Had a good interaction with this location today. Were able to get in a bit of a niche sized michelin within 2 hours from ordering. Tyler in particular has a great attitude and was good help. The price was also 89 dollars per tire less than a competing large tire store.

On point customer service from Tyler and the rest of the folks there. Couldn't recommend them more!

The staff are always very friendly and trustworthy. I bring both of our cars here for oil changes and tires and don't bother with the dealership anymore.

Not bad service but I went to do my own oil change after and the oil filter was inappropriately tight I almost completely wrecked the oil filter trying to take it off. Hope this was just a one off.

Our car had an annoying vibration noise for a while.following a recommendation from George Estacio, manager of Sunnyside Autobody, we want to Fountain Tire where Mr. Tyler Campbell toke care of the case. Mr. Campbell is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable; The noise problem was fixed in half hours later, it costs only a fraction of replacing a Catalytic converter suggested by other repair stores,

Over the years I would search for best deals whenever I needed tires. Fountain Tire often won those searches. I now use them exclusively for my tire services. The other day I needed to change my winter tires over to summer, I had been forgetting; so I took my car and tires on over at 8 Am.assuming they would be open and I would ask if they could squeeze my job in (4 tires and rims re and re'd) as they were closed until 8: 30 AM I left my car and dropped the keys in the drop box. It wasn't long before I received a call from Drew. They did squeeze my job in. Just one example of great service.

Amazing service and didn't charge for what wasn't needed. Sent me on my way happy and in the know for what was going on! Couldn't be happier with the service, thanks Tyler!

Blew a tire out on the freeway. Although they did not have the size we needed, they called around, and we were able to find the right one. The wait at the other store was so long, Fountain said they'd put it on if we brought it in. Great service and timely for the wary traveller!

Avoid at all cost! Overcharges and sells items not needed! Lacks courtessy! Brought my car in for repair and ended up damaging other part of my vehicle. No apology No courtessy car. Do yourself a favour and take your hard earned money to a more reputable shop.

For two years I stored my tires on rims here and had them exchange them out for the summer/winter seasons. One year they told me I needed new tires, so I went to another tire reseller and they said my tires were just fine and I had many kilometres left on them. I also went to the car dealer and asked them to check my tires, they too said they were fine.
Then, even though I had appointments each year to exchange my tires, they let me wait in the waiting room for over two hours. I saw that male walk-in customers got served ahead of me, again and again. The second year that this happened, I drove away with my tires to have them exchanged somewhere else. I will NEVER go there again.
To top it off, I even saved over $100 by having this service (tire storage and tire-swap service) somewhere else.

The guys are so cool & pro at the same time.you are gonna get the best service as fast as possible.

The only place I will take our cars. They do not pad the bill or tell you, you need something done that isn't necessary. Staff are great.

I manage the Craftsman Collision here in South Surrey. Drew and Tyler do all our mechanical work for us. They also do all our replacement vehicle maintenance. I would highly recommend their services and would not use anyone else.

* We had our car booked in on the day we wanted and the service was excellent. Drew even filled out the Goodyear rebate form for us, so it was easy to collect the $80 cash back.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Everyone is extremely kind. Never make me feel as if I know nothing about cars (even though I really don’t know anything)!
