Manager called me and asked to give a review in 2weeks (after everything should set on a face).

So… I still have a wrinkle between eyebrows. Wrinkles around one eye successfully blocked second one - no. This is disaster. When I am smiling one part of face moving another - no. It’s completely ugly and weird

First sign that something wrong with this place - a manager couldn’t made an appointment. She made it to different branch, then it took 2 hrs to make it for Kits brunch and she confirmed me as a new client I will get a 15% discount for any procedure.
Next not good sign - it’s really not very clean space. If you make any manipulations with needles I expect it’s super clean like in hospital but no… everywhere is fingerprints etc…which made me stressful.
A doctor made me a bit calmer, she looked and sounded professional so I decided to make a botox for two zones instead of only one.
It wasn’t painful at all which made me feel she made not enough units or not deep enough. On my questions why (it’s not my first ever procedure so I know how it should be) doctor answered all is good. I will see first signs of results in 3-5 days.
So I made botox Sep15 still zero result. I feel that I just waisted ~300cad
When I was paying… they refused to give 15% welcome discount. Only after my complaining I got it. It took around 15 min to get a check. Actually I took an ipad and figured out what’s wrong in system by myself… a manager couldn’t finish a payment.
In general- very bad experience and waisted huge amount of money. Highly not recommend. I have big doubts that I have any drop of botox in my face. Pic is attached

Great spot! First time getting a facial and it was heavenly. Kai was very informative and friendly. She explained everything thoroughly and I felt like I learnt so much in 30 minutes! The memeberships are a great idea and I am thrilled to have signed up. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Kai!

I have to say I absolutely loved this place at first. In the past year, however it has gone downhill and my friends and I have been all commenting on it. Fig has taken on more clients than they can handle so now you have to book weeks in advance. I used to be able to get an appointment within a week. They have a small handful of outstanding technicians who you used to be able to book by name but now we are told ‘we don’t know their schedule’ because they don’t want their best technicians to be booked and the others to not get clients. So consequently the last 2 times I have had very junior and very inferior technicians where I wondered why I was still going there. This is an amazing concept and when it works, it really works. Unfortunately their popularity will be their downfall. I’m going to give it a couple more sessions and then likely cancel my subscription. My friends and I all joined together and they feel the same way. (By the way this was meant more for the Mount Pleasant location)

I used to go to a different spa for facials for many years, also a membership based model. I take very good care of my skin. As I have aged I decided to try something new so when "Fig" opened a couple years ago, I enjoyed so many things about my experience. The establishment was clean, professsional, ambient, comfortable and I felt very cared for. Though there were no walls and curtains instead, if felt very warm and organic. I loved the medi-spa feel yet very much spa-like. The technicians were all professional and very friendly. My husband and I made it our day-date and it became our thing! We love Yvonne. She is are fave.

I got the all in facial and really enjoyed the experience. It was relaxing and felt amazing on my face. My esthetician let me know what she was doing each step of the way and explained the purpose of each step. I would have happily sat there for more than 30 minutes, but for anyone with a busy schedule, it’s great to get the benefits of a facial without as big of a time commitment!

Had an amazing All-In facial yesterday! My skin feels so smooth this morning and my makeup is blending in seamlessly.

Emily was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and sweet. It was my first facial, and she made me feel at ease. The Lift + Tone facial was very relaxing and gentle; perfect for my sensitive skin. So many people commented on my glowy skin later that day. Now I'm ready for my Christmas parties this weekend. I can't wait to go back!

Had a wonderful experience with Melissa, was very friendly and clear on what products they were using and considerate of my needs.

I’ve had 2 pregnancy facials here and it’s so amazing, the messaging and lymphatic drainage they do is amazing.

It’s hard to find a good facial when your pregnant that feels safe and like you can actually see results.

The facial bar is clean and beautiful I am always relaxed when I go and the neck and shoulder massage is a bonus!

Yvonne and Kai are both amazing, the customer service is great and they always offer me a water bottle when I come in

LOVE everything about Fig. The philosophy, efficiency, welcoming atmosphere, caring vibes, beautiful decor and each of staff members are extremely knowledgeable! My most favourite is "Collagen + Texture", also Vitamin B12 injection called "Fig Shot". Absolutely double thumbs up!

My treatment was fantastic! Laura was very knowledgeable and advised on an upgrade which I loved. I have had treatments with Laura before in the past and she is always just absolutely lovely.

As well as, Isabelle is very accommodating and friendly at the front counter, she knows her products inside out & always has really good recommendations and options.

Cannot recommend Fig highly enough! I’ve had a few facials here and they’ve all been 5 star experiences! I just had a hydrate+glow facial with Kai (I hope that’s the right spelling) and it was absolutely amazing, she was so thorough and it was the most relaxing facial I’ve had. Would give 10 stars if I could! Looking forward to my next one already!

I was going to Skoah for over a year and the results were lack Luster, products were pushed on me, and on-top of my monthly membership- I was asked to tip. Don’t get me wrong- it’s a wonderful traditional European style facial, however if you want real results- go to Formula Fig.

