Excellent service. I had my winter tire change over and it was done quickly under an hour. They fixed my flat repair for free too. Highly recommended!

Got winter tires and a service and Iain was super helpful! Made it a very smooth experience.

I was in a bit of a jam with needing a seasonal tire change for an unexpected trip to the interior. Although the North Vancouver location was not able to accommodate me in the time I needed they were super helpful in finding me a solution. I ended up using the Fountain Tire Mobile service. A big thank you for the great service help finding me a solution!

2013 update: Such a pleasure to deal with the team at Fountain Tire in North Vancouver. They found a great price on new winter tires for me this year, and did a much needed brake job at the same time. Great service, courteous and on time, and a fair price. After dealing with a high end specialty tire shop for year, I finally got tired (no pun intended) of being treated poorly and charged richly. After my first visit to Fountain tire to fix a flat, I thought they were pretty great. I was in today after booking a winter tire swap. They took the car in exactly when they said they would, and within 45 minutes the car was ready to go, at a fair price. I barely had time for a good cup of coffee (hint: Vomero across the street in the strip mall is awesome). Thanks Fountain Tire team - you have a new fan and new customer.

Brought a newly purchased vehicle here for an alignment, but it turned out to need (much) more than that. Rather than completing the job and handing me a $5000+ quote for the rest of the work, he wrote a comprehensive list of the parts that needed attention and offered to build a quote for all the work to be done, AND they only charged me for an inspection.

Highly recommend the team here, as they are very trustworthy and helpful. They’re not just out to make a quick buck.

Update 2023 - Great service from Iain and the team. Had a flat on my Tesla. Had it repaired for free since I bought the tires there. Prompt, professional service.

I am so grateful for the awesome service from John the assistant manager at Fountain Tire. My daughter had a burnt out headlight which she should have fixed months ago. She left it to the last minute and is traveling and it needs to be fixed. We didn’t have an appointment and they were busy and it’s near closing time. John was able to get the bulb and had ready within 20 minutes. Thomas the mechanic was also fantastic! We are so appreciative. Amazing service! Thank you so very much!

The assistant manager John and mechanic Thomas from fountain tire are AMAZING! They helped me out so much and was able to get me an appointment on the spot to help fix my headlight! So very appreciative and saved me lots of stress! Highly recommend!

John Witiluk (Assistant Manager) provided the best tire service I have experienced in many decades of driving. He solved a difficult problem (slow leak) which took several days to diagnose. He kept me informed and bent over backwards to meet my deadline. Thank you John! You are the definition of excellent customer service!

I'm quite disappointed. I went in for new tires and a wheel alignment. However, they didn't want to do the wheel alignment without replacing the struts and rear shocks, yet they proceeded to install the new tires without giving me the option to opt out. They didn't really tell me that the tires will wear prematurely until I called back to get clarification. When the tires were being installed, they just gave me a quote on what needed to be done in order to do the wheel alignment, which was a quote of over $2k (not including the price of the tires), leaving out the fact that I shouldn't get new tires without doing that work first as well. So, now I'm stuck with new tires that will basically wear out well before they should because there is no way I can afford over $2k just to preserve these new tires. The guy casually said the shocks would cost about $150 each, then had the more accurate estimate when the tire installation was done, which was way more expensive than the casual estimate while the tires where being installed. The cost of tires and a wheel alignment was already costly for me.what a nightmare. If I had known all of this and that the new tires would be a waste without the $2k+ repairs, I would have just gotten used tires.oh, and they told me that I would qualify for the $80 rebate for Kumho tires, and I tried entering my submission for the rebate, and it turns out the tires do not qualify!

This place is so much more than Tires! I went to get my winter tires removed and an oil change and they provided my with a well articulated proactive report (complete with pictures) on the status of my vehicle. They then provided me with a very practical verbal explanation in a very professional manner.

I've got a flat tire today and I went there and I even forgot I bought the tire from them around 20 months ago, they fixed it and I asked to pay and they said no payment is necessary and you have warranty, nice and welcoming and helpful guys, will recommend you to all of my friends, coworkers and students.

I purchased four new tires and from John and had them installed this week.
I was very pleased with the service John gave me, although there was a computer glitch with my appointment John was able to solve the problem and get me in and out on time.
I live in surrey and came back to the North van site after I came in last summer with a immediate repair and John made room for me and fixed my issue quickly.
I’ll be returning here for all my tire and mechanical needs on both of my cars from now on.

Picked up the car from fountain tire, and I have two issues, when driving in a straight line the car won't go straight, I need to keep the steering wheel slightly tilted to get the car to go straight and the car is pulling to the left when I let go of the wheel. Called them to complain about it and was told that it was because my jeep is lifted. But I've had the lift for 3.000km without issues, and the day I take it to them it is now a problem. Poor service and would not recommend.

First rate service that takes account of the customer's needs. Follow-up on service was also excellent. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and can direct you to other good service shops.

Was quoted $1200 for 2 tires due to a tire plug in the "side wall" after technician removed tire to check. Used tire bath at home to find an obvious crack in the rim.

I was the lucky recipient of a screw in my tire which eventually became a flat and I needed it fixed fast. Ian and his team at Fountain were incredibly helpful and professional. My tire was beyond repair so he laid out all of my options clearly and gave me his best and most cost-effective recommendation. Ian took charge of the situation and took out all of the guess work and stress. Best of all he got me back on the road quicker than I had expected. Would definitely recommend.
