d think it would be adults/older teenagers at that time but we were pretty surprised to see that we were the only adults, surrounded by tons of unsupervised children, who wanted us to play with and entertain them. I feel that the ads are misleading and wanted to give people a heads up that if you go as an adult it feels like the equivalent of hopping on the jungle gym at the local park (and equally creepy). Also many of the amenities were closed or sectioned off and the ticket price did not reflect this.
20 August 2022 21:55
2 hour drive after calling and 1/2 the place was closed after spending $180 on tickets not impressed
18 April 2022 12:10
At 50 percent capacity it was waaaay too much for me. That’s not their fault, just not my scene. I had 8 jumpers, three were toddlers. They had a great time. So many rules, and seemingly arbitrary ones. My daughters weren’t allowed to hold hands while jumping, 11 and 2 years old. Having to jump with two feet at a time. I could help my kids, but the teenagers couldn’t. I feel like the rules are there to prevent any possible accident, but they lack the wisdom of “is this situation actually dangerous”. I would definitely prefer going on a quieter day.
30 March 2022 17:18
I am hosting my daughter’s birthday next month but was worried due to there being two wheelchair bound individuals. I did not want anyone feeling excluded or unable to enjoy the event. Daniel, the owner, found a way to ensure all the kids regardless of abilities or aides have a chance at thriving at this party. I am amazed by their compassionate and kind nature. They went above and beyond. I’m so grateful. Thanks flying squirrel!
24 March 2022 7:07
Vac passes required and nosey staff. It used to be great last year. My toddlers don't have as much fun there anymore with all the rules.
13 March 2022 16:58
Lots of people in these review complaining “Oh you get hurt” and “Oh it’s too pricy”
Go on the website and look at the prices then. If it was too pricy, you wouldn’t have gone in the first place. Whenever i go, I’m bound to have a trampoline burn at least. That’s the fun of it! Awesome place, can’t wait for the next time I come around again! 100% recommended for those who don’t mind a little bruise!
(I ended up making friends while I was there with one of the employees that were around my age, great time and great guy.)
25 February 2022 20:42
Due to pandemic losses, they decided to cut military discount! To 25% from 50% Great way to take away from one of the biggest spending groups in this city with families!
21 February 2022 14:25
Great place for kids birthday parties! Took great care of us and everybody had a million miles of fun
06 February 2022 1:18
My son (age 7) was at a bday party there and was attacked and punched in the neck by a kid at another bday party (age 10), the parents of my son's friend told the staff who did absolutely NOTHING. Definitely won't be letting him go back there again, staff clearly don't care about children's safety AT ALL. If a kid violently attacks another they should be removed. If they don't care about something like that then I highly doubt they care about any aspect of safety.
30 January 2022 8:17
The manager was soooooooooo rude I must say!
Had a worst experience ever while commuting with the manager
23 January 2022 4:37
“Oppressive” was the word noted by another reviewer to describe the staff and I agree. Apparently standing (not jumping) next to your 18 month old on the trampoline is a safety hazard. Right …. I’ve been there other times and it is a great opportunity for kids to get their energy out. Such a great business idea but it could be better executed
21 January 2022 14:24
I wish I could give zero stars. Even before paying we did confirm if this place is good for adults and they said yes. After paying $104 we discovered that this place has 4 sections and out those 3 were designated for under 6 kids, VIP zone booked for birthday parties and a premium pass zone. Which left us with only one small area which was completed full with kids under the age of 10 or may be less. We request for refund and the associate at the front apologised and was about refund then there his manager came and I must say he was pathetic in customer service. Initially he denied for refund and then we were adamant he replied very rudely and his gestures were unacceptable.
In short never recommending this place to anyone. Specially when they were rude to people like us from other country.
21 January 2022 10:39
So much fun! We went with our 2 year old and she had an absolute blast, she didn`t want to leave when our 90 minutes were up. Lot`s of trampolines to jump on and so much space to run around and try things out. Fun for both parent and child. It was busy, but not so packed that we had to wait to jump on anything. The staff was very friendly & helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable with all the covid protocols they have in place. Highly recommend for a great way to spend some time and tire your kids out!
08 December 2021 6:54
We arrived on a busy Saturday, myself, my wife and our (2) year old daughter arrived excited to have a family day out. After paying for the three of us to bounce on the trampolines. I swear to god, it was less than (30) seconds that a young girl came to my wife and said "You cannot bounce right next to kids, it's called double bouncing and it is NOT allowed". We said okay no problem, we are just trying to help her jump up abit as she is not able to do this on her own. Her response to us was then "You signed the waiver, those are the rules" and walked away in a huff and puff. Weird and rude, okay. But anyways we wen't to another corner to avoid problems as we just wanted to have fun. Literally 2 minutes later I view her in the corner with another team mate pointing at us saying something to him as if a warning before she left her shift. I guess parents playing with their kids is a huge risk eh? - Anyways, again we let it be and tried to not let the watching eyes ruin our day. As more staff seemed to finally go off shift you could tell a lot of parents finally were relaxing abit. That is until. A father sitting with his infant at the toddler area had a young employee come up to him and say "You need to get off the trampoline it is a safety hazard" - He responded and said the only safety hazard I see is leaving my child on his own, visibly agitated I asked the father if he had problems earlier in the day, he then wen't on to tell me that every time they come, especially on busier days the staff can be extremely over board with rules. If I had to bet money on this situation, I know years ago a parent hurt them selves at Play Zoo at the old Admirals location and then sued ending in the companies foreclosure, going to bet management and the owner have the same fears so instruct absolute obedience for all visitors to avoid legal repercussions. Overall, a day that should have been fun, instead a weird vibe of being constantly watched for petty wrong doing and being told "You signed the waiver". My strong advice to this establishment even though the reviews do not indicate this, many parents expressed concerns over this that I have spoken to and it seems to be a "known" issue when visiting on weekends and other busy days. Apparently many try to come on nights such as Wed/Thur to avoid the systematic oppression lol. (Before any response, no I do not want to visit your adult only night, and no I do not want anything for free. I am just leaving my honest opinion and review from a "family outing" that seemed to be less family oriented than imagined.