There are many things I love about Formula Fig.
- GREAT PRODUCTS. IN different price ranges. You can even use after pay if you buy online, and get a discount when your a member.
- Xeomin (ie Botox) They don’t stuff you face. Natural and movement is the key and they deliver.
- RESULTS. I started seeing them after my second facial.
- HONESTY. They won’t upsell you, they are honest about what your skin doesn’t and doesn’t need.
- NON-JUDGEMENTAL. They asked what products I used and I embarrassingly said cetaphil and the skin care specialist said “do not let anyone make you feel embarrassed for using cetaphil, if it works for moisturizing your skin it works”
- NO TIPPING. That’s right. You say thank you and walk out.
-MEMBERSHIP EXTRAS. The LED light therapy and the free facial for a friend, uhh yes please!
- THE TECHNOLOGY. As a women in technology I really appreciate all the research and science that has gone into everything about the facials and products they use. “Your telling me, this red light is going to reduce fine lines and wrinkles? ” YES IT IS.

It was a bit uncomfortable me going from the European facial, get naked go under the covers, no massage facial to lay down, relax and let go- but I prefer it now.

Okay so the price is a bit higher, but you can start at any level, and it really depends what you want for results. I’ve been a member for a year and my skin has never looked this good. I’ve learned so much about products (and I don’t use all high end products, I use a mix and I’m lucky that I can with my skin, as that’s not true for everyone) Now I maintain and home and go every 6-8 weeks for a facial.

I do wish they had a “maintenance membership” which was every two months, but for now I’ll pay the full price and be okay with that.

I recently had the Hydrate + Glow facial by Chelsea and she was fantastic. It was such a treat. My skin 1 day later is bright and hydrated.

What a lovely experience. I was surprised at how relaxed I felt in just a 30 min treatment. My skin was GLOWING after. They also didn’t push products during the treatment which I really appreciated. The membership is so worth it!

The best facial in town. Quick, luxurious and my skin has never looked better, the design is next level and every detail has been thought out. A must for a little self care.

I love Fig! I have tried the Collagen + Texture and the All In facial and they've both been amazing for my skin. The staff is super knowledgeable and it's always a relaxing and peaceful environment to go to. I also want to mention the outstanding customer service I've received from Danielle and Isabelle, they are so sweet, helpful and really go above and beyond!

I have had two facials at Fig, light therapy & stingers and every appointment has been amazing. Both the Kits & Pac Rim locations are beautiful & welcoming, every little detail is thought out from the branding to the interior design.

I have had Jackie for both facials, she is a great facialist & explains the treatments she is doing and the products used and their benefits. She is also very sweet and has a very soothing and relaxing voice!

I have had Dr. Natalie for stingers, I was VERY nervous and she was very compassionate and patient and calmed my nerves, I wasn’t nervous for my second appointment at all! Dr. Natalie has also given me a fig shot, she is thorough and takes all aspects of your health into consideration when advising which fig shots to get.

I have a membership which includes a discount off products, Danya & Danielle are both very educated on the brands & products and the science behind them, I always feel good about the purchases I make and see results.

I always have a good experience & have recommended it to my friends.

Collagen + Texture facial is fabulous for hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone and mask acne. Also loved the sheet mask, purchased one to go.

Very lovely facial today! I left feeling refreshed and my skin was glowing. My skin educator was knowledgeable and was very good at explaining everything involved in my facial. I am so happy with my service! Highly recommend.

Really great except they wear rubber gloves for the facial treatment which doesn’t feel very nice. The rest of the treatment is great though aside from that.

Fig quickly became my favourite place to be. The first time I stepped into Fig I was smitten. It’s so calming and soothing in there, and gorgeous to look at. It’s not just a pretty place, their treatments and staff are exceptional. I am a regular monthly visitor and I’ve noticed a huge improvement with my skin. I’ve had facials before and they never seemed to make a difference - I could almost replicate the results at home. Fig leverages quality products with tools that support and transform the skin. Aesthetically comforting. Amazing high tech facials. Kai is the best - they apply the right amount of pressure and gets every inch of your face. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to explain the facial you're getting, its benefits, and if there is anything you want to focus on, just let them know. I'm grateful to have found this place and if you go monthly for facials, the membership is definitely worth it!

I never knew a facial massage could be so wonderful. I had a collagen + texture facial this weekend and it was a 10/10. The treatment I had before and love but now I will only ever want to book with Kai as her facial massages throughout the treatment were the most relaxing and took this self care experience to the next level.

Totally love my FigFace experiences! Great staff, wonderful facials and I also love the decor. I'll be back!

Jackie was just lovely, adorable and knowledgeable. You can tell she's very passionate about skincare and she makes you feel super comfortable throughout the whole session. I'm looking forward to my future sessions with her already.

This place is amazing! The facials are indulgent but perfect for busy lives! I have been going to Fig since November and I absolutely love everything about the experience and the staff. They carry the best products and the team at Fig knows their stuff.

I was booked for a Hydrate + Glow and oh boy, what a treat! I loved that it was just half an hour, easy to fit into my schedule. From the minute I walked in the door I felt so welcomed, and the place was oozing of quality and care. Sam, who did my facial, was amazing, and it was so relaxing. Felt reborn and indeed, my skin was glowing. Also, I love their products. Can’t wait to go back!

Honestly can't recommend this place enough! Every treatment I've had has been specifically tailored to what skin type I am and how my skin is on that particular day. They talk you through the whole process and everytime I've left with my face glowing and feeling AMAZING! Everyone who works there is an absolute gem. Thank you thank you Fig team!
