The last thing on this planet I wanted to do this year was drop a grand into new tires, but it was time. I have an EV and detested the stock tires. They were so noisy and didn’t really grip the road. Fountain Tire helped me choose the right tires for my car: the Sailus Erange. Far less road noise transfer. Decent grip. And apparently will save me 7% range. As far as happiness goes for buying tires, I’m pretty happy with these. I also get free flat repairs and tire rotations every 10,000km.

Thank you, Fountain Tire for your guidance and helpful, friendly staff. I hope I don’t have to buy tires for a very long time, but, when I need them, I’ll be coming back to you.

The team at this location is so great! Always very kind and helpful. I got new tires last year and recently had a slow leak, they took care of it no problem and free of charge! I highly recommend this location.

These guys are phenomenal. Absolute rock stars. My tire popped while I was driving. I limped my van to this fountain tire and Ken and his guys went above and beyond to help me out. They ended up changing the blown out tire so I could make it to where my tires are stored. They totally could have taken advantage of me seeing as I don't know much about cars but they didn't. I can't express enough how helpful Ken was. I hate playing the role of damsel in distress but these guys really did save the day.

Booked an appointment for a tire change and alignment from 9am-12pm. Truck sat in the lot until 11: 30 before it was even brought into the shop to change the tires. After changing the tires they forgot to do the wheel alignment and after discussion they reluctantly brought it back into the shop to do the alignment (it says on the Fountain Tire invoice and the website that they recommend a re-alignment with all new tire purchases).

I understand you are busy but I recommend communicating with your customers that it would take over an hour longer than originally scheduled in order to set expectations.

This is the second time and I’m going to write it down…. My wife went with an (almost) flat tire… (just a small screw) they said “not fixable” and she needed 2 new tires… (for 300$) …guess what? I asked to go in a second place and they fixed the flat for 42$ …and it happened to me few months ago and I thought it was a mistake or misjudgement… maybe it wasn’t… if any time you got a flat you have to change 2 tires… well …it’s a good business (for you not for us) P. S.: I’m a foreman in a mechanical shop… so my bad review it’s not coming easily or without some high skill in the field

Sincere thanks to Kenneth and the team at Coquitlam Fountain Tire - they rescued me last weekend from a flat tire during a quick trip to Vancouver from the Island. The customer service - speed and most of all the price were absolutely amazing! I am so grateful to them and highly recommend them for business!

I was in and out in 1.25 HRS for a winter tyre changeover. The manager was very helpful and advised me on future needs. I will use them again.

Been there years ago and Ken is still giving great service today. Bought all weather Goodyear tires this time. We'll see how they perform.

My Tire Was flat and I was desperate, went in and they said like it was a silly question to ask "u guys repair my tire? " and said WE ONLY SELL HERE! I mean if you buy a tire from them later and want a repair, should I really go to somewhere else for that:) ?

Arrogant and irresponsible.
They charged me $216+tax for changing summer tires in April. And when I tried to change to winter tires in Costco ($60 for a set), they cannot do it because Fountain Tire screwed the tires way too tight and the tire key almost broke for demounting.
I confronted Fountain Tires about their previous work, only to get a irresponsible reply that they did nothing wrong, the key was fine and Costco charges less because their staff are not qualified technicians. YES THE MAN AT THE COUNTER SAID MANY MEAN WORDS ABOUT COSTCO STAFF.
He even said that I drove an expensive car, my tire cost $800 each so I should be fine about their price, which I found very offending.
The do not respect their peer, their customers, even their job. Do not go, since you get terrible work, no guarantee or customer service at all and wasting of time and money.

Ken and Steve are fabulous to work with. They explain what work needs to be done and are very conscious of keeping costs reasonable. Their whole team is professional and personable. I highly recommend!