Came here for a staff party last week and had a great time! The ropes course is more challenging than it looks and was the highlight of the party for me!
08 September 2021 3:31
Lots of fun with the kids. Since Covid the facility has been really improved. I like the addition of foam pit covers that really help with the functionality and appearance of cleanliness. Staff are strict to keep everyone safe.
06 September 2021 20:19
Took our staff here for a post-covid staff party and everyone had a blast. Most people thing this is a trampoline park; however, is is much more with a climbing wall and an obstacle course, all the adults had a blast!
25 August 2021 18:15
Went for a staff party with low expectations; I'm not usually into expressing my inner child. However, we had a kickass time. It turns out that a bunch of adults playing dodge ball on trampolines is really fun. There was something to engage people of all levels of physical ability, the climbing wall and ropes courses were surprisingly challenging. The only way it could have been better would be if they sold beers.
23 August 2021 12:55
It was a good experience. The pizza wasn't to bad, they had no cream for their coffee, but not a huge negative. The party area was a bit crowded with the other 6 parties around us. The staff was pleasant and patient. I did over hear a staff member, quite rudely, tell another party they could leave their noise makers for outside and walked away. All and all not bad. We'd probably do it again.
17 August 2021 13:08
My kids 4 and 6 absolutely love the flying squirrel. The staff are super friendly and all the improvements are incredible. We look forward to coming back to try the obstacle course.
13 August 2021 15:10
First timer. Went with a small group. The staff was so upbeat and fun with everyone. Awesome facility, I didn’t realize how much there was to do there. Super clean. Overall really awesome experience in Vic! Thank you!
06 August 2021 15:37
Wow, what a place to have a birthday party! I had to plan a last minute party for my 5 year old daughter and Flying Squirrels took care of everything. They include pizza, have all the stuff for cutting cake, they even made last minute goody bags for the party because I had forgotten about that. Everyone had so much fun and I was able to jump and have fun too. Our party host was so kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for an awesome easy kids birthday. Price was super reasonable too.
06 August 2021 15:18
Came here for a staff party last week and had a riot. Loved the new climbing gym area and the ropes course that took it to a whole other level of fun, can't wait to come back again!
06 August 2021 8:32
The staff are amazing! My son had a great time.until a large group or couple of groups of kids arrived and were running all over the place almost knocking us both over. The staff were doing their best to get the kids under control and follow the rules. It's frustrating to see the staff chasing after kids while the parents are sitting off to the side staring at their phones the whole time. I paid for 90 mins for both my son and I but he wanted to leave after an hour because of the other kids running everywhere and him almost getting knocked over constantly.
01 August 2021 0:53
My partner, stepson, and I had a great time today at Flying Squirrel.the staff took extra time to ensure that my stepson felt safe on the ropes course. He had this to say: "I really like the kindness of one of the ropes course personnel. I was too scared to do the ropes course but he helped me. "
17 July 2021 19:32
Great time for my 3 year old and I.felt covid friendly.equipment is well maintained, great deal if you are military
16 July 2021 14:58
My son’s first birthday party in his life at Flying Squirrel was fantastic! His friends and he had an amazing time and I didn’t need to prepare anything except cupcakes. How convenient!
The party staff, Chloe was so friendly and well organized. Thank you so much
13 July 2021 21:34
Took my 2.5 year old to have some fun last night. Staff was super friendly. We will definitely be returning. Loved the super easy & very convenient online booking and waiver signing.
10 July 2021 6:15
Took 26 students for 1 hour of instruction and 1 hour of station work.
The students had a great experience. The instructor, Heather, was fantastic. Her resume is impressive. The experience exceeded my expectations.
It was well worth the cost.
11 June 2021 12:35
I was so hesitant to go to an indoor play place given the current conditions. However, while booking online I was able too see quiet times and opted for that. I’m so glad we went! Restrictions in place that are being clearly implemented was such a relief. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had space and SO much fun. Thanks for the added joy to our day:)
09 June 2021 17:46
My little guy loves coming here. He’s only 2 but has a blast! I also love watching all the kids of every age play and the big kids are always very mindful of the smaller kids. Always a great time.
02 December 2020 7:14
They get 5 stars because of the customer service given by Daniel. Also my boys love this place and new climbing area is great. You won't think you need an hour to climb but you definitely will.
26 October 2020 17:23
Super Fun! Brought my niece's here on the weekend. We all had a blast! The aeriel ropes course is super cool. I wasn't concerned at all about safety when I saw the smart safety harness system they had. My niece's want to go back again soon this time with their friends. Way better than going to the movies.
Price seemed more than reasonable too!
5 stars.
24 October 2020 7:50
We came in yesterday for a birthday party. I was surprised about the obstacle ropes on top of the tables where food are being served. Whoever thought of this, will all due respect, it is disgusting! The people at the party we joined in were not impressed given that most of them works with the food industry. This is poor planning. I saw they tried to avoid some tables and those that they can’t avoid, employees keep wiping it. That’s just counterproductive. I wonder if someone from the government inspected this. I’m sure this won’t pass. Imagine eating pizza and when you look up, people are on top of you, their shoes on you face, soil and dust on your food. Also, no social distancing and it smelled really really bad inside. Disappointing! Last year was not like this and we used to love this place! What happened to you guys?
09 October 2020 8:18
It's a awesome place were ur children can play, not only children but adults also. They are very polite and have a few more activities in this bldg.
20 April 2020 2:02
Staff was great very organized the girls who were getting tables ready for next group were fantastic kids had a great time good place for birthday party
18 April 2020 16:08
I do like this place, seems safe. We have a gym type trampoline at home so my kids know how to stay away from springs and edges already. They do like battle pit and the dodgeball.
22 March 2020 4:41
Went here for the first time today. The kids had an absolute blast. Certainly kit cheap at $20 each for an hour but great fun for an occasional visit. Not sure what deals they have for lunch cards or memberships but imagine there are less expensive options for repeat visits.

