Bought a mercedes c300 back in may, within a day the car was making sounds/ got it checked they said its the steering rack- said you got extended warranty we ll cover it under that, where as they should havr taken responsibility to get it fixed as it was just a day old. The safety inspection report is of no use.
3 weeks later 10 light lit up on the car dashboard with my headlights not working, engine light on.the guy who sold the car took no responsibility saying its a machine - the matter became worse to such extent one day the driver door popped open while being on the highway.contacted them - still their manager and salesman said we ll call back blah blah. Sold the car at a loss. The extended warranty i bought was not refunded cuz i was 7 days over return. No one ever got back to me. Such a waste of time and money. Please choose a renowned dealership who to some extent can provide after sales service. Not to mention the free add ons they mentioned on the website were not provided as well on purchase.

Everything seemed good I was not told I was declining disability insurance until I got home and read over all the paper work. Be careful they don't seem to be to honest well I guess that's why there used car dealers. Make sure you read all paper work with these guys before signing

All the employees are really friendly. Great place. Ashley Fisher really goes out of her way to get the vehicle for you. In my situation it was really difficult to get a vehicle financed but she managed it somehow with great price too.

We bought a vehicle Tesla model 3 here. However, it always has problems. First, the speaker of the car is broken when they gave us. And we asked it they said it’s all good until we bring it to Tesla service and figure out that need to replace with cost $700. And they said since we have warranty, we need to pay $250-300 deductible for that (which is not acceptable because that’s ur fault.) But anyway, we still accept that, and everything went so bad that the different sizes on the tire for us, which causing my boyfriend car sliding and turn around on the highway cause damage. We just only know when we took to the place replace the tire and they told us. Be avoiding this place please! Ur life is more safe.

Bought a Car. Car Fax was clean. Their inspection papers showed everything was "perfect". Purchasing process took so long. I waited for a car insurance person for over an hour to show up.

15 minutes into the drive, car is indicating four flat tires. Had to pull over and wait for a portable inflator for an hour since 1 tire was pretty fully flat. I also noticed a LOUD screeching sound while braking and felt a grind from the rear as well. Looking at the rotor it had a huge groove in it. I Called Sukh right away and he said he would ask his Manager on what they can do for me. Sukh never got back to me. I called a few days later. I was told Sukh was with a customer and would call me back (never called me back). I call a couple days later and they say he is on the phone with a customer he will call me back. Never got a call back. So I texted Sukh.iMessage stopped working. When i finally got through to him, he said he was sick all week. Y'all cant even lie properly c'mon guys.

I took the car back and the manager showed me other used vehicles with the same brake issues saying "mY aMG doES thE sAMe ThINg bR0 iTs nORmaL" I have owned 4 sports cars with big break kits, It's not normal for 1 of 4 brakes to squeak and have thick cuts through the rotor. I understand brakes and rotors have no warranty, but if the car was actually inspected, the tire pressure, unbalanced tires (anything over 75km there is wobble) & the damaged brake would have been discovered.

In conclusion, I am disappointed in myself for trusting them. I should have bought an independent inspection or gone elsewhere. I caution all car buyers from this place and to go elsewhere, unless you have a trusted mechanic/car inspector with you. DO NOT trust their third party $70 dollar inspection paper. I would take the car to its respective dealership and have mechanics who see your vehicle on a weekly basis inspect it.

Purchased a truck from Fraser valley pre-owned back in January 2022. Never once did they go over any features of the vehicle, warranty, absolutely nothing. When I asked for the carfax history, I noticed there was a “collision” that stated $0.00. When asked, the salemen assured me it was never in an accident, and could just be a windshield repair. Fast forward to last weekend when shopping around for a different vehicle, I was told from the dealer in my town, that the truck was in fact involved in an accident, resulting in $6100 dollars in damage. Not to mention, I had to replace both exhaust manifolds within the first 3 months, as well as replace the muffler as it had cracked. Zero knowledge about their vehicles. Money hungry business. Save your time and go somewhere professional.

Today is the 7th day I bought a car, a whole week. Now I'm going to explain the actual condition of the car, which is very different from what you've been talking about.

A damaged car key
There's a huge problem with the suspension.
The speaker noise is terrible
Second row right side seat fixed misaligned, cannot be moved or controlled

The biggest problem is the battery, you said before with 110v, the car can be fully charged after 12 hours, but after a few days of testing, the actual charge is only 5 km per hour? ! The whole car will take 3.33333 days to fully charge, unbelievable! I told you I had no practical experience with EV cars and I wanted all the details. But the reality is completely different from what you described! I can accept the slow charge speed, but I cannot accept the fact that there is such a big difference between the result and the result you told me.

Especially about the problem of the car key fob not working properly. At that time, you explained many times that you could solve all the problems with the phone app and the key was not important. But after asking the Tesla technician, the result was that the key itself was broken! Obviously, you gave me a lot of untrue information when you were selling this car.

