Where to begin? Both Brittany and Serena were incredibly patient with me while I bounced back and forth between decisions for over 3 days. They went way out of their way to help me decide based on my unorthodox lifestyle, my profession, and my budget.

I had sworn off dealerships forever due to a myriad of horrible past experiences, but Fort Motors (especially Brittany) has won me back over.

Big shout out to Luke at Ford Motors. Luke is amazing sale person in town, he goes above and beyond to help you. I will highly recommend him. My family and friends business will definitely goes to him forever.

Trying to get a hold of their customer service is ridiculous, also if they say they will reserve a courtesy vehicle for you know that its first come first serve even if they do not give you this disclaimer. Read all the negative comments and you will see a pattern. Overall I would not recommend this dealership and I will not be going back. The work was satisfactory, but I received my vehicle dirtier than I dropped it off. They also messed with all my settings (interior lighting, changed the clock to 24 hour). Also I had a bunch of smaller issues but they quoted me 160 dollars to diagnose each problem if it turned out to not be on warranty. With 4 problems that would of been a substantial bill, never heard that one before. I am taking my Vehicle to another dealership to get those issues sorted out.

Lowered my score. Found out they scammed me into getting aftermarket warranty. They said I wasn’t eligible for ford warranty (which was a lie) so now I’m stuck with a subpar aftermarket warranty. Super fun! Avoid this place like the plague.

Convenient, quick and easy service. Only thing that could improve is smile, greet and thanks the guests.

We pulled into Fort Motors, coming from the Yukon, with a problem with our camper heater. Tanya and Mike were there to help; Mike diagnosed the problem within 2 minutes, and we were off- no charge! Best customer service ever!

In our search for a new F150 our online search lead us to Fort Motors. Luke was in contact with us and throughout the coarse of a few days we decided on purchasing from Fort Motors.

The whole experience is one of the best if not the best we've ever had. Luke is a fantastic and very personable salesman. Along with Luke we had the chance to meet two of the managers along with the Brittany in finance. These people are very down to earth and interested in more than just selling a vehicle.