Definitely recommend especially on those rainy days! After 45 minutes the kids were exhausted!
13 March 2020 10:17
Meh.
Not allowed to do any cool trix and the staff cops are condescending in their constant reminding.
You cant land on your feet even in the air bag!
23 February 2020 2:42
The kids love it. We love it. It's a great way to have fun while getting in way more exercise than you might expect! Great place for birthday parties and family nights.
10 January 2020 17:44
I’m going to preface this by saying I used to work at a trampoline park. I had a few issues with this place.

1) Parking is a nightmare. Very few spaces and there was a lot of congestion on the road. I believe there was an event going on a few doors down but it was hard to navigate. Even then, very few spaces available on a normal day.

2) When we got inside, no one was at the counter and it took over 5 minutes for someone to appear. The kid in front of us was trying to ask questions and the cashier was just rushing everyone through. Even when we got up there I felt very rushed. Then he gave us zero direction as to where to go.

3) There is no sign anywhere to tell you that lockers and such are upstairs. We walked to the stairs for the trampolines before realizing there was nothing back there, only to come back and figure out it was upstairs. Very odd design. So you walk up with wet boots and shoes then have to walk down that same staircase with socks on. Lockers were SMALL.

4) I saw 1 court monitor for all of 5 seconds in the whole hour we were there. This is concerning. It shouldn’t be up to patrons to navigate jumpers not following the rules.

5) We didn’t use the cafe but from what I could see it was very poorly stocked.

6). Socks aren’t included in the price. I knew this because we had a Flying Squirrel in my old city but since trampolining in general is so expensive, it would be nice if it was included.

Clearly they were very short staffed and in turn, safety was put at risk considering the lack of court monitors. At the end of the day, my daughter had a blast and ultimately that’s all that matters. But I really was not impressed with this park overall.
20 November 2019 11:48
4 star because nothing's ever perfect!

But this place was fantastic! Arranged a Birthday Party for my child. Staff did such a great job and they were all helpful and friendly.

Thank you
20 October 2019 21:26
Too expensive for what it is. Bought entrance and then told after the transaction was complete that I also had buy socks, they should be included. Huge cash grab 10$ to get into certain areas etc. Bathroom facilities were dirty. There were no instructions or any directions. Got yelled at the whole time and couldn’t seem to do anything right in front of the trampoline police.
