Fox's Reach Pub & Grill

I am not a football fan and wondered in to this place with my wife for a quiet drink on a Monday night. Monday night football was blasting out as loud as possible we couldn't hear each other speak, which in some circumstances could be a blessing but not on this occasion. If you're a football fan this IS probably the place to head to a Monday night.

Horrible watriss was ok but there staff communication could be desired I don't plan on going there any time I visit Maple ridge.

Some of the worst food in maple ridge, beef dip sandwich was dry and flavourless. Friends have gotten sick numerous times from wing night here. Service is mediocre, wouldn’t recommend. Other bars like townhall and blacksheep are much better.

Service is absolutely horrible. The only reason my review is not at one star is because the wings are cheap on Wednesday.

Won the meat draw! Yes, they have meat draws. Everyone seems to know everyone so I feel like there's some serious regulars. Had Strongbow on tap, so 5/5 on that. Yummy coconut shrimp, and deep fried pickle spears! Prices were pretty good, too.

Nice little spot. Open and clean. The bartender was a great guy who went above and beyond for me! Thanks for the limes to go, sir. You saved the evening!

Terrible service this place needs to hire some staff with manners and train them food was ok at best. Will never return there again.

Great atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff. My first time and definitely not my last. Wednesdays wing deal is great, try the Nachos!

Great place to go for drinks. All the staff are friendly. Ask Jamie the Bartender for his joke of the day.

Tasty food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Covid safely procedures are smooth and clear to follow.

Had a good time for Monday night football. Food was good and drinks were good. Fair pricing for the world these days. Great place to watch sports with some friends.

Nice clean and friendly atmosphere for friends getting together.
Food is fine but portions are a bit small, raise the prices and portions a bit to keep people and customers happy.

Real nice sports bar/ restaurant in Maple Ridge. Reduced menu from pre-covid but still lots of choices. Great beer selection and some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered.

All the food exceeded my expectations (chicken wings, onion ring, yam fried and sweet chili chicken wrap) and my server Christie was great. I will be going back!

Bridget the bar manager is amazing! Server gave my breakfast to the wrong the table and I had to wait a bit, and she took care of my breakfast! Amazing customer service and so attentive to her customers. Definitely coming back - I appreciate the attention and care! Thank you!

Had a lovely lunch with a friend on the sunny patio washed down with interesting beer brought by a cheerful expert server. Can't ask for more than that.

I was a regular customer. Their wings night is good, however after my experience tonight, I will likely never return.

It was a busy night and the host took my name and number to call me. I specified it was for the family section. She said it would be 40-45 minutes as there was 4 groups ahead of me.

50 minutes later, I spoke wither her again and she said it would be another 45 minutes. I told her we have small children, hence the table in the family section, and to remove my name as we could not wait that long. If I was given an accurate time of 1.5 hours, we would have gone elsewhere.

10 minutes later, she called and said our table is ready after we had left. Clearly our name was missed or the host cannot give accurate times.

The service in the Pub is the best in Maple Ridge, the waitress's are all
very good at their jobs, I wouldn't say its the best place to have dinner, but the appies and wings are always really good.
You don't have to wait long to get served!

Friendly staff, went on wing night and the food is tasty and the prices are pretty good too.

A good place for drinks with friends or to watch a football game too!

Ive only been to the restraunt once probally will never go back. Was treated pretty poorly just by the people that go there. Partly the staffs fault by putting our family on the bar side. But having customers tell us off continuosly and making rude comments to us. We left b4 even ordering. Definitly not a place i was comfortable in and if the customers were that rude to my family and I why would i go there to have drinks.
They do have a liquor store just down the road from the restraunt tho and the staff is super friendly and I go out of my way to go there to buy my alcohol.

The service was spot on.wednesday specials make a visit very cheap.the food was tasty.overall.very nice for a mid day snack.

We have been two days in a row. It was so great the first day had to go back with a guest today. Super service, super soup and sandwiches and the wings were sensational. It is our new pub of first choice in Maple Ridge.

