As soon as I walked in I was aggressively demanded by Martin why I am there. As I was informing him why I was there, Martin interrupted me to ask what time is my appointment as I was still telling him. Then he started getting immediately impatient with me and demanded to see proof of my appointment on my phone without even asking who I was. He reached out to touch my phone. I asked him not to as it is flu season, I’m immunocompromised, and with him not wearing gloves, nor me seeing him at least sanitize his hands, I had no idea if they’d been cleaned. He tried to argue with me that he will touch my phone but I declined and zoomed in for him. Once he verified that I had an appointment, Martin still spoke aggressively to me as if we were in some kind of argument and he continued by saying ok well you have an appointment but there are still 6 minutes until the appointment so you confused me… I hadn’t even gotten the chance to say when it was though because he’d cut me off. He also yelled my private information across the whole crowded pharmacy to verify more info after he’d asked me to sit down. I have no idea why he was so incredibly rude to me. But he did go on break after this. Maybe he needed his break, but there’s no need to be so rude even if it is because of this. Caution to any future clients who value privacy and peace of mind.

Small location but friendly, and wasn't very busy when I was there 2PM Friday. I was there for some shots and the pharmacist was painless. Totally recommend them!

Don’t bother with rexall across the street. This little pharmacy beats them hands down with speed, service and inventory.
Needed amoxicillin for baby, rexall rudely said sorry we’re out, good luck.
But Fraser heights pharmacy explained that there’s an industry shortage, but hold on we can custom make you some medicine! Fantastic! Because baby has pneumonia, and can’t wait for the industry to catch up! Thank you so much Fraser heights pharmacy!

Visited with my husband to receive a Covid shot a couple of weeks prior. Although I didn’t find the pharmacist to be overly pleasant he seemed good with the injections. With that in mind I booked an appointment for my elderly mother for her flu shot. We found the service intolerable. His mannerisms were abrasive and condescending.
