Sometimes the prices are inaccurate (more expensive than as displayed on the weekly specials poster). They take COVID precautions very seriously, which I appreciate, but the snacks and spices sold here aren't the best. On numerous occasions, I bought something only to find out later that it was expired. The line wait can be long at times, but the cashiers are always skilled and efficient.

No good no good prices! Skip and Uber delivery is late and food is high priced! Garbage staff and rude owner!

Very serious about COVID protocol. Need to wear gloves and masks to enter (provided by merchant). All employees wear masks, gloves, and face shield.

The lineups both outside the store AND inside are very busy throughout the day (usually 2 cashiers only). The best time to go there is from 9 PM to 11 PM and avoid weekends! The produce, drinks and snacks sections are very good. The meat section is not that good for me.

They definitely need to hire more cashiers. Every time I went there, the checkout line was too long and I had to wait at least 20 mins, sometimes even 30 mins! The prices are not cheaper than other chinese stores so I won't go there if not necessary.

Only positive thing about this place is price, good bargain on many items but not all.
Took forever to Q on line for limited cashier check out.
Parking, traffic flow, all very bad design, plus the famous Richmond drivers.

Excellent prices, lots of variety for Asian food, it can be quite busy at times, and lots of parking on the roof parking.
