Raj was very helpful to show me all the options available for what I was hoping to purchase.

Is it me or does the customer service get worse during black friday sale? Walked in and was barely greeted by the associates, there's usually 3-5 hanging around and maybe they can try to smile more or act happier that they work there. I had one sales person act very sleezy towards me. Could tell they didn't care about customer service and would be dismissive/impatient and made you feel like you were wasting their time if you kept asking questions or wanted to clarify product. Worst experience here. They need to do better.

Been a fan of Fossil watches for a long time. The store has modest collection, but everything is great in here. Worth trying it

The blonde manager here is rude. Really rude! She is stating that she is a manager here for 9 yrs! I mean like duhhhh? !? ! Nobody wants to know it! Very disappointing!

I was just casually looking around for a new watch an was always satisfied with Fossil. I went into the Guilford Store 2 weeks ago and was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I was assisted by who I believe to be the manager, Laurie? She was so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Can say I will definitely be coming back again. 10/10 service.

I really love Fossil bags quality and this Guilford location is quite close to me. Earlier as well, I had great experiences with different staff at this location. Recently I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Laurie and I was truly amazed how she guided other store associate how to support me and deal with my problem. She went above and beyond, understood my concerns and helped to get my product at this location. Thanks Laurie for this great customer experience.

I had a very positive experience with Ms. Laurie. She is a gem and a person who knows product inside out and makes you buy a product with complete understanding of the model you buy. She was too good when I came back to her for some manufacturing problem and instantly made a outright exchange when produced a copy of the original invoice. Very happy with this experience
