This clinic is very clean and comfortable feeling. The vibe is cosy but professional and clean. I have seen a few different practitioners & all of them have made me feel extremely comfortable. They really took their time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or like they were rushing - which helps make you feel more comfortable when your dealing with more intimate parts of anatomy. The reception staff are very helpful and accommodating!

Jess was my waxician, she was quick on time and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. She was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Will definitely book with her from now onwards!

I’ve been going to foxy box for awhile now! I get a Brazilian very regularly and their membership program is so great, I pay a monthly fee and get a free Brazilian every 4 weeks and it’s cheaper than paying individually each time! Such a great deal and I save on their products as well. It’s always very clean, and I feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend booking in with Beth! She’s always so lovely and chatty and makes me appointments very enjoyable:)

I've been going to this location since they opened for various services and it's always a great experience. All the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. The products are also great, I have sensitive skin and have loved every product I've tried. Cannot recommend Foxy Box enough!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at Foxy Box - Uptown location. After receiving an initial (very positive!) consultation for a laser hair removal service, I went to my laser hair removal service only to be refused after conflicting information from the consultation to the service appointment by different employees. The refusal was delivered in an unprofessional manner, rude and frustrated, while I was totally exposed on the table. I was told multiple times they didn't have time for me and I would be cut up with the shaving razor in preparation for the hair removal. I felt like a product in a factory line. I was then rescheduled, but then didn't even receive a rescheduling notification or follow-up. So I'm not quite sure what happened, but the lack of communication, rude delivery, and lack of follow-up was unfortunate. I have since recommended multiple friends against going to Foxy Box due to my experience.

I have gone there twice now and each time they are always chatty and nice. Their brazilian was has been the least painful wax i've ever gotten and they are super quick! Their membership pricing is insanely good and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great waxing place!
