If you're buying gas here, you're most likely getting ripped off. They are the first to raise the price, last to lower it, and once in a while, they like to raise the price of gas for no reason.

I love that they have a huge selection of really nice hats and knives! They're definitely unique in comparison to other gas stations I've been to!

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. We were travelling through and definitely will not stop there again on our way back. Suggest going up the road to the petro can instead.

If you’re looking for smile or friendly small talk, this isn’t the place to get it. However, you will get gas, a clean washroom, a good selection of snacks and hot water to fill a travel mug for the knockdown price of $1.43.

Car broke down and had to be at work. Asked if i could leave car there to get to work and come get it later. No compassion toward my problem! They said it will be towed in 15 minutes. Thanks for the great service! Won't go back to this " service station"!

Lot of their stuff is overpriced and they turn their coolers off so in the morning time your pop is warm

A gas station in Canada that requires you to purchase something to use the bathroom? Lol Esso has lost my business, everywhere, forever. Do you people not understand how customer service and marketing works any longer? (That’s directed towards Esso CEO, not the people running this specific station - I could care less about what these dumbasses think) good job losing customers! Lots of other gas stations in Cranbrook. Lol. Truly pathetic and petty. This isn’t Italy- there is no justification for that.
