Good service, kind workers, and they had just what I needed. I'll definitely be coming back.

Poorly run and maintained. Rude and incompetent staff. They will take responsibility for or exchange nothing, including the sale of rotten or defective items. There is no concept of customer service. There are pricing discrepancies many places; throughout the store items aren't even priced, whereas others may have a handwritten price and an advertised price that contradict each other. *And, it's almost $15 for a gallon of generic milk here. How do businesses like this ultimately help an already struggling community and country?

I'm new to Penticton and am fortunate to be close to this little corner store. The owners/operators are so nice and friendly. So convenient, I love it.
