Dr Perry and his entire team and reception administrators have been exceptional. Their roles are highly pressurized and they don't have enough time, therefore, patients need to be more understanding and explain. I have always found them patient and willing to listen to my concerns and have always had my best interests at the fore even if it meant time and work on my part. Not everything can be put back together the way it was before.
