I have never had an issue dealing with Fountain Tire. Fast, friendly service, at reasonable pricing.

Absolutely the best service and friendly people! It appears that employees care and like their jobs. Extremely clean place. Inside and out. Genuine “yes I can and I am happy to help” attitude. Something as simple as backing my daughter’s vehicle into a parked spot to make it easier to leave is very thoughtful.
I will never take our vehicles any where else.

Sales person Dale and the owner Jorge are excellent people and excellent staff to get tires with, went outta there way to get rims and tires on my black f150 will be back for tires at this location again. Thanks Fountain Tire you rock hope you reach out to these two and tell them what a great job they do. Will tell lots of people about this location.

Bring in two sets of tires and rims last fall, have all seasons and winters.

NOPE! Sent me home with the all-seasons on after switching 2 rims and tires. Charged me for a full swap when they just swapped rims.

WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE WITH THIS INCOMPETENCE!

First time to Fountain Tire Vernon and was I ever impressed. Had a flat in the middle of heavy snow and called Fountain Tire about an hour before it closed. Jorge had my tire repaired before closing at no charge to boot. I was on my way a very happy customer!

Excellent professional service! It was a breath of fresh air not having any surprises or up-sells. Dale took time to suggest a tire for my 2 vehicles. The work was done well, and timely. I am one happy customer. A side note, Dale providing that extra customer service.saw me at the gym the next day and saw what I was lifting heavy on bench. Dale offered a spot which was very helpful. This gentleman just bought fountain tire in January and and I've had the most excellent customer service this week from him. We had a tire blow out on a little sports car sports car on old cow looks broad by the racetrack we needed a low profile tire ire put on a rim he lent us his floor Jack not knowing us he lent us a tire on our rim to go back and get the car and bring it back to him. He trusted us To bring it back we bought a set of tires off him he mounted him and just only charged us for the set of tires this Vernon is called customer service this gentleman deserves 5 stars he went above and beyond of and beyond what he had to do for us I highly recommend getting your tires here he had a set of tires in for us by 3 o'clock and mounted by 4 o'clock

The size and brand of tire that I wanted on my smart car is not readily available. The Vernon Fountain Tire located what was required in Vancouver and received them within 2 days. I appreciated the fact that the tires, despite being uncommon were very competitively priced.

Professional staff and a pleasant waiting are part of the package and I will definitely be going there for my motorhome tires.

Price was exactly as quoted and completion time was as promised.

Lastly. They didn’t scratch my aluminum rims like the knuckleheads at OK Tire did in the past.

I was having issues with my tires that were losing pressure all of a sudden and I was unable to determine from where. Big shout out to Jorge for getting my vehicle in right away and diagnosing the problem. He had the right solution, at the right price. Extremely professional and great customer service. I would recommend Fountain Tire to anyone.

Had some of the best service I have ever received any where at Fountain Tire in Vernon. I needed some new tires in a hurry and because of my work schedule I was unable to make their regular last appointment time, they accommodated my schedule and fit me in at the end of the day. On top of that they had the best price in town on the tire and were able to get them sooner then anyone else!

A few weeks later I went back to get a set of winter tire on our second vehicle, a brand new 2022 Tuscon. They got everything done in a timely matter and again had incredibly competitive pricing. There was a minor hiccup with the TPMS in the new wheels. To resolve the issue they fit us in with out an appointment and fixed the issue in a very timely manner.

The staff at this shop is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I will always recommend this shop and will be returning for all my wheel and tire needs.

My entire experience, from phone call for a quote for new winter tires to paying for my service, was absolutely amazing.

On the phone, Chris (I believe) helped me price out the tires, and booked me in for an afternoon appointment next day. In person, Dale was incredibly friendly and very communicative. The price was very reasonable. And my car got a good lookover with a well-organized inspection report sent to me.

First visit to Fountain Tire in Vernon. Brad is a nice guy who got me in to put my summers on. He did an inspection, took pics and videos of what needs fixing and will send me a quote. He explained things well and promised a good deal. Gave me a cheaper price on my tire switch as well.

The corporate business has fallen over the years so their customer service plan is unexceptional. That said their prices are fair and work is decent.

I spoke with Jorge regarding new winter tires and rims for my 2011 Honda Pilot, not only was Jorge able to locate EXACTLY what I wanted (I'm kind of particular when it comes to tires). He not only found my setup, but gave me an incredible price AND did it with easy efficiency. Jorge was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

When I picked my tires up, Jorge was helping another client, and I was helped by Brad, Brad was incredibly accommodating and helpful, loading my new wheels into my vehicle for me, he was friendly and just as efficient as Jorge was.

One of the absolute truths of customer service is "If you take care of the customer, the bottom line will take care of itself. " Jorge and Brad are living this truth, and showing people what real customer service means. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and will be bringing all of my vehicle service and business to them, based on this transaction alone. We were treated so well. Greeted on arrival, scope of work discussed and vehicle dropped off. The true testament was on pick up. Wneeded a front wheel bearing replaced on a Saturday afternoon. They got it done and had us back on the road by 5.

Greasy. No warranty on poor work. Was told they don't "check" for leaks at valve stems after tire installs.
