Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport

Great location for the airport. Stayed here redeeming Marriot points - strong status recognition at this hotel, much appreciated.

Fast friendly shuttle a couple of minutes from Kelowna airport, easy check-in, clean comfortable quiet room, free wifi and water, fun and inexpensive bar happy hour, nice breakfast. I highly recommend the Four Points Kelowna airport for your Okanagan visit.

Very nice staff and great location in proximity to airport. Shuttle service to the Airport. Caution though, if you want to park your car and leave it there when you travel somewhere, it costs more to park at the hotel than the airport which is absolutely wild.

Great hotel my wife and daughter have staying in multiple times when flying out of Kelowna to come back home. Always clean, great shuttle.

Out of 4 stays this was the first one with a hiccup. I always book through their own site, and I always prepay so we know how much the stay will be. However this time the hotel added some fee they said the website didn't include. Keep in mind, this is their own website. So we got an additional $7.90 tax added.

This is not about the amount, this is about a prepaid room having charges added AFTER the stay has happened. Didn't give my wife much choice, if I had been there this would have gone differently. If you make a mistake like this on your end, you should be eating the 7.90, not me, especially on a nearly $300 single night room fee, inflated for the season.

We stayed here for just one night with our dog during a road trip and we were very impressed with the attentive service staff. In particular, the service from front desk agent Manisha. She was extremely helpful and kind. She provided us with a toy for our dog and big bottle of water when we arrived. She stood out as a true superstar for the hotel.

We had an excellent stay here for one night. The front desk agent was very polite and friendly. The pool was clean. The rooms were a tad outdated but overall very comfortable and clean. The restaurant downstairs was amazing, some of the best burgers we’ve had. I would definitely stay here again!

Very affordable and decent hotel. The rooms are good enough for what the hotel is and it's location. Parking is free as long as you're a guest and the restraunt in the hotel is very convenient. We had awesome service from Harman at the front desk of the hotel and Lauren at the restaurant.

It would be great if you could open up a window in the rooms. It gets a little stuffy in there.

4 stars and I'd definitely stay here again.

Very conveniently located with great staff and clean rooms. Gulfstream has some really good food

The stairwell doors make so much noise, I was jolted awake several times in our second floor room. Our room keys stopped working when we walked our dog at 8am and when I couldn't return I was asked why I wanted access to the room and then had to wait more than 20 minutes to get back in.

This conveniently located hotel is located across the highway from the Kelowna airport, about halfway between Kelowna and Lake Country. The accommodation was very comfortable. I liked the blackout curtains in the room; they were very effective. The room coffee is not great but there is brewed coffee available in the lobby. A small pool and hot tub are available indoors. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay here, the staff are super nice and accommodating.
The restaurant, pools and gym are great too.
Try good convenient location across the highway from the airport.
Will be back!

Really nice hotel but only having 2 landry machines was not good and the slide is closed for ever

Only negative is soap products provided are scented WAYYYY too strongly. I wish hotels would recognize that mild or NON SCENTED is preferred by some (many?) guests. Loved the comfy bed linens.

I write this at 3am being unable to sleep all night due to all of the noise. The sound deadening in these rooms is atrocious. I can/could hear the cars outside (window is closed), the people on the floor above having some evening fun, the people walking and talking (normally) in the hallway, and the room next to me using the washroom. It's not like I'm sitting here waiting for noises to complain about either, it's just that loud in the room.

The bed is comfy and the location is convenient, but if you can't sleep in a hotel due to the noise, is it even worth getting a room?

Rooms are nice and clean, service at the Bistro is awesome.the hallways are just a bit creepy (may be from low lighting) but location is super close to the airport

Had an amazing stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. We will definitely be back.

Had drinks and appetizers at the restaurant/lounge.very good service and food was good. Will be trying again. Parking a little limited.

Nice hotel, very up to date with clean rooms and an excellent restaurant/lounge.
Hotel location is great for airport access and if you are wanting to be north of Kelowna but not ideal for those wanting to be close to Downtown Kelowna or West Kelowna

Always a great stay, clean and friendly staff. Easy free shuttle pickup and secure long term parking

Located within walking distance of the airport! Mall with amenities also right across road. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant.
