Fort Street Cycle

It’s been about a year since I have purchased my Cannondale Synapse at Fort Street Cycle. I was very much on the edge between two bikes and the salesman was very accommodating in both of my interests. He was great at being patient with my needs and really took the time to give me his full undivided attention. Upon making a big purchase for my first road bike ever, I was also given complimentary bottles and a fitting service. My entire experience was great but I was a little shocked when I had to pay for a shorter stem replacement of 40$ without a heads up. Presently, I have zero complaints with my cycle and the service was excellent because they helped me choose to correct bike for me. I ride everywhere I go and I have never once regretted shopping at Fort Street. 10/10 would recommend any level of cyclist to check out their shop for cycling needs.

I was biking home and had an issue with my bike, Fort Street Cycle was about to close but they still waited for me to get there after I called and helped me. Ryan and the other workers were amazing! They also have great accessories like bike lights, bells etc. Highly recommend, the service is wonderful and the employees are friendly!

I recently had a custom built bike at this bike shop, and I can honestly say it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the best parts for my bike and made sure to answer all my questions. When I received my bike, it was everything I hoped for. The craftsmanship was top notch. I could not be happier with my purchase and will be back for my future bike needs. Shout out to Adam, Rhy, and Mike!

Best value, best service and consistently awesome people working there just happy to get you on 2 wheels. Cannot recommend them enough.
