Sales staff is good but manager is not so cooperative. I had issue with battery for the watch I bought 6-7 months ago but the manager was not ready to listen. I bought more than 7 watches as gift and they are crying just for replacing battery. Not recommended at all

Despite being somewhat staffed was not paid any attention to and approached at last by a lady working and just simply asked if I was “doing ok”. Happened after walking into the store and touring their limited selections for a time as well. Not as clean as before and stock is semi ok. Service seems selective and not as universal as before. Sad to say there could be more to improve in the store as far as services and selection among many and those working for this brand.

Able to grab nice purses paying way cheaper than the original price. The quality of service provided by the staff varied.

The shopping experience here is always the best. There is always great value deals. I always shop here for presents for any occasions. The products are in great quality and less pricy over the other stores selling similar items.

Went in for a gift for my boyfriend. Found exactly what I was looking for at 60% off. As I was leaving asked the staff (Lana) if they sold purse straps since my fossil purse's strap broke years ago, they said no but came back with a free strap from the back room. Very good service.

I think itis nearing Victoria's Day. Almost every outlet store use this long weekend provide 50%-70% basic discount and some will hve additional 20% but need your email and phone renew customer data.
It is very resolution for every need some new product and low price people.

I used to come here all the time and they had much better quality than they do now. I bought a watch in January and tried to return it today. They said it's been over 90 days - no it hasn't. They said there are scratches - the scratches were from the store sizing the watch. I literally never wore this watch more than once because it was too irritating and tight on my wrist. And if the watch scratches while being worn once than that proves the quality.

Joshua an asian sales guy is a complete non sense person. Doesn’t know how to deal with customers very judgmental guy he made a huge mistake with me and was not even apologetic, really?

Used to frequent this location over the years because they have decent selection and prices. Been by over the last few weeks with the same experience unfortunately. They constantly remind you that they're closing soon. Whether it be 30 mins, 15 mins it doesn't matter. Constantly. It's like there's a mandate for every single staff member to remind you as part of their daily tasks. Then when you're ready to pay, there's 2 tills but only 1 cashier open, because the manager is closing the other one and there are about 6 other associates around, who can't seem to be bothered to do anything to help. The only staff member who seemed to be doing anything was the guy sweeping the floor. I understand staff having a long day and wanting to go home. But don't rush the customers because you're closing, then having them wait in line for that exact same amount of time to pay. Because of this type of customer service, or lack thereof, I'd rather go to another store and pay a little extra for the same type of products, in the same outlet mall, just to avoid having to deal with their staff.

One of the sales associate that goes by the name of Gargi kept overshadowing her mucky attitude and kept pestering me to purchase an item of her choice. She should refrain from utilizing hard-selling approach towards valued customers.
