ILL books are only lent for just 2 weeks. This time is insufficient for a researcher who is working FT on another job. They must raise their lending period as it doesnt make sense to request the same title again and again. Lots of bureaucracy and very slow process requesting and physically getting the book. Not user friendly. (Compared to my experience with NWPL)
