Love everything about this place! Such a good vibe with all of the plants and the calm music. It was just the reset I needed. Frank was amazing. Will definitely be back!

Last week I visited Foot Lounge for the 1st time and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Right from the start when I entered the Lounge the receptionist greeted me with a warm genuine smile and asked about my day. The interior of the lounge was inviting and soothing (the music was just the right volume). The massage itself was 1000% better than what I had expected (I booked 60 mins body and 30 mins foot massage combo $115 +tax). The massage rooms were all super clean and had just the right amount of aromatic scent. If you decide to visit them remember NOT to park on Kingsway between 3pm-6pm because the last thing you need after your massage is to find out that your car has been towed (rush hour). They accept Debit, cash, and Visa. Lastly, enjoy your massage!

This place always provides excellent service. Today I had the RMT Peggie. So knowledgeable and so helpful. Best RMT I have experienced thus far.

Update: Went there for the second time yesterday, I believe the masseuse was called Fall. She was super nice and sweet! Hard working and with a great technique. She had a smile on her face and was really kind to me the entire time. I went for a foot massage, but she also gave me a shoulder and neck massage while my feet was soaking in the hot water (prep for the massage).
The place is still super clean and relaxing.
The experience was again super!

This is my go-to for monthly massages. Though the masseuses aren't certified, they are very professional and effective. The rooms are properly sanitized and the music is relaxing.

Left me a message say before appt telling me to bring cash only, when website clearly lists visa etc… so what are they trying to pull?

I have visited this location a few times and each time it was clean and inviting. The most recent time I visited was during COVID and I am happy to report that the staff follows all COVID protocols.

I went for a full body and foot massage and unfortunately for most of the service I was unable to relax. The reason for this is because the pressure used by my practitioner was much too hard. I blame myself as I was not comfortable enough to speak up and let them know however, I do wish that they would have asked what type of pressure I would like at the start of the season. The following day after my treatment I was sore.

I will still return to try again but make sure you advocate for yourself as it does seem they are heavy handed with the pressure.

I've been to 4-5 different RMT's between Brentwood, Metrotown and New Westminster, and Peggie provides some of the highest quality RMT treatment of them all. Peggie is consistent in making sure to understand what your needs are for the session ahead, and executing at a high quality. She does a great job with deep tissue and myofascial release. Very clean facility, relaxing ambience, and friendly staff. I recommend you go here if you are searching for a new RMT, or to try something new.

Foot Lounge was highly recommended to me by a family member. I was looking for a new RMT as I recently moved to the Metro Vancouver area. Peggie is fantastic! She is knowledgeable and ensures that she is treating your needs properly. She also suggested some stretches I can do at home to relieve some of my back tension. To top it off, the facility has a very nice ambiance and is immaculately clean. The front desk staff are lovely. I am looking to book a spa body massage along with a lash lift soon as a self-care treat! Appointments fill up quickly so I suggest booking ahead of time. Really looking forward to de-stress and relax!

Good service, but I hope the overall experience could be enhanced by providing/asking for some beverages when you arrive and explaining more about other services they offer instead of a quick Q&A to what to inquire only. That being said, I do recommend the place, it’s decent.

Honestly one of the best and cleanest massage places in Burnaby and Vancouver. Not your typical asian looking place. It is so cute inside and I love the plants in the front and zen vibe. I see Jervis, Joey, and Fon for body massage but everyone else I have tried are also very professional. They have RMT too. The girls at the front desk are very accommodating and often do their best to squeeze me in last min which I really appreciate. Call ahead for weekend bookings as they get booked up fast and bring cash for tips.

I've been coming for a few years now since my RMT told me he came here to see Joey (I'd say that's a testament to her abilities!) The place is calming, quiet and modern. I always book to see Joey for back massage. She has excellent technique and definitely my go to for non-rmt massage. Good energy here! Recommend calling during the afternoon to book appointments, best to reach a human instead of leaving a voicemail. Tips are in cash. Treat yourself!

I have never had a bad massage at Foot Lounge, It’s the best value in town! If you want a relaxing foot massage or a full body massage Foot Lounge will not disappoint!