Terrible experience. Order didn't go to the kitchen causing a long delay and burgers were so overcooked. Where we were sitting the only view we had was a tv screen that didn't work. Another waitress was hanging out at the next table over with either friends or off duty staff whom were loud and using bad language. Our waitress did take 30 % off our food bill without us having to complain at all. It was obvious to her that our experience wasn't great

Lunch with family, they haven't been to the reach before, waitress was fabulous, food was great & friendly atmosphere.good job to all staff.will be back

They make great food. I love their Chicken WINGS. And the waitreses and bartenders are Fantastic with us customers. I go every Wednesday for my cheap chicken lunch because of the above comments.

I can't believe they serve food and drinks that are so poorly presented and sad looking. The plates were half empty and beer mug felt like we were at a keno hall. Went there for the the first time since pandemic opening and it made me not want to leave my house again. Really need to step it up.

Gotta line up and sign a medical slip, list your symptoms and provide your phone number in order to get a drink.took one look at it and me and my friend left.get lost.covid hoax is over.

I hope they figure out a better way to welcome guests back. We went there didn’t stay after we saw it is a self serve now. 1 person goes up to the bar to get your drinks n order your food. They call you to come pick up your food if you want another drink back up to get it yourself? I’m sure they still expect tips too. Sorry not going there at all! I can serve myself at home and not pay ridiculous prices and chance covid.
Before covid they changed the menu and raised prices by minimum $2-3 per item Hope they change it up We don’t go out to serve ourselves

The burgers are great! I just wish there was a sign for first time visitors letting them know to seat themselves. The waitress we had was super perky and bubbly! We liked how fun she was!

We visited this establishment on their "wings" night. Very disappointed in the food. I ordered wings and crispy brussel sprouts and my friends ordered an avocado shrimp sandwich and wings. The wings were way overcooked and the brussel sprouts were far from crispy. They were soggy and disgusting. I couldn't eat them (these were taken off the bill). The only thing that was good that was the avocado sandwich. I didn't try it but my friend said it was delightful. His plate was clean. We ate a few of the wings but they were definitely not even worth it on wing night. The service was good though and the place was packed.

Always have like the foxes reach. They have specials normally and.y favourite is there cheap breakfast. Also there staff is friendly and helpfu. I enjoy this place. Also has a patio for smokers if you smoke.

It was great! Good service. Friendly people all around. Happy hours was fantastic. Definitely will come back with more people!

Good Food, Food Hot, Portions Fare.except on happy hour menu, portions are small. Friendly Staff. Weekends busy and slow to get food. Tables cleaned quickly, bathrooms 7/10 cleanliness. Crowd is usually 40 yrs old and up. No rowdiness and decently quiet. I nice place to go with friends, date or your significant other. Parking out front. 4 Stars.

Fantastic food, cold beer, great staff, great specials. First pub & grill Ive tried since I moved to the area and it's still my favorite. I'll be coming here for years.

I only come here for Monday Night Football with friends. Great atmosphere, good service, hot food and cold drinks. Maybe expand the menu a bit and this becomes a 5 star review! One of the very best Pub & Grills in Maple Ridge.

Good food bit wish there was a beer menu instead of having to ask the waitress. The atmosphere is nice and waitresses are friendly.

Nice looking place inside. Had a attentive server who ensured we were taken care of. Food was good pub fare but nothing overly exciting.

First visit, we ordered the steak sandwich. Service was ok. The steak was cooked well but had no seasoning and was smothered in CANNED mushrooms. The brussel sprouts were so covered in salty sauce they were unrecognizeable. Yuck! The decor needs an overhaul. Likely won't be back for a second visit.

To go in for a quick dinner with my son and husband. To leave frustrated about a reg customer who is out of control for something we did not have control over. We did not steal your wings, they got delivered to us by mistake. Also to have the server take your food away before u even finish is un professional. I will not be returning due to poor services. As far as I am concerned this place has gone down hill.

Quick glass of white wine. Well, two. I don't go to bars but felt the urge. SUPER service and I was allowed to taste the wine before actually ordering it. Pretty cool. Beautiful server to boot!

Great pub. Prices are okay but their specials are always a bargain. Gets pretty busy between 5-8pm (business is good).
I am definitely a regular here.
100% recommend this pub.

Food quality and amount has taken a drastic dip. Been coming here for years now and newest ownership or management has almost force my business out. Use to come 3-4 nights a week now once a month. Even the momday night football has dropped off. Hunting for a new pub
