Went to the Metrotown store to return a purchase I made online. Turned out the process wasn’t as simple as returning a store bought item.

However the staff Fatima was extremely helpful and patient. She could have told me to go through the online return process myself. Instead she helped me with making the return label, etc, being patient and professional every step in the process. Fatima was very pleasant, making it the kind of retail experience I haven’t had for a while. Thank you!

Made a purchase on Black Friday and got ringed up at full price. Felt it was a little expensive at first but I still paid, because I trusted them to have added the amounts correctly. I noticed the mistake later at home and returned the next day to have amounts corrected.
It can all be avoided if they have a better cashier till. This place only a tiny phone that displays the total amount, and the staff ask you to tap your card on it. In other stores, there'd be a big screen showing the $ amount of each item, with the total at the bottom, then you'd pay with the smaller machine. If I get to see the amounts for each item on Black Friday, the staff and I would have a better chance at seeing the mistake.
So if you have bought anything there that is supposed to be on sale, please check your receipts.

Went in to get a watch I got as a present adjusted on the 23rd. We were immediately greeted and acknowledged the moment we walked in and felt welcomed. Both the girls working were very professional and completed the adjustment very quickly.

Will definitely comeback to this location over the others as it was also cleaner compared to other fossil stores I’ve visited lately…

If I could give -5 stars I would. The man who works there has zero customer service and when asked about a certain watch he said they didn’t have any and would be sold out anywhere including online, without even checking. We asked another employee at the same location and she checked and said they COULD order it online for us and would take 7-9 days however could not place a rush order to get it in fast shipping. I checked and ordered it online myself and was able to get it for faster shipping. They only care about making the sale from their store and have no regard for the customers needs. If your gonna work in retail at least learn to have PROPER customer service, THEN you might actually get the sales your so desperately wanting. Thank you for being NO HELP whatsoever and a waste of time. I’ve learnt to resort to online shopping over coming to this mess of a store.

I just got my hybrid watch battery replaced by Fahmida (unsure if this is the correct spelling). She was very sweet and super efficient with the replacement. She even cleaned the watch afterwards without me asking. Really appreciated the great customer service that she provided today

Shop somewhere else if you can because this store never accepts returns. No customer service and no help at all. I bought a watch from fossil templeton and called if i could return at metrotown and they said yes you can. Came in to return an unworn brand new watch the store manager jessica starts telling me if i could go back to templeton to return it? I said i cannot as i live in surrey and i called to check if i could return it here. Then she Says i have 90 days i could go there anytime and that they would have to give the watch back to other store as they cannot sell it? As a customer thats not my responsibility how stupid of her i don’t know who made her a store manager there. It says on the receipt return at any fossil store. Why would a customer go back and forth when you could have just returned it then and there. Worst experience ever and i wont be buying again from them!

The sales woman at the Fossil store in Metropolis Metrotown has acted in a very obnoxious and rude manner. (Especially Andre, I don't know her proper name)

I bought a Gen 6 Smartwatch Rose Gold-Tone Stainless Steel Mesh watch for my wife's birthday. The dial is very large, and I asked the store manager (Jessica) if she doesn't like the watch or if it doesn't fit well what to do? She replied that you can return the watch to the store within 90 days. Yesterday, I went to the Metropolis Metrotown Fossil store and I met a saleswoman there her name is Andre something like that. I asked her about the return policy, saying that we had only tried it once and had not used it.straight away she took the watch and checked it by herself without using any tools, saying that it had been used according to our policy and that it would not be accepted back, I asked her once more about the possibility of a return, and she responded that there was no other choice, I asked to speak with her manager, but she was disrespectful and said I had already told you it was impossible to exchange or get a refund. (I had the purchase receipt and everything was there; she didn't even look at those) What a bad service for that price.

I would like to express my special gratitude to Jessica Manager, where I presented my problem regarding the Pacific Center fossil and she was extremely kind and empathetic with my problem. Definitely an example of customer service. I highly recommend fossil Metrotown.

This store is pretty bad at customer service, especially coming to warranty stuff.

I bought my watch from here in August 2022, by November 2022, the battery died, they denied to give a free cell instead I paid for the new one, in no time the not even a week my new battery is dead and not working now.

Hilarious, do you guys even care about business and customer satisfaction?
