Fountain Tire

The guys at Fountain tire in Campbell River are brilliant, they make the whole experience a pleasure making sure they got me the best deal available for what I needed. They took me to my office in their courtesy car after dropping off my truck and picked me up when the job was done. Thank you guys.

During my visit in Vancouver Island, I had a flat tire with a rental car. Fountain Tire was not only able to find the specific size in needed but also to get me back on the road in no time! Super efficient and professional. I definitely recommend in Campbell River!

Fantastic service! Fixed our flat in an hour and put it back on our truck as well. Reset the sensors and put our spare away. Very reasonably priced and super service.

Had a few issues with truck after complete but boys took care of it in a timely matter without any hesitation.

They saved me last night! With 15 minutes before closing they got me in and replaced a tire that blew saving me from having to spend the night somewhere in Campbell. And a bonus this morning when I went to clean up the mess I made from putting on the spare in the back of my vehicle they had done that for me as well. Very happy and grateful

Outgoing - got me in right away to get my tire issues taken care of, as I need my truck for work.

Professional - called me with quote explaining what my truck needed and why. The person I talked to was clear, concise and educated in his profession. It's hard to take advice from someone who obviously doesn't know what they're talking about, which is an all too common experience.

Fast - To top it off they were done the job faster than expected. Thank you fountain Tire

They did a decent job of mounting and balancing my tires but when it came time to do the alignment they discovered an issue with the location of the front spring. They moved it back into position but it was still rubbing on the frame. We got the part to fix it properly and brought the vehicle back to properly fix it. Even offered to pay more to resolve it. They stalled for a couple days before they gave it back suggested I take it to dodge.
So I ended up going to dodge where they replaced the spring isolator and aligned my wheels. I was disappointed fountain tire charged me for a job they could not/would not complete, and I had to pay dodge all over again to re do it.

De passage, on a changé nos 4 pneus de notre grand caravan. Une semaine plus tard on crève sur une piste, on retourne chez eux et ils nous le réparent gratuitement. Très professionnels, et très gentils.

We showed up 30 minutes before they closed, with some massive damage to 2 of our tires. We needed to get to Courteney that night and they were able to replace both tires in about 15 minutes. They were so friendly, would highly recommend!

This store and their phenomenal staff are hands down the best nicest people ive met in so long i can't even remember!
They will go out of their way beyond above and beyond to help!

The team has been very helpful with setting me up with the right wheel accessories to fit my staggered wheels onto my vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They helped me out of a huge bind while I was visiting the island. So friendly, professional & courteous. If i could rate more that 5 stars, they would get it!

Just a thanks to Brad and his crew for getting my tires on the van. The cost was what it was supposed to be, they got me in same day, they did the job fast and good, A lot of people coming and going from the store while I waited and the staff handled it all with a good polite service.

I just bought tires there before Christmas. Great staff! Super friendly, very professional.
I went in to check if they could help me and they gave me a quick appointment for next day, it was all done in an hour. Prices are competitive but it’s all about the people. Good job!

Had a flat late on a Friday night/ checked a couple of tire places who refused to even look at my tire. I went to Fountain Tire young Man at desk explained they were extremely busy but would look at our tire. Ross was the young man very personal and did manage to get my tire fixed. It was a very nice feeling to be treated with some compassion as vehicle needed before Monday. Thanks Again and Merry Christmas

Found the inside of my middle compartment, glove box, trunk, backseat had all been gone through and rearranged. The trunk was the worst, everything had clearly been tossed, a bag full of items had been upended, and some shopping had been dumped in the backseat as it would no longer fit the trunk after they disorganized it. You can tell they had trouble fitting everything back into the trunk because broke the cargo cover when they tried to close over everything. And this all after my one hour appointment took them two hours. EXTREMELY unprofessional service, do not recommend.

Owen was honest and Brad is knowledgeable without making customers feel dumb. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Popped in with a nail in my tire, had it fixed and back on the road in 20 minutes. Great service.

Great service, fast clean, and never had a second though about sending my daughter's car for new tires as well
