Contacted for an appointment to fix my Automower. Kept getting transferred around from reception to department, then confusion and a promise to call back. Nothing. Very poor customer service. There seem to care very little, I know they used to be good, but they have lost their way sadly.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in years. Took my chain saw in for a tune up, when I got it back two months later it wouldn’t even run. Brought it back thinking a few adjustments is all it needed. The girls in the front were so nice and then from the back the mechanic came out. Asked me what’s wrong and I told him. He has such a terrible attitude, told me it’s an old saw what do I expect. I will never bring anything back there again and letting everyone know how they work. Took $130 dollars from me and did nothing. Went home and bought a new carburetor from Amazon for $19.60 and it runs great. That mechanic should be fired.

Absolutely excellent service on my Stihl equipment. We live on the north shore and this is not our local dealer but we have purchased our equipment and had it serviced by Foreshore in Burnaby. Very nice people and very good service.

My company has an account here. Very friendly service, and I always appreciate that. Usually have basics in stock, but often items I need like standard rakes are out of stock. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Reminds me of the old school little shops back home.
