Love having Forum in Chinatown, so accessible and the customer service is always excellent! I’ve bought a few tools and appliances here and they have all lasted a long time plus they have great sales a few times a year and my mom has made me swear to let her know when I see them having their sale sign lol

I’ve taken a couple small appliances here. One they were able to fix well and the other for whatever reason didn’t work out. The customer service has been amazing regardless of outcome. No issue getting full refund for the attempted fix. Highly recommend!

Fantastic! I looked everywhere for the part I needed for my food processor. Could not for the life of me find it where it was affordable. One look on FHA website and I found it, ordered it, and it came within two weeks. Absolutely outstanding! Thanks guys and gals!

Although the company possesses a fast responding support team, I have found the cost of products, the shipping options and the support response unreasonable.

They charge $17.49 for shipping two small screws of less than 3 cubic centimeters and that weigh less than 50g (together). When inquiring about alternatives with them, they recommended that I look through their website to find products I did not need, with the objective of spending almost three times the cost of my cart to be eligible for their "Free Shipping" policy.

Friendly service and very knowledgeable. Every time I've needed a handy home appliance (rice cooker, A/C, water boiler) I've come here. They carry high quality brands and know the important differences. The prices are similar to anything you'd find online so support a local business!

Brought in a Breville smart oven air for repair. Great friendly service and fixed my oven quicker than the time they quoted with a 3 month warranty.

Went to the store in Richmond April 12
Followed store clerk’s suggestion bought an electric rice cooker with a non-stick surface
Rice sticks after first use
Went back to the store and hope to add money to upgrade to a better brand
The clerk said no
Said could not replace after being used
But if you don't use it first how do you know that the product has issue?
The quality of the product has issue but unwilling to be responsible and help customer to replace
Unreasonable
Especially to an 80 yr old customer

Order some replacement filters for a coffee maker. The order was ready ahead of schedule, service at the shop was friendly and very efficient. Store is taking hygiene very seriously

The rice cooker we bought at Forum Home Appliances Vancouver broke after a couple of months.we went into the store and a friendly gentleman exchanged it into a brand new one within 5 minutes.what an awesome customer service and pleasant experience!

Authorized Breville repair here. A few problems but repairs is under warranty. Will update review after full fix. Helpful staff and good location.

Forum couriered in a part for my Breville Espresso machine from one of their other locations at no additional expense. They had the best price by far. When we picked up the part the staff were super friendly, nice and were smiling. I will definitely shop here again and whenever I need appliances or parts will check here first. There is no high pressure sales here. They have lots of items and gadgets. If you need some home appliances check out Forum first. You won't be disappointed.

Dropped off a coffee grinder in August to be repaired and was quoted 2-4 weeks. Every time I called to inquire about when our grinder would be ready there was some excuse as to why it was not ready when it seemed like it was just continually forgotten about. We didn’t end up getting our coffee grinder back for 4 months and was offered no discount. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

My first experience with this company was to get a breville espresso machine repaired. The issue was fixed and the cost was reasonable. Another time I was in need of a handheld clothes steamer. The sales associate recommended one that she knew worked extremely well and was very reasonably priced. I was satisfied with my purchase. In both interactions the staff were professional & courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. I will return when I need a another small appliance or repairs to one of my appliance in the future. I recommend Forum to friends and family.

Very friendly, but incompetent, ability to actually provide repair service totally lacking. They were unable to complete the repairs and would not admit their incompetence. They claim to providec authorized repair services but fall far short.

All I can say is THANK YOU to the amazing customer service and warranty team at Forum Appliances. The service lead that helped (Kaki) was always fast to respond either by way of phone or email. The team at Forum Appliances has helped repair two separate Breville units (they were out of warranty) but assisted in getting the repairs complete and fast. In one instance, there wasn't parts for my Breville unit available, so they issued a request from Breville for replacement. When a service company helps the customer by going above and beyond requesting a replacement item for the serviced unit.this is AAA+ service. THANK YOU KAKI and team!:)
