This place is very clean, has very friendly staff and my Brazilian was done wonderfully. Would highly recommend this place for a good wax.

The laser is high tech! The cooling feature makes the treatment better. The service was really quick, staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Foxy Box Kamloops is fantastic! The customer service I received when I arrived was perfection. The environment was so positive but chill and price point …. Terrific! I’m not new to the waxing game but always found it kind of painful. Not anymore - my esthetician was super quick and I barely felt anything. A great experience all around. I will be back and have and will continue to tell everybody about the new joint in town!

I went here for my first brazilian ever and I was so impressed! I wanted one for a vacation and everywhere else was booked so I checked out The Foxy Box on a whim and now i’m hooked! I will definitely be looking into a membership. The staff was beyond amazing - their positive attitudes, professionalism, and friendliness really made my first time nerves go away! What an amazing experience! I went for a Brazilian during their training times. The two gals in the room with me were so kind, thorough, and attentive, and the way the trainer was guiding the trainee with such kindness and support was such a plus. That kind of thing does not go unnoticed, and knowing the people working there have a good experience too makes me so happy! Customer service was above and beyond. I’ll absolutely be back — this is my new regular waxing place 100%!

I just had my very first waxing experience here this morning. I must say when you walk in everyone is so super friendly and welcoming. I was nervous and they made sure to put my mind at ease and it was actually a very great experience. I will definetly be back again to have some more waxing done. This place is amazing! It is probably the least painful Brazilian I have ever had. Sometimes previous waxes I’ve had have caused a reaction but this one is gentle and I didn’t experience any side effects. They make you feel really comfortable and make you feel beautiful even when you are in a vulnerable position. Everyone is extremely friendly. I tried laser hair removal today for the first time as well and it was also painless, quick and easy. She explained everything in detail which was nice. The building is well decorated and has a fun vibe! There are tvs in the waxing rooms which is a good distraction too. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Went in for leg and brow wax, and service was amazing. Everyone was so receptive and engaging, and made me feel comfortable as a first timer. Subsequently, I booked two more appts while there because it felt great to be pampered for once, LOL.