Really very bad experience! Would not recommend this to anyone, unprofessional and extremely rude front desk. I have so many people in Burnaby say very bad things about this place and their positive reviews are more like a marketing tool but not a true reflection of their work.

I have been going to Foot Lounge for years and appreciate how clean and professional the place is, along with the quality of the staff and deep tissue massages. During covid you want to go to a place you can trust and I can tell the owner and staff take sanitation measures seriously. Highly recommend for a safe, professional, and relaxing experience!

Love the atmosphere and the range of service offerings. I’ve had the best foot massage of my life there and a couple of lash lifts.

The soothing spa-like ambience and the respect for your time to relax from your masseuse is what makes me keep coming back here for the past few years.

Often than none, I go to other "higher volume" places and my masseuse would be talking to the one next to him/her. Or better yet! They answer their cell phones or replying back to messages.

Professional staff, excellent protocol measures and a great foot massage is worth my trip to Burnaby any day!

Front reception is extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent! The supposed Covid Safety policy is negligible, there is no temperature checks, was not asked to sanitize or wash hands upon entering session. I strongly recommend not to buy their gift cards as gifts, they say they will honor certain aspects but they will back peddle essentially lying to you and not honor their word! If you do not honor your word you have nothing!

Honestly, i feel they have gone downhill with professionalism over the years. When i started going in 2011 they were very on top of things. Now it seems they are more focused on making money, when it use to feel like it was about the customer and good experience.

Also, they do accept debit or credit, but tip must be cash. During covid i am not comfortable with that. The owner had no problem telling me over the phone that i don't have to tip then. It felt disrespectful to the therapist and again like it is about them making money. I called back and cancelled. It just didn't feel right.

Foot lounge is my go to destinations for a professional, proper, satisfying, effective massage. Extremely clean, well scented, proper and professional especially during the pandemic now.

Michelle and her staff are extremely friendly, the space is very well maintained and kept very clean. It gives you the piece of mind to be able to relax and enjoy.

The masseuse Ariel was very professional and her massage made me feel very relaxed and refresh.

Love this place! I live quite far away but would make a huge effort to see all my fav therapists! Always the best massages ever. You will find it’s very “zen” there. Quiet, relaxing, warm, clean, very clean! The staff there are always sanitizing and cleaning. Highly recommend and their RMT is top notch! There’s like a 2 months wait list!

Foot lounge is 100% one of my goto destinations for a professional, proper, satisfying, effective foot or body massage in Vancouver. Extremely clean, well scented, proper and professional, well priced and comfortable. Michelle and her staff are extremely friendly, the space is very well maintained and kept very clean. It gives you the piece of mind to be able to relax and enjoy. A definite recommendation to my family and friends.

First of all, I am satisfied with the massage given by Ms. Fon. She is truly a professional. Price is affordable, however they only accept cash plus %20 tips. There are some points I would like to mention. When you stepped in receptionist does not ask you what service you would like to get and how long you want. They take you to a massage room directly and start massage without asking any concern. As I said, the price and service are okay but there is no hospitality and I did not feel the spirit.

I was in a jam a few months ago and couldn't get into my regular massage place so resorted to booking with Foot Lounge. First time there and would definitely go back. Fantastic massage with their RMT Peggie! She really worked out the kinks on my back and shoulders and it is covered by my insurance. Their regular body massage treatments are just as good and reasonably priced. Very professional.

I have been coming to Foot Lounge for massage for years and this review was long overdue. I love this place! All of their practitioners are great but Jervis and Jackie are my favorites. Jervis is really intuitive about which muscles needs work and is always able to ease the tension without being painful. Not your typical asian massage place, this place is cutely decorated with a soothing color scheme and is very clean (so important!). They even have a room for couples you could request.

Best place for massage! I dont go anywhere else. I have tried several places and foot lounge is still my favorite. Highly recommend.

I bought 10×50 mins packages here. Jackie is the best! I have to sit for a long time in front of the computer at work so I have really tight back and shoulders. He did amazing deep tissue massage and put lots of effort to release my tight muscles. Also, it was deep but not rough so I could relax fully and fell asleep. I feel like a marshmallow after the treatment. Definitely recommend!
