Such a great experience with Fountain Tire! Flexible to my schedule and kept us up to date on findings and quotations. They stand by their work and products, knowledgeable. We have brought three of our vehicles to them and have recommended to friends! Above and beyond for us as customers!

These people were so friendly and helpful! I needed assistance with sending some border crossing documents to my company. I didn’t have any phone service as I was just visiting from America for work (trucking). The sweet lady named Erinn didn’t hesitate to show me how to scan my paperwork and connect to the wifi there to email them to my company. The workers there were kind enough to let me wait in the lobby while I sorted things over the phone with my company. Erinn even printed the manifest I needed to get back to my country! These people were so nice and made the headache of getting back to the States a bit more bearable. Don’t have any doubts about going there for service! Also there’s a cute doggo there that loves head pats n belly rubs and I wish I got a pic of it!

I had a vehicle sent in for a new set of tires, and even with an appointment it took TWO HOURS to get them on. Well let me back track. During this time the shop performed unsolicited inspections, and presented a $1500 quote of "necessary" work which was not in fact needed. Won't be returning.

They failed to put sensors in my brand new wheels, which were going on a 2021 truck. Then tried charging me a extra $208 (before tax) above the quote I was given. After pointing out the sensors legally have to be put in I wasn’t charged. When I got my truck back they had scratched all 4 of my new rims. Poor poor poor customer service

This place is magic. We called the day before arrival needing 4 trailer tires installed on an RV. They got us in right away! To help get it done, one of the office staff came out to work on it over lunch. Wow.

The service is amazing. The knowledge they have is superb. But the customer support is the best I’ve experienced.

If you have need for tires, drive here. You’ll be happy you did. Ask for Khuzi, he is so incredible.

We are from Mission and we were doing lots of errands in Abbotsford and on a time schedule. Along the way, a huge bolt got stuck in our tire, our usual fountain Tire in Mission had no space to fit us in, but fountain Tire on sumas way had us in and out within half an hour and seemed quite busy at the time too. Great service!

I got 24 inch rims put on from a different shop and was having insane shaking over 60kph, the shop couldn't figure out the problem. I brought my vehicle to fountain tire and the staff was great, super helpful in finding the problem and fixing it. Definitely recommend them for your tire needs.

Thanks for the fast service this afternoon on a semi trailer. I had to make a ferry and they got to me right away much appreciated

Never been here, and never will be after watching their white Dodge truck excessively speeding, tailgating, and cutting people off. No front license plate either which is mandatory in BC, and anyone too lazy to move a finger to put on a turn indicator is probably to lazy to torque your lug nuts. Encountered on the westbound stretch between Mission and Silverdale, 08/23/2021 @ around 5: 30

Had to give mustard just so I can get on there had my vehicle inspected didn't even do what I asked him to do they did what they felt they had to do came up with a bunch of beers so they can make money just for 1 or 1 arm piece on one side and tire rotation $1500 you could you believe that but at times they were done a little bit of work I would paid more for the work than I did for 2014 Dodge caravan

I had an oil change booked and dropped my car off on time, went for a walk, came back hour and half later to find my car not even touched! Disappointing but told there was a new employee who missed doing it, so it was completed in half hr at no charge. Thanks, Goodyear

We were in our way camping, when our RV’s wheel started smoking. Luckily we were near Fountain Tire. Called them and they were able to replace a completely shattered wheel bearing right then and there. Will be forever grateful for their amazing service! Thank you Terry, Brad and team!

Got my tires installed, balanced and paid for in about 45 minutes. I didnt even go in to have them done same day, i just thought I'd schedule an appointment. Where does that happen! Awesome service!

I personally am grateful for the extra effort the staff and management takes in taking care of their customers. If a mistake has been made they are will to go the extra mike to make sure the mistake has been corrected and the customer is satisfied. The last 5+ years of getting tires and maintenance done on my company and personal vehicles I know I can always count on them!

I have read other reviews and am not surprised that almost without exception, they are glowing. While traveling from Vancouver Island to a memorial service in the Okanagan, my car lost power on the freeway near Abbotsford. We were towed to Fountain Tire at the suggestion of BCAA. This was around 4: 30 on a Friday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem quickly and the mechanic was willing to stay late but they could not get the part. They tried to rent us a car but none were available so the shop manager gave us his truck with a full tank of gas and sent us on our way. We picked up my car three days later on the way home. The final bill was as quoted. Everyone we dealt with seemed willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Wish these guys were closer to home.

Excellent customer service. Always ready to help. My experience with them has been spectacular since I started to go there.

The staff at the location on Sumas Way in Abbotsford are super friendly and accommodating, and it's not usually super busy, so they're quick, too. Prices are on par with the best I've found. You'd be hard pressed to find a better place to take your vehicle.
