Dr. Grewal is very intuitive and progressive in his approach. He takes the time to explain what’s going on and gives you attainable goals to work towards healing imbalances or injuries. I found the tests he conducts to be a helpful tool to measure my body’s changes over time.

Dr. Grewal is running a great chiropractic office. He goes out of his way to work with my schedule and is always very helpful. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Grewal is an extremely talented and thoughtful chiropractor. I noticed his booth at an event that I participated in for work and immediately felt drawn to his healing energy. Knowing that my parents are very passionate about holistic healing but were lost on how to start taking care of themselves, I immediately signed them up. Although they were both skeptical, now they swear by Dr. Grewal and continue to see him as often as possible. I asked my mom what the key points I should include in this review are and she responded that he has 1) readjusted/put my father's hernia back into place, 2) gave my mom "homework" exercises to help heal her knee 3) consistently explains how the body works in a holistic way. All the while, Dr. Grewal is "understanding, patient, calming, balances professional and personal well while providing an overall positive environment". Looking at things from the outside, I can absolutely see how he has improved their quality (and length) of life, helped them be inspired to be more mindful and healthy in their day to day. Can't wait to have more spare time so I can go see Dr. Grewal as well!

Dr. Grewal is a very thorough and competent Chiropractor and a genuinely caring individual. He explains things in an easy to understand way and really involves you in your health and wellness journey.

I have been seeing Dr Grewal since Foundations Family Chiropractic opened and cannot recommend him enough. The biggest benefit I have seen is my improved sleep quality. It used to take me an hour plus to fall asleep and I would wake up frequently during the night. Now I am asleep within 20 minutes and if I do wake up I fall back asleep easily. I feel healthier overall and more in touch with my body and its needs.
Dr Grewal is very gentle with his adjustments and his use of the integrator is great. I am terrified at the thought of having my neck manually adjusted but I do not need to worry with Dr Grewal! Though I used to live a quick walk away from the clinic, I have since moved and make the drive all the way back to Cloverdale just for chiro!

We love it here! We live in Langley but we make the drive so that Dr. Grewal can help my baby with his reflux. He’s helped my son get better with each visit. His front desk staff is always so happy and welcoming. I’ve recommended him to all my family and friends.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude to dr Grewal.
He is excellent chiropractor, healer and huge mental support as well.
He is very knowledgeable, patient and very caring. He never rushes you having time to answer to all your questions and concerns. He is very genuine and professional who you can trust and feel comfortable with.
Before I met dr Grewal I was very desperate and terrified as I didn’t know what was going on with my health and my body. I felt hopeless as my body was in pain. Constant feeling of pins and needles in my feet and hand and entire body constant headaches and back pain was killing me. No one could help me. I was devastated, anxious waiting for some help and hope. Constant pain everywhere, feet burning, numbness all over the body slowly were destroying my physical and mental health. I had the worst scenario on my mind. Waiting time for neurologist was 9-12 months that’s wouldn’t help me to heal not knowing what is wrong with me. This uncertainty was causing even more problems that was making my every day life even more difficult. I don’t know what would happen to me if I didn’t meet dr Grewal. I was in panic mode couldn’t sleep eat and couldn’t function.
Meeting dr Grewal was true blessing, last hope. He exactly knew what was going on with me and my health. He created the plan for me telling me with exact precision how my body will react how much time will take and will be the process of healing. Maybe it sounds unrealistic but his diagnoses and predictions were 100% accurate. I had collapses on my journey but he never let me give up keeping me strong and focused on my healing. Treatment lasted for few months. For now it’s not even 9 months no pain no pins and needles no numbness. I have no more headaches or back pain. I am very happy with extreme level of energy and positivity. His technic is very gentle non invasive and completely safe. That was my always concern about chiropractors.
He changed my life! I sleep like a baby and want to share with entire world how fantastic I feel. I still see him twice a month to maintain my well-being and success me and him both accomplished. It was hard sometimes and discouraging because nothing comes right away especially healing but it’s was 100% worth it.
After 9 months from my first symptoms I met neurologist. She confirmed that whatever dr Grewal was doing was right and accurate. She said he chose right path in helping me to heal.
Real healer is in us but we need right person who will take care of us guide us and use not only great technic to help but will never let us give up and never let you down and this person is Dr Grewal for me.
