Nelson, Max, and the team are professionals. I still bring my vehicle to the Burnaby location even though I moved to another city. Their friendliness, customer service, and honesty are worth my peace of mind.

At first, I thought that because they are certified by Goodyear, they would definitely offer me a good price, but later, I realized I was mistaken. I have to give the lowest rating because, despite mentioning that other places offer a lower price, they didn't pay attention, meaning weak customer service.

I always get first-class service at Fountain Tire on Kingsway. The staff here treat you very well and they take great care of our vehicles. I recommend you give this location a try.

Great service and time saver! I used to have my old car serviced here, but haven't since I got the new vehicle a couple of years ago. Until I got a tire puncture that I couldn't wait on. The guys patched it up quickly with such a reasonable price! AND The icing on the top.the invoice was folded up nicely! (Yes those details make a difference!) Real happy about this experience and kudos to the guys at the shop!

Kudos to the people of this shop! I am a first time customer and Max kept my temporary schedule open when I needed a tire change. So i went there Nov. 10 and was accommodated in a nice manner. Although, it is not allowed to sit inside Max consoled me that there are Denny's, A & W around to hang around while waiting for a tire change. Absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs something for their car. Wish you could include wheel alignment for a 4 tire change for let say $50 off than just $20. The other guy beside Max was also entertaining.

I had a car-full of family and a battery that suddenly decided to quit. The car is unusable in this state. The guys at Fountain Tire 5850 Kingsway, Burnaby BC went above and beyond to get us back on the road in record time. The battery was a specialized battery which had to be driven in from their warehouse location, which they got their guy to deliver super fast. I'm very happy with their service. 5 stars.

These guys are awesome. I've had some bad luck this year with running over nails and other weird objects and they always take care of my same day. I've dealt with Max several times and his customer service always exceeds my expectations. I will continue to come to the for all of my issues and I highly recommend them to everyone else

JJ and the team are Amazing. Did not overcharge me or up-sell me on work that didn't need to be done. Let me know what repairs were upcoming, approximate timelines, took care of my inspection and oil change quickly. 10/10 Recommend. Will definitely use for all of my vehicle repairs and maintenance.

So i had a flat and because i had brought the tires from Fountain they were able to repair it for free, you would think a tire establishment would take care of a simply plug but nope. Flat the next day and decided to take it into Kal tire and they were able to repair. I will not be going back to Fountain tire for anything ever again.

Terrible service and a bunch of thieves. Was quoted for repairs on my vehicle, and when I sought two additional opinions, from licensed dealerships, I was told nothing Fountain Tire said was truthful. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Very knowledgeable staff. Very accommodating and quick service. Was not cheap but I guess you pay for what you get. Will visit again.

Went in for tire rotation and for once I did not have to wait longer than usual like I have previously despite having a scheduled appointment

Really rude! Only asked today what it costs to change the cylinder head gasket. He asks me why I have not done that yet. Have asked for the quotation only if you can at least refill me with coolant.also snotty answer that does not have to make 20 more cars today. I only wanted coolant for the car.very bad service.

I showed up with and issue with my alignment. The guy drove my car and then diagnosed it for free. With out their help I would have died on the road cause my wheel was about to fall off. Great service

I shopped around for tires at first, but what sold me was Jonathan’s knowledge and friendly customer service.

Nelson was a great help for getting my winter tires on for this season. Staff was extremely accommodating and was looking in my best interests throughout the process. Fast and efficient service - would highly recommend going to this location!

I have to say Thank You so much to these guys! My tires were ordered at another Fountain tire and shipped to this location, but there was a mix up and the wrong tires were sent. Max and his team were awesome and got me the right tires. They have for sure made a return customer.

* I came in without notice with my car on a tow truck from a mass tire slashing spree in my neighbourhood and Nelson and his team went above and beyond to help me get back on the road, even with being flooded by others from the same situation. Everyone there was kind and genuinely sympathetic and worked with me to make sure I had all the information I needed for my ICBC claim. Wonderful professionals and I highly recommend them. Will be back for any future tire problems.

The fountain tire staff was rude and talked as if they don’t need your business at all. They also charge $55 to patch a tire. Due to unpleasant/rude staff, I went to Kal tire instead. I found that Kal tire charges only $30 and if you purchased your tire from Kal tire, they offer tire patching for free. Kal tires customer service was much more pleasant and welcoming than that rude fountain tire guy sitting in front of the computer. Why would anyone a foot into Fountain Tire again when they can go to Kal tire?

Worst place, I brought my nissan Altima 09 because my caliber snap even tho I got them done here less then a year ago, and to fix it, it was gonna cost 1200 and when I asked y so much they told it's cuz I have to get them all caliber done and I have an exhaust leak, so I said ok go ahead and today I went to a different mechanic and he told that all the original parts are still there and there's no evidence that anyone has done a repair.
