Worst customer service by Akshay. He got an attitude problem. He shouldn’t work if he don’t like his job. Do better

Worst customer service in the world. The guy who works here is too busy giving his number out to attractive female customers so if you don’t meet that criteria don’t expect any customer service. He sent me and other customers to Champs because he was apparently too busy with his favorite type of customers. He also shared with me that most of the shoes in the back are damaged anyways from customers returning them and Foot Locker being too cheap to send them back to the companies that make the shoes! I was appalled so took his advice and shopped at Champs instead.

Foot Locker has been in Mayfair for over 30 years and has the best variety of sneakers and other athleisure apparels.

Same as other footlocker around, the one thing I was dissapointed with this particular store was the staff don't ask to help you, I have been in here numerous times and you have to hunt them down to get shoes to try on and they seem angry. Champs is always a good option as they are eager to help with a smile.

I remember when you used to come here and the staff new about shoes, asked to get you a pair, then laced them up and helped you get them on
Now they stand around talking to each other, looked at me like I should feel bad for interrupting them

Olise that helped me was patient and caring. Helped me get my tax credit for my son and also signed me up to the new FLX service I had never heard of. Overall I will definitely return as all my questions were answered. I left very satisfied.

I didn’t end up finding what I was looking for, but the staff were extremely helpful and polite!

Had a decent selection but the staff were to busy talking and didn't even bother to ask us if we needed a hand or anything so just left.
