Sofia is probably the most knowledgeable practitioner I have met, she truly does a great job and knows what she is doing

Sofia is absolutely wonderful. I expected to go and just be left in a room and on my way but she spent the entire hour during my session making sure I was comfortable and relaxed all while discussing the issues I have with my digestion, and the many things that can help. She was extremely knowledgeable, caring and wants to help you feel better. I even referred her to my friend right after. I will definitely be back and recommend!

I personally would not recommend this place although the results were a relief. There was very little bedside manner, nothing was explained to me about what was going to happen, or even an introduction from the service provider. I was asked to fill out a form, which then lead to the technician (Sophia?) judging me immediately as if she knew everything about me off a single piece of paper. This provider also attempted to advise me of different things opposite of what my team of dr’s/dietitian/trainers have advise me, when I questioned her & what education she had to support what she had been claiming, she became defensive, and then asked me to be more “open to ideas” & said “I’m not advising anything” When I had questions about the colonic and the pro’s/con’s you see online she really didn’t seem to thrilled that I was asking questions & rushed me along so she could start the procedure. Once again the colonic itself was good, felt a relief, but 100% would not recommend this place unless you are prepared to stick up for your own health.

I came to Sofia with an urgent issue and she shuffled around her schedule to help me and put me on the correct path to resolve my issue. She has the BEST patient centred care and is extremely knowledgeable/professional! I will highly recommend her to absolutely anyone and have nothing but amazing things to say about her. Thank you Sofia!
