I needed an EI medical form completed by a physician. It is one page, maybe 3 boxes and a signature. It would take a normal person less than 30 seconds to complete. I brought my medical documents for reference that would take a regular person about 5 minutes to read. I saelw the doctor for 3 minutes and she didn't ask me any questions at all. Then, Dr. Dhillon advised me a week later she was charging me $150 to complete one page because she had to read the documents. Most doctors would not charge at all or maybe $10. I refused to pay despite urgently needing them. This person should consider another profession rather than trying to take advantage of vulnerable people.

I am infuriated and deeply disappointed following my encounter with Dr. Dylan, and I find it necessary to share my horrendous experience. Her demeanor was not just unprofessional, but downright disrespectful. She was not only unfriendly and impatient, but she audaciously sighed in frustration right in front of me, exhibiting an appalling lack of respect and basic decency.

Her lack of interest in addressing my concerns was evident, and it felt like I was an unwelcome burden rather than a patient in need of medical attention. The level of disregard she showed for her professional duties was shocking, bordering on negligence.

This was, without a shadow of a doubt, the most atrocious experience I have ever had with a medical professional. It's outrageous that any patient should be subjected to such contempt and lack of care. I write this review in utter frustration and in hope that no other patient ever has to endure such an unspeakably poor level of medical service. Immediate action must be taken to rectify such professional misconduct.

This is a brief summary of my recent experiences. Went to see dr pather for chest pain. He brushed it off the first time without checking it to confirm. My pain became worse and I returned to see him. He tested it then remarked that it was too high and sent me to the ER. Really? When I transferred clinics, I tried to get my records moved and this proved to be a chore. The notice they sent me twice instructed to call head office, which was incorrect. That step had apparently changed, and no one could tell me when it did. I called the clinic twice to inquire why the head office was not responding to any of my calls, to which they told me I had to contact them again as they didn’t take the payment. I emailed the head office and they told me that the clinic had to take the payment. The clinic still did not understand who took it, then suddenly gave me a response. There have been other issues which I won’t bore you with.

Can never get an appointment and no more walk ins. Not helpful at all.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Was of no help. Would not recommend.
Online walk in clinic, Rocket Doctor, was much more useful. They were able to help me fast and seem to have a much more personable staff.
