Four Points by Sheraton Surrey

Really great, lovely staff stayed 3 nights with my woman and my 3 younger siblings. Very nice, small gym if you're into working out and an okay pool with a hot tub

Joy Mendoza I had met her at the reception today! She’s an amazing person and helpful. People like her are the front face of the business who build great reputation of the business. She deserves a recognition. I was very fortunate to see during this very busy summer and she had helped me in searching room in my budget and explained what I could expect within the room. Top notch service. Thanks Joy, I will see again in future.

I'm happy they addressed my complaint without problems but this has to be one of the most expensive 3 star hotels I've ever stayed at

The room was very clean and actually quite cozy. The front desk staff were very kind, informative and clearly upstanding employees. They have a decent size heated pool, and hot tub set at just the temperature, both of which are located outside, inset into the deck along the back of the building and enshrouded by a view of the woods.

I love this hotel.location and price is ok but the most important thing which i really like it in here is service.employees of this hotels are out of the world.i really love to come to this location all the time.highly recommend

The service was really good!
This hôtel is at 300m from the highway, so reaaly fast for going on West or Est.
The bedroom was looking old. Impossible to open the Windows, so kinda humid inside.

I’ve been in hospital rooms that have more ambiance than this dump. The only way to sleep was to unplug the air conditioner/heater. Parking spaces are tiny and stuffed with giant trucks. And to top it off was the $50 pet fee for one night’s stay. Thankfully I only have to endure for one night. Excited to leave.

Not up to Sheraton standard.
Found random hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Room is dated and the wood floor is not completely flat in the suite. I do not feel it is very clean.

Very close to highway so expect it is very loud at night.

The air con is very loud.

The only plus side is the staff. They are all friendly and welcoming.

Very clean and modern rooms. Attached restaurant was closed. Bed was medium hard. Bathroom and flooring was very comfortable. Sadly no free cookies at the front desk. Coffee was done before 10am. Breakfast boxes available for $13 if ordered by 10pm the night before. Kind of a loud place in the morning. Reasonably priced.

Beds were comfortable. Parking was a joke. If you drive a truck expect there to be know room in the parking lot and end up parking down the street. Their parade only fits smaller vehicles. No where decent near buy to eat so expect a 20min drive

It was great my go to place when I visit my children. But took a while to check in my room was not ready restaurant not opened yet but clean quiet small nice pool and friendly staff will stay again

I stayed for 2 nights during the heat wave. I was glad they had a room left. The staff are very friendly and efficient. No line up at front desk. Location is just off the highway. Jake at front desk was super wonderful to talk to. The air conditioner was not too loud and kept the room just right. The room is clean and well maintained. Kohl bathroom sink and tub and nice pillows and comforter. Very worth while! I recommend it. Nice little gym right by the outdoor pool.

Very comfortable and overall location in top shape. Staff at reception were very nice and helpful. Despite this location is way too close to the highway and if your room is on the back side, you will always ear the highway noises. Also, note that the is only 1 elevator for clients and staff.

Stayed there twice for the past couple of weeks. Very nice stay and staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hanna especially. Also thanks to Lee and Rachel for making my stay a pleasant one.

I stayed here for a few days in August and it was a pleasure. From the moment I got there till the day I left, the staff were very kind and accommodating. In particular, Hanna (one of the staff) always made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay.

I just request an extra chair in room but there was an Indian lady on front desk says why you want? Sorry there is no housekeeping staff right now so I can't give you. She was so rude the way she was talking me. Pathetic reply I have ever get so far from any hotel. I would suggest to management that please train your staff.

Julia the manager is not the lady for this job. I've done some inquiries about her and her actions an things she's been involved in and they are disturbing to say the least and I'm sure head office is informed about her shady conduct at this hotel. She's done a good job so far n his her involvement up until now. Exposure will be fitting for her. The light will expose the darkness.

I came here today on a last minute booking due to a bad experience elsewhere. I was welcome to warmly by Hanna Rendon, who was assisting of their clients. Her over all customer service is beyond amazing. I had a very rough day due to another hotel being discriminatory on my appearance, and just wanted to relax in a tub for hours. There was a few issues with my reservation but Hanna reassured me that everything would be OK. She went above and beyond to assist me and helped with suggestions as to how to make things better. She resolved the issue while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, as well as connecting with me while she did her job. On my experience alone with her I would come back and highly recommend this hotel again. Please show this amazing employee recognition.

