The food is delicious at the restaurant, I ordered pot rice, noodles, and a dim sum, everything taste just right. Service is friendly and helpful, really love the place, will definitely go back.

Dimsum is fantastic every single time, they're super busy so reservation is definitely recommended.

This place we been here pretty long time. They have very yummy dim sum good customer service. Dinner they’re have amazing king crab and there set menu pretty reasonably priced

It was really good and the portions were sufficient. We, three adults and two children, ordered two slices of duck, soup, fried rice, and stir-fried pork neck with lotus root slices. It was completely more than we could eat. The main thing was that it tasted good. You can use a credit card, which is the most convenient.

Food was only okay. Shortrib was chewy and the congee wasn't flavourful. All the dim sum broke when picked up - very carefully with chopsticks and spilled anyway.

Service is what you expect - though they did offer ice water which was very nice cos it's so hot.

One star overall because the server who took our payment DEMANDED more tip. We tipped 12% on full amount, which is not the highest however, Asians restaurants do not have the same expectations for tipping. It's not a service-oriented experience and it's you eat, you leave. Will not be returning.

Honey garlic ribs were the best. Sweet and sour chicken/pork dish wasn't great.

One of the best dim sum places in the east end of Vancouver.fresh tasty dishes and love their curried cuttle fish (which you rarely ever get in Toronto) and reasonably priced.they have specials before 1pm and free covered parking.highly recommend

Ordered some take out, basic chicken chow mein that is a staple. As soon as I opened the box, it smelled burnt. Boots and bits of burnt noodles all over. How does one expect to eat this or to pick out each noodle one by one!

Service was horrible. The server kept pressuring us to leave and said people outside were waiting, we checked and no one was there. Kept pressuring us to order faster and faster when I was waiting for my family to come still. The server kept shouting at me to hurry. Food was ok, not the best, but not the worst. Do not recommend unless you want to get yelled.

Was here for dim sum. Less chaotic than some other dim sum places I've been to, which I like. We didn't have to raise our voices to talk to each other. Quality of the sum sum was better than other places, we won't mind coming back here in the future.

We came for dim sum in the morning. They were, as advertised, the biggest we ever had, tasted alright but not delicious. Apart from that, the venue and staff were nice. Still a bit disappointed.

We ordered takeout last night and it was a total disappointment. One of our dishes was the pork chop and the best way to discribe it was that it was as hard as the bottom of your shoes. No kidding. It tasted like it was reheated in the microwave several times. The dish didn't taste like it was freshly made but rather days old. My mom was so upset because she has been buying it several years ago. The other dish was the beef but we thought we were eating hay because the beef was so dry. I sincerely don't know how it could be so dry. I hope Fortune City was sorry about giving its customer failure dishes. We would be afraid to order from this restaurant again.

Ate dinner here with my parents. The food was delicious with generous portions. Everything was well made and not too greasy. We ordered Chicken Chow Mein, Stir-fry Cod with Gai Lan, Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper Sauce, Honey Garlic Spareribs, Deep Fried Squid. The service is good too. Definitely going back to try the rest of the menu.

Their dimsum is very reasonably priced with big portion and very delicious. All servers are very polite and efficient.