I am a sincere buyer, I paid the deposit after the first day I met you at your dealership. I trust the authenticity of your used car information and the basic driving ability, as required by BC law. But the reality shows that you are not following this rule, I am not sure if you are strictly testing this vehicle, otherwise how can we detect so many additional problems within 24 hours, you as a dealer, must have known this information!

I know used cars have the advantage in price, but as a consumer, I buy a car in full cash, my purpose is to use it for a long time. Do you know when I bought the car in full cash, and I found so many problems with the car within 24 hours, how it had made me feeling very doubtful and suspicious? ! This is not something that can be offset by the price, the real condition of the car directly affects the safety of my family and I in the future. I can't accept it! Will I then spend more time in maintenance than driving?

You have many used vehicles, there are visitors every day, and there may be inevitable mistakes when you’re busy, this is the reason I can accept. At least for now, I don't want to frame the problem as fraud.

I am now asking for a refund of the car, even if you say you will pay for the repairs or reduce the price I will not accept! My family is more important than money, I hope you will respond positively to solve this problem and take my request seriously, and don't be perfunctory.

Although the staff seemed friendly we feel cheated. We bought a 2013 ford flex, were told everything had passed inspection apart from the tires which they agreed ro replace before we left their lot. The tires they allowed us to drive away on were so worn out that they are not usable legally! The AC compressor on the vehicle also does not work, which we will need to fix. They also took our trade-in for much less than it was actually worth. Would definitely recommend you look elsewhere for a used vehicle! Who knows what else we haven't discovered about this one yet!

We bought a used 2019 Tesla Model 3 from this dealer. Flexible and negotiable. Sales manager was very friendly, and went out of his way for us. The day we drove it off the lot the heater failed, and FVPO immediately saw to it that it was repaired by the manufacturer. Would buy from again.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Ashley went, and continues to go above and beyond for me, I can’t praise her enough. I had gone to a dealership (not FVPO) and got ripped off pretty bad and wanted to see if maybe I could trade my vehicle in for something else and try and get at least sooome equity back. Fully knowing it’s a large possibility I couldn’t do it, Ashley still did everything she could to try and get me what I wanted. In the end she told me that it just wouldn’t be in my best interest at the moment to do so, wow, an honest genuine salesperson! We decided to wait it out a bit. I have had the greatest experiences for both my cars from Fraser Valley Pre-owned. I love my Mitsubishi & couldn't be happier.my only issue right now is I was pretty sure I had up to a 100,000 warranty and my tires were included if they were damaged, and I have a flat tire due to a puncture and now I cannot find any help or anyone who knows. I just picked up my 2018 c63 S yesterday and had a great experience meeting the team that put my deal together. It wasn't an easy deal, as the team had many hurdles to overcome with my out of province needs during the crazy times, but they exceeded all of my expectations!

Julia and Ashley were very nice and I was happy leaving the lot feeling like I was protected & felt that I could trust.
However, I was rushed through the paper signing through finance (with manager as finance lady had already ended her shift) and trusted that I knew the exact cost of everything. When a looked the bill over at home I discovered an “other fee” for $995! I called and the finance lady stated that should have been discussed/explained prior; it wasn’t. I understand the $695 finance charge but not an extra money grab for $995.
Also, when I was test driving it, I felt a hesitation but they told me it passed their safety inspection and has no issues; stating it must be me not use to driving a truck. Again, I trusted their judgment and went about driving it.a couple weeks later the hesitation got WORSE and I called to inform them. They said to get it ‘serviced’! I booked an apt for that and let my new truck sit in my driveway for a week as the apt was not for another week. (I didn’t buy a new vehicle to have it sit = frustrated with that too).
As we speak, the GMC Service dept called stating it might not be covered through 3rd party warranty! What? ! I purchased the PLATINUM package as the manager suggested it’s best covered head to toe.so as I sit here still without my new truck, the frustration builds.
Will complete my review when I know the outcome.
Received a phone call from GMC Service and they told me the company (IA Dealer Services) said this is a suspicious claim as I had barely any km used from the time I purchased the truck, and having the following parts needing replacement: 6 out of 8 injectors completely failed! Therefore I purchased this truck already with these problems! I am VERY disappointed that Fraser Valley Pre-Owned ensured me that it passed their safety inspection! Obviously NOT! I am going to seek legal action as it’s been proven I purchased the truck already with these issues.not impressed.
Buyer Beware on the extra Warranty being sold as they DO PUSH BACK on claims! My truck is going to now sit in the service centre over the weekend as IA Dealerservices had NOT approved the 8 injectors to be replaced. BUYER BEWARE!

UPDATE:
After 2 weeks went by with my truck sitting in the service centre, Fraser Valley Pre-Owned FINALLY paid for the replacement of the injectors. However I feel that if I never received legal advice, they would not have paid for the repair. I’m upset as I still had to pay the $350 truck payment when it sat there for the 2 weeks. So I was still out money.
My advice is to have your own mechanic do a safety inspection before buying.

Was searching Craigslist for a car and Raj from this dealership used tags so that not related cars would showup in all search categories. It only makes me belive that the dishonest way to advertise also means dishonest way of doing business.