The employees at the front desk were very kind the day I lost a tire on the highway, pulled in to the hotel and asked to park my car in the parking lot for the full day while I went to work. They didn't have to let me park there. They could've towed my car when I returned later than I said I would to get the car because I had to work late. But they were very understanding of the situation and I appreciate that.

Breakfast was scrumptious and the room was old but clean. The only reason I give 3 stars instead of 4 is that when I was eating breakfast, some slices of bread smelled like some kind of chemical product. I felt something was wrong and instantly spat it out but unfortunately some of my group members swallowed it and suffered from stomachache for the rest of our journey.maybe you should check your food before you place it for your guests.

Room is clean. Breakfast is not various but very delicious to me. I hope next visit will come soon.

1 star is too much. Room was ice cold. Asked for a portable heater. Sent maintnance guy after 1hr. He did something but heater didnt work. Had to saty for 2hrs for a replacement.

Left shoes there. Call the front desk to see if there any report (about 2hrs after the checkout). Front desk lady, judy or whatever, immediately said theres no report. I bet she didnt even bother checking. I asked her to check one more time and she said she will give me a call tomorrow when cleaner comes in. Never called. So we called again.but no luck.

Its 100 my fault that I didnt check before the checkout. But she was so rude and unprofessional. I would not stay here again even if i get paid to stay.

Worst experience.

Very nice new hotel.
Room was freezing when I got in, so I had to turn off AC and turn on heater.
Internet wasn't working when I checked in, but it got fixed about 45min after

It was very pleasure to see a big smile and welcome greetings front desk, Hanna Renclon and Rachel Ballesters, and quick to assist me and my guests, and it is a very clean and and and excellent location for my team.

Hotel staff were very accommodating. Rooms were clean, every staff I met was friendly. Wifi was quick and everything was in working order. Breakfast is included with Ambassador elite but you are better off walking 5 minutes to Guildford for a much better breakfast spread than bacon and muffins.

Definitely Shocked it's offered @ Marriott site. One of the worst places we have stayed at during our several road trips over the last 5 years. We were given a very noisy front facing room that we heard every charter bus and vans that arrived throughout the night. (We presume they have agreement to operate or they operate a charter service from the location). The kitchette in the room had a dirty sink and the microwave had not been wiped out from the previous guest.
If we hadn't been running late and would have been able to rebook elsewhere we would have checked out!

The room was in excellent condition. Very thoughtful breakfast bag prepared for the group. The sandwich was delicious!

It's decent. Doesn't feel like a Four Points. Feels a bit more like a prettied up Best Western Plus or something. That said. It's clean, the bed was super comfortable and it was quiet.

A clean basic standard hotel, it does the job, the car park was full but overall it did the job. No complaints.

- Hotel was not very nice at all. It certainly needs some more work from qualified contractors. The parking lot is tiny and the rooms although a decent size, were sparse and poorly coordinated. I stayed in a king suite and was expecting curtains on the windows, a second entrance to the bathroom, a closet that was built in, a desk, a coffee table (not too end tables pushed together), an end table.

- There was a door stop in the middle of the entrance to the shower. This is a tripping hazard and laughable craftsmanship. (see attached picture)

- Bed was comfortable with a nice pillow choice.

- TV's were a decent size and cable was acceptable.

- I did not eat, but the coffee in the lobby was alright.

Hotel is ok. Rooms are a little tired, could use some minor maintenance. AC worked good at keeping the room the right temp. Beds and pillows were good. Room was clean. Restaurant has limited meal choices for dinner. Breakfast had good selection.

If they give you room 112 just hand back the keys and demand a different room. It shares one wall with the 24 hour gym where people drop free weights on the floor at all times of the night. The other wall is shared with the outdoor jacuzzi. So every time someone takes a seat and turns on the jets you're guaranteed 15 minutes of super loud buzzing.

Also asked multiple times for a connected room (before we got there and then while we were there) but the staff refused to set it up. I would have believed them about "not having availability" but I literally saw housekeeping cleaning out the next door room while it was empty between day 1 and day 2. They still didn't switch us over.

Well I know which hotel to avoid in Surrey.so there is that.

Awesome breakfast options! Even they cook Indian omelettes on request. Been there twice and always enjoyed my morning meal. Try their spinach omelette. Simply amazing!

I stay with my family. Nice rooms @ reasonable price. Restaurant staff is very gentle and humble. Nice and sufficient food options in breakfast buffet.
