I was in for a seasonal tire change for my Tesla and will never go back to Costco again! They were reasonably priced, friendly, and quick!

Great guys when up and beyond for a amazing experience made sure I got everything done so I wouldn't have to come back well priced and good service

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind! I had a flat tire due to a nail and they accommodated me last minute even though a majority of other locations were quoting me next week. They have fair prices and were quick with the repair. Absolutely will come back to this shop with future needs. Thank you again guys for being so kind!

Excellent customer service. My tires were delivered earlier than expected and put on quickly. Many extra services like emailed quotes and squeezed me in early. Definitely recommend these guys.

I world like to give an zero star if I could. I have a very bad experience with Joe at this store. He refused to let me know if the flat tire was repairable or not in the beginning, and stoped a tech who had started to check it. He told me that he would not replace with another exactly same tire I already owned if the flat tire is unrepairable, despite his staff saying ok if it is same tire. He promised to call me when the tire is ready to go, but he didn't. I have purchased six same Goodyear tires at Fountain tire and five at their store. They show no care towards their loyal customers.

This place is fantastic. I had a flat tire on my truck and I didn't have the tools to bring down the spare tire. I called them and they said they would do everything possible to help me out. I showed up with my truck and I was on my way with my spare tire installed within 15 minutes. Above All that, they were empathetic and understanding of my situation that they stopped what they were doing to help me out immediately. Thank you to Joe and his team for all their help. They are a perfect example of what customer service is all about!

Really bad and unprofessional service; booked an appointment online for tire change, somehow their system booked me in for oil change. When I called, the customer care guy was like do you good tires, or really bad ones? He asked this question to get a price point.

Rude, and blunt service.

Had a flat tire and they repaired it in less than an hour wait. It also was under warranty, so no charge. I have always had top service from Fountain Tire whether it's in Surrey or Swift Current.

Coming into the shop with limited knowledge about cars… everyone was so respectful, friendly, and quick to help. Joe was the person who fixed my car. He explained everything to me to make sure that I fully understood and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this location!

The best tire shop in the city!
The guys know how to take care of you and your car! Winston and Kuvin helped me out, I got a nail in my tire on a Saturday, they were crazy busy and they even referred me to another place because I was in a rush! But I stuck around and in under 15 mins they got me in and 15 mins later I was in my car and back on the road! A special thank you to the guys at that fountain tire!

Called this morning regarding a puncture and was told to bring the vehicle to them in about an hour. Showed up then, it had gotten busy so they needed two hours to get to the tire repair work. Came back in two hours, nothing done but I was "going right in when the guys come back from lunch, 10 minutes", came back a 1/2 hour later, vehicle still in the parking lot. Collected my keys and moved on.

I have been looking for a place to take my SUV since moving to Surrey. For years I went to Fountain Tire in Vancouver who did a terrific job. The other day I thought I should give this Fountain Tire near my place a try. Let me tell you they went beyond my expectations. They have the best customer service I have ever had from any garage. Winston made me feel at ease and has some of the best customer service skills that I have seen in a long time. I now feel confident driving my vehicle until the next maintenance package I need to get. I highly recommend this location.

Fountain Tire in Whalley is one of the best tire shops around. Purchased my set of All Weather tires here a few years ago and have unfortunately had numerous nails in tires/punctures/etc. Each time the guys at Fountaintire have gotten me in quickly and patched up the problem. I will definitely purchase my next set of tires here!

Customer service at its highest level. Guys are awesome especially Mr. Winston (sorry don’t know his last name). Very professional, kind and polite. But most of all they were able to fix the problem that I thought it wasn’t fixable and the price was right just as I expected.

I've been taking my Ford to Mainland Ford for general servicing needs. Last time I felt that they didn't even replace the oil nor did they topped up any of the fluids. So this time I decided to try this Fountain Tire. I think they did what was expected in the service schedule. So I'm kinda satisfied that my car got the care it needed and I can drive it safely now.
Next time I may try Midas that's just beside this Fountain Tire, or may be not; I'm not sure yet.

I had a great experience servicing my car at this Fountain Tire location. Iain, the manager, and the employee that receive me treated me nicely, and that for me says a lot.

From the beginning, they provided me great value by helping me choose the right tires. Also, something that I didn't expect was that they made a general inspection of my car where they discovered two problems that I agreed to repair. Still great price for all the things they did.

I highly recommend this place.

We stopped in just before closing to get our tires tightened/checked after getting new tires installed the day before in Victoria. We came straight here from the ferry as it was getting close to closing time and we had a long drive ahead of us to Merritt. We were thrilled that someone was still there to do the deed. I've gone to this location of Fountain Tire for years and had nothing but excellent service. As a female, I have never felt taken advantage of here. I've gone in with possible concerns only to find there were no issues and wasn't charged for anything. Other places would have given me a huge bill as I've learned in the past. Lately, I've had the pleasure of dealing with the newest member of the team, Winston. He is such a great addition to this location. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and the ladies are going to love him;) He has been the highlight of getting car repairs lately!

Winston and the crew was awesome, prompt service. I had a large screw in the passenger rear tire of my vehicle. I called them early Saturday morning and they were happy to take me in. They did an excellent job and I wanted to express how much it's appreciated.

I came to fix my flat tire after a day the tire leaking, I came 3 times in to get a leaky rear tire fixed and still air leaking, found Country tire on King George they fixed the problem first time. Other than that they okay

I had a nail in my tire and my tire was all flat without any further questions Iain the manager helped me out and repaired and replaced the tire for me in less than 40mins. Spectacular service by fountain tire would reccomend anyone who is buying new tires. Great service overall.

I'm very impressed with these guys. I normally deal with Msple Ridge location, but work across from the Surrey 104th location. With the change in weather my low tire sensors came on, I phoned in the morning and they told me to pop over and they could top them off. Very friendly and helpful. Much appreciated!
